Hello, everyone and welcome to another video Bane fiendish. If you're new here my name is Velma and today I'm going to be sharing with you guys how I dry my hair. I'Ve been getting a lot of requests to do a haircare routine. So I'm going to do this in two parts: I'm pretty much going to share with you guys a quick video on how I dry my curls, because I am wearing my hair a lot more natural recently and I'm still using pretty much the same routine. To do my hair, the only difference is, I don't use a diffuser, but I used a blow down there and I don't use the same product. So I'm going to split this video into two parts, because I don't want to make the video way way too long. Now, if you are familiar to my channel, you do know that I have natural curly hair and my hair was very long about a year ago. I will insert some pictures here in there for you guys to see, but last year when I started transitioning from colored hair to embracing my grades, I've noticed a huge difference in hair texture. I am not too sure if I've reached that stage where your hair changes, I think it happens every 7 to 8 years and also I noticed that my curl pattern became a lot looser. Some people were saying it was because of heat damage, but me personally, if I show you pictures, my hair was wavy from here to here, and the rest of my hair was completely curly, so it wasn't, he damaged. It was just a change in my body. I was going through also some health issues, but enough of that, I really want to get into this hair tutorial and show you how I dry my hair. Now. My hair right now is completely dry and I've just fluffed it out, but the tool that I used to try. My hair is the Dyson era and I use it a with the attachment the blow dryer attachment. I have a full review on this product using the paddle brush. So if you guys want to see that, if you're interested, I will link that up here and in the description bar below for you guys to check it out, but I absolutely love this tool. I am so happy that I made an investment because normal blow dryers on my hair, I always felt like they made my hair very frizzy and also that they really made my hair brittle like not only was getting frizzy. It also felt really brittle because I feel, like the temperatures are not adequate for my hair texture, so using this, my hair doesn't feel brittle doesn't feel dry. It just feels quite soft, and I love it, although it doesn't have a diffuser, so usually what I do. Let'S start from the beginning, I do my hair care routine. I apply my styling products and then I let my hair air dry for about an hour to an hour and a half when I feel like my hair is getting stiff as in the products are setting into my hair. That'S when I feel like okay, it's time for me to blow-dry my hair. So that's when I get this little tool right here and the settings that I use are the lower speed setting for the air flow and I use it in the medium setting to blow-dry. My hair, and now you guys, are going to see from the cut outs that I'm going to be inserting that I always face the blow dryer down. I don't use it upwards, as you would do with the diffuser. I am really trying to remove all the water. That'S or the yeah the water that still remains in my hair. That'S what I'm trying to do so, I'm not trying to diffuse my hair at all. I don't like the fusing my hair, I feel like when you diffuse your hair. In my experience, it always makes my hair frizzy, so I tend to use this blow-dryer facing down closer to my scalp, really trying to get those roots completely dry. So, as you guys can see, I'm using my hand as my diffuser, my natural diffuser, and I tend to put my hand from my ends and I kind of like lift the hair a little bit and then I apply the blow-dryer in that section that prevents the Hair from going all over the place - and please keep in mind that I am using the lower speed setting for the air flow. So it's not going to blow-dry it everywhere and I feel like the temperature that I'm using is warm enough to blow-dry my hair, but also not to burn my hands and that's why I like this tool so much because it only reaches 150 degrees. So it's perfect for this type of routine if you only want to kind of like roughly dry your hair. This is perfect for on-the-go. Well, not on the go, but you guys know what I mean in the morning or in the evening. You don't want to like fully diffuse your hair. This product is fantastic and it takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to have my hair completely dry and ready to be fluffed out. So once I feel that my hair is completely dry, I will show you guys kind of, like a 90 degree, look of how my hair looks. It doesn't look voluminous at all. It just is completely dry. That'S when I'm going to use the cool setting. I feel that it's very very important if you want to lock in moisture and make your hair shiny to use the cool setting, even when you're blow-drying your hair and you're not going to use any of the other tools from the air app. I feel like this works, so really really well, so I do it as normal as I was drying my hair, but this time I'm just using the cool setting just to set my hair and to hold in moisture, and it makes my hair shiny, and it also Makes my hair very, very soft, so once my hair is completely dry, I am going to start fluffing, my hair out to give it a little bit more volume and more bounce, and the first step that I do is to use a oil or a serum. The one that I'm currently using is the Kerastase elixir. Oh Tim. I wouldn't recommend this for those of you who are 100 % natural and you don't want to use anything with silicones. I feel like some products from Kerastase do have silicones, I'm not entirely sure. If this one has, I love it and it works. Oh really, really well for my hair, so I pump a couple of pumps of this oil or serum into the palms of my hands. I'Ll rub it together and then I start fluffing my hair out and when I fluff my hair out, I don't tend to do it very roughly, because obviously I don't want to create frizz. I want to my for my hairstyle to last at least three days and then I'm probably going to refresh my curls, but I use it very, very softly, and sometimes I also flip my head over and I fluff my hair a little bit more. To add a little bit more volume and to really separate the curls, at least on the roots, not down here, I use a pick, which is this one right here. I got it in a kind of like afro-caribbeans shop. I have at least three: I have one at work, one at home and one lost somewhere, but this is what I use to lift the roots, because I feel that my fingers don't do the job. So I absolutely love this pick right here I mean you can use anything that works for you, but I tend to use to speak and I've been using it for years and it doesn't disturb the hairstyle. It just lifts the roots and makes my hair look. Super nice and voluminous, so I remember the first time I reviewed this product. I was just using the paddle brush and I could only give you guys a review on that. But since then, I have been using the attachment for the blow-dryer a lot more because I have my hair natural, and this just comes to show that this product is a very or this tool is very, very versatile, especially if you have different textures in your hair Or you like to wear your hair completely different. You can definitely have this as well. I know it's a very expensive tool, but for me it's more of an investment than anything else. I do not regret buying it, and very recently one of my closest friends actually gave me the last two tools that I needed to have the complete set, because I bought the one for thicker hair. So now I do have the complete set and I have been the other tools so throughout the year I will be doing further reviews on this product to let you know if I feel like it's going to work for everybody, but so far I absolutely love it And highly recommend, so that is it on how I dry my hair when it's curly. I do hope that you guys enjoy this video and, if you did make sure they give this video a good a thumbs up, don't forget to subscribe, if you haven't already and if you have make sure that you click on that Bell notification. So you don't miss any future videos for myself. Thank you. So much for joining me and I'll see you on my next one ciao

Curls & Curves: Hi Vilma, You are correct about new curly grey hair texture and pattern. I'll be 40 this year & my grey is really coming out. I've been natural for the past 5 years now and loved my natural hair color and how curly and tight my hair was. Last year I started dying my hair and didn't like how unnatural the color looked, I could never find the perfect match to my natural medium brown with red tones. My hair would turn a chalky black even tho color said medium brown. This year I told myself I would no longer dye my hair. I wanted my hair to be natural and healthy. But after dying so long, my lower half looked very black from my new hair coming in, so last month I chopped off my own hair above my shoulders! At first I wanted to cry and go buy hair extensions. It's never been this short. It does feel thicker and less sheading, but I miss my long curly brown hair. I hate that stress and hormonal changes has caused a huge change in my appearance.

Lovely: Hi Vilma . Love your New hair style. I enjoyed this video. I only heard great sayings about this dyson dry however, it's a little rt oo steep me rt now. But, i would ENJOY another video on how ALL attachments work! Thank you Vilma and God bless and "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY. "

Reservechic: I definitely need to start diffusing my hair dry, because I've gotten to s point, where I just don't always have the time or patience to always wait several hours to,airdry. I don't own the Dyson, but, I do own a very nice blow dryer with attachments to it (which includes a diffuser), that I bought before the end of last year, that I definitely need to start using and getting my money's worth out of, for sure. I really like how the Dyson wires, because it doesn't add any frizz to your hair while you're drying it. As, I have noticed with plenty of curlies, when they are drying rheum hair with a diffuser, I would notice, their hair shivering signs of frizz after they had finished diffusing it. But, I like that with the Dyson is duper easy to use, and it gives off such really perfect results. I would love to honestly see how the Dyson would work in my hair too, versus a regular blow dryer w/a diffuser. I have seen it sold on QVC here in the U.S., I should have bought it when I first saw it, but I was a bit skeptical of it really being worth the high price tag, and from what I've seen YES, it truly is. And, the next time, I see it offered on discount through WVC, I will get it. I definitely think it's a really wonderful investment for sure. Hope you have an absolutely fabulous Mother's Day! As, you truly deserve it for sure, msweetie! Love you!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
