I Cut My Hair Really Short At Home (My Dad Was Angry) | Saimah Says

So, as you guys can see, i'm filming out today and i'm really excited for this video, because i am finally going to cut my hair short today in front of you guys and the reason why i'm doing this is because i've had long hair. All my life and i really need some change i feel like i need to if you can hear that, that's actually peacock. So that's that's the noise, that's the sound! They make. Okay. So getting back to the video um, my hair has always been long for the most part of my life, and i feel like this is the time to reinvent myself and actually push my boundaries. So this is how long my hair is right now and what i'm planning to do is i'm planning to go for like uh, a bobcat which will essentially beetle here till my collarbone, and if i'm looking there, it's because i'm looking in my viewfinder, i don't have A mirror so i'm just going to cut my hair looking at the viewfinder and just uh before i get into the video, i would like to tell you that i have been cutting my own hair since i was in the seventh grade, so gypsy my seventh standard. My teeth professionally manic at my opinion, i have always done it myself, so i am pretty confident about cutting my own hair but uh. This is the first time i am going to cut my hair that short and um yeah. Let'S see how it goes, i'm pretty nervous because i've never cut my hair that short ever in my life, so let's just write, get right into the video. So before i start cutting my hair, i would like to show you guys what all i'm using to cut my hair. So of course, uh. I'M using a pair of scissors uh. You have to use a really sharp ones and try avoiding uh the ones you use to cut paper, because those scissors are really bad for your hair get scissors which are actually meant to cut hair so yeah. These are my scissors, then i'll be needing a comb. This is a comb which has, like you know, a tail to it. I don't know what this is called, but this makes it easier to make uh sections in your hair so yeah. This is a comb and i also have three rubber bands. Just to section out. My hair and that's it i'm going to i'm so nervous right now: okay, it's fine, i'm cool! I think i can do this. So what i'm going to do first is and yeah what i'm going to do. First, is i'm just going to start by sectioning, my hair, so i'm just creating a middle parting and then i'm going to make a parting. I guess it's going to be right here somewhere, like basically, this parting has to end where my ear is like here. So this is one i hope i've got the line correct. I have no clue what i am doing at this point myself for andha work, so i'm just going to go ahead and tie this section like this, so that this is out of the way. Okay. Now, let's do the other section tying this one as well? I am hella nervous about this because um nobody nobody's at home and i'm doing this alone and um i've never cut my hair so short before so this is all like a very big surprise. For me. I guess yeah, so these are my front sections and then i'm going to do one at the back, so i'm i feel like i should just turn and show you guys. I hope you guys can see. I have all my hair behind okay and now i'm just going to tie it up in a tight pony like so the first thing you have to do after creating your sections over here is you have to so. Basically, you just have to pull the rubber band down a bit and then cut the end off. You just have to cut it off. What'S the name, i can't cut my hair, it's too good to cut okay. I can do this. Okay, so i'll start with cutting. Like so much okay started cutting it okay, so it's done. I have cut my hair. I cannot get it back now. This is a lot of hair. Actually, this is how short it's become. It'S not at all. What do you call it uniform? If that's what you can say so now, what i'm going to do is i'm going to tie the rubber band back again so now? What i have is this: this is pretty short, as you can see, but uh i'm going in for a bob cut. So i need to cut it shorter, so i'm going to turn and i'm going to show you guys so that you have a better look. So i'm just going to slide my rubber band down here like this, so that i have a guide which i can follow. The pattern here, okay, so i think this one should be long enough. Now, i'm going to go ahead with my scissors and chop everything off, so i better turn and actually start looking at the viewfinder and cutting egg same plane. I swear it's so difficult to explain what you're doing, because i'm not a professional, so i just do what i do and i deal with it. I love experimenting with my hair and i don't feel bad if it doesn't turn out that good, like i'm. Okay with it so see, this is like basically, it looks like a makeup brush or a paint brush. Okay, so i feel like my hair, like the back section, is in a single plane now, so i'm just going to open it and i'm going to check for the length i feel like right now. The length is good enough to work with so first i'll start doing this front section and then i'll go back with my back section again. If i feel like, i need to cut it smaller, i'm just going to angle my scissors and cut it like so because i want an a-line bob kind of an effect. So that's why what i'm going to do here? Is i'm going to cut it like this? So, as you can see, there is a graduation, but the graduation isn't as steep as i want it and it's kind of abrupt like it. So i'm going to take care of that. But first i'll do this side and then i'm just trimming off. So, as you can see, this side is shorter. As you can see, this side has become shorter than what i have over here, but uh trust me trust the process, but it will start looking good in a minute, not in a minute like in some time by the end of this video. Hopefully, my hair is going to start looking better, so what i'm going to be doing is again i'll, be sectioning. My hair as usual into three sections, as i did earlier. Much of my name, is what the hell is happening. I think i'll just use this one. I'M failing at this video but trust me. I don't do such a bad job with my hair in real life, maybe i'm just bad at filming, hair tutorials. Maybe that's the thing so i want my hair shorter than it is right now from the back. So that's what i'm going to do. I have told my family, i'm cutting my hair, but they don't know how short i'm going. So this is going to be like a little surprise for everyone, and also, i think, i'm like one of the few people just named viewfinder. They kept them and i don't even look like. I have a plan, i'm just like randomly chopping bits chunks of hair out of my head, and i got me either nature. Okay, so i guess i have reached a point where now i feel satisfied with how short my hair is. We are going to go in with like a slant. Okay, so trust yourself. You can do this sima. What i'm going to do is i'm going to go like this up? Okay, so, oh my god, what the hell! This is what it looks like. So i'm pretty happy with how this section has turned out like i wanted a diagonal thing and it is, but i'm already pretty happy with how my hair has turned out on me too. It'S itching like hell but yeah. This is like not the final product, obviously but uh. This is basically how i want my hair to be and uh. I think i'm quickly go in check in a larger mirror how my hair looks and i'm going to get back to you guys. So many just tavi meri dad kodi khai baal and i called him out to actually help me with my hair. So i told him to just do the ends and he was like what the hell have you done. Okay, foreign. Oh, give me like a proper foreign. So this is how my hair has turned out and uh. I have not styled it after cutting it it's. This is just the raw look, how it's looking and i just love my new hair. Okay. So before i go completely crazy uh i should. I think i should end this video. I am truly in love with what is going on with my hair right now like i can do this, and i can just like comb through my hair like this, i don't even need a comb. Now i'm going crazy with my new hair, so this is my um raw, unfiltered hair, and what i mean by that is. This is just how it looks right after i've cut it, and i am pretty happy with my hair, and so is everyone else to navi many kaya, i'm pretty pumped up right now, so this was all for today's video.
