Instant Locs On Short Hair;Starter Locs

Disclaimer: Not everyone does it this exact way. I decided to switch it to twist comb method first to give the softer feel to her hair & also to make the hair have mobility to it.
Make sure the hair is nicely shampooed & free of any moisturizers before starting this whole process.
Materials used:
Loc Gel
Small Crochet Needles
Small tooth comb

Hi to all of my learning, Empress's and emperors out there in this video today, I will be demonstrating how to do instant locks. This method is for those who don't want to go through the quote: unquote: ugly phase or a two strand, twist method, or the braid method and the most popular twist comb method. This is a very tedious method. You'Ll instantly have logs, but you'll still have to go through the budding and baby locks phase throughout this video you'll learn what to do and what not to do while trying to achieve completing this style. I learned on our way that reusable rubber finger gloves are a necessity. Oh my gosh, these crochet needles are extremely sharp. So it could be more movable and also so she can have a more presentable look at work. Some people prefer to tease their hair to start the instant, lock method. I just went ahead and used the twist call method, first teased there and then started with the crochet needle after teasing the air you're going to take a crochet needle stick it in between the hair that was teased and pull it into upward direction. You'Ll constantly do this until you start filling the hair getting tighter and tighter in between your fingers, keep pulling it keep crocheting it until it forms a lot after you do so you'll want to put it in a palm of your hands and roll it roll it To make it all even to make it neat and nice, there will be flyaway pieces that you can just take shears and just cut them away. I'M a bit of a perfectionist so throughout the whole video you'll see me go back and forth to certain locks that were already made and you'll see me just pulling them with the crochet needle to make sure that they're nice neat and tight in this part of The video I would demonstrate how I am able to tuck the ends into the lock. This is pretty much the same thing that I've been doing throughout the whole video you take the crochet needle and you stick it in a part that was teeth and you're pulling it in an upward direction. You constantly just keep pulling it, keep pulling it until. You feel the hair getting tighter, which is the lock being created once the lock is created. You want to put it in the palm of your hands and roll it until it's nice and neat and tight. This is the part that I learned that I needed the finger gloves. It'S a major and necessity. I accidentally stabbed myself with the crochet needle it's crazy. Some things are extremely sharp, is literally a needle instead lock method achieved. She is now crowned in the luring Empress.
