Easy Headwrap/Turban Tutorial Using A T-Shirt | Natural Hair

Here is my highly requested headwrap tutorial that you all loved on my Instagram. All I used was a t-shirt! ❤️
Hey guys, I'm going to show you how I do my little t-shirt turban that you guys saw on my Instagram, so I like to do this style on wet hair, just because it's way easier to work with um. So I just have a little bit of conditioner in my hair and then I'm just going to add some oil as well. So my hair is, you know moisturized, underneath now you can do this on dry, hair but um. For me, it would just be a lot harder, since my hair is huge and thick when it's dry, so yeah, just working on wet hair is easier once my hair is all moisturized I like to flip it over. So I can get ready for my turban and just try to bring on my hair to the front as much as I can now. This is the t-shirt I'm going to be using it doesn't matter what t-shirt you use. Long-Sleeve short-sleeve! You just want to make sure it's a bit bigger than your normal t-shirt and um, preferably a lightweight t-shirt, so that it's easier to wrap and you're going to put the opposite end. Not the part you put your head put your head, but the opposite end over your hair and then, as you can see in the next clip, you'll start twisting um in other shirts around. I don't know how else to explain it, but yeah you're just going to pretty much twist that um t-shirt and yet after you twist it you're going to pretty much wrap it around like a bantu knot. It'S really easy to do. It can take a few tries to get it perfectly because you want to make sure it's tight enough, so that um, you don't have a big lump in the back of your head and then also so it's tight enough that it won't slip off to secure the Turban, all you do is wrap the end of the t-shirt underneath your little knots and it should be good for the rest of the day and after that you can just leave it like this, but I always think it's cute to add some baby hairs. So that's exactly what I'm gon na do. I'M just gon na pull it back a little bit and use my eco styler gel. You know gel down my baby hairs and edges so yeah. I basically just do my sideburns and gel down the edges that I left out and I'm only showing you guys this side, because I did not like how I did the other side. I kind of brushed it too smooth and I like how this side has like a little bit of waves and stuff, so I did go back and fix it to my liking, but yeah just don't look at that other side. It'S all up to you! How you want to jazz up the style if you want to wear some big hoop earrings? That also can make this look really cute. So yeah go ahead like comment, share and subscribe.
