Without heat, I'm going to sleep, I'm using two large satin scarves to wrap my hair for overnight curls. I split the hair down the back and I'm brushing all the hair forward. Then I'm taking a two inch wide section of hair from the back all the way to the front and flat wrapping it around the scarves. With every section I take, I brush it through to make sure there's no Tangles, I'm just placing the hair over and around the scarf before grabbing the next section from underneath the scarf, brushing it through adding to the hair before wrapping it once again over the scarf. Until I reach the end, where I finish, wrapping the hair around the scarf and then the scarf around the hair, this helps to protect my ends from any frizz. Then I tuck everything into my Bonnet go to sleep and in the morning I unravel the hair to reveal gorgeous curls that do not need any additional heat. That way I minimize damage. While I enjoy my week of blow dried hair, that's it beautiful. Don'T have to do anything to it.

Manes by Mell: Hi Curlies <3 We're sharing Short Texture Tuesday Tip for today but rest assured, a full brand-new YouTube video is coming Thursday, the curls will be BACK and I'll be spilling the tea on straightening. It's about to get real... but really thank you for your patience as we try to keep up with the holiday season and bring you the best quality content. Love you xoxo, Mell

G: I'm loving your dark hair Mel!!! It's been a second I ve missed your videos even though I don't have curls

Jenna: Okay I need a full tutorial on this!

Molly Soukup: SOOOO PRETTY

Herbalina: Beautiful result! I have to shop for some silk scarves to try this. Thanks for the idea!

j maskos: More heatless sets please!! Especially for wavy gals. I have medium length beachy waves with next to no effort, but my hair wants to be almost as curly as your seesters! New baby hairs on the top and at the temples be real curly, barely wavy below the occipital. HALP! Still searching for my perfect lazy overnight set and a pre 'night out' set. Or something I could go to work in then take out for the evening would be ideal! STAY GOOD MANE GAL!!

Autumn Palmer: Could you do this from curly? When I try my hair comes out so frizzy.

Rose's edits: I really like how she did it all in one part no parts twos lol

JC7 Blessed: fascinating technique

Lucrece von Kasm: Amazing but too short a video for someone like me. ☺️

jquelle_: Beautiful. You didn’t do this on curly hair tho, what did you do prior to make your hair already straight…brush it out, blow dry it straight?

Liv Delima: Is the hair with any products or moisture?

Mary Moomjian: Omg!!! Love so 80's!!

Alex: You should try heatless curls using scrunchies lol gives a lot tighter curl.

Amanda Guido: Beauty

margaret sherman: Braids work better for me

nude_cat_ellie: Show the back.

360 Revolucion: You go to sleep with makeup?

Tayah Henry: 11th
