They are really really quick to do and they are so cute and yeah. Jamie'S hair was washed and conditioned and um her hair was braided. No, her hair was cornrow, wasn't a cornrow, so i just took down the cornrows today and then i'm just going to prep the hair for the braids. So, firstly, i just went ahead to comb the hair and i'll be using this. My scalp massage oil. I also have a video on my channel how i make this scalp massage oil. It is very, very simple to make and it works amazingly well on the hair. It works amazing. It works so well so good, so fine, so beautiful, so it just works good on the hair, so i apply it on her scalp and then i just give her scalp. I tall torah massage for like five minutes yeah and this video is on a fast mood. So i was not harsh at all, so i did it very gentle, you know, and then i just went ahead to spread a little bit of water at the ends you know of her hair, just so the hair detangles without any you know, trouble, and i also Went ahead and applied these uh hair butter and this one is also a diy hair butter. As you all know, on this channel, i do a lot of hair um diy videos guys because they are really really affordable and they are really good because you know what you're putting on your hair. Of course, i also use some stop bought products, but i love diys and i'll. Just go ahead and apply some extra butter and i'll be putting the link in the description box down below the link of the video. So you can make your own butter at home. You know. I really really love this topic. I really need to. I really love to talk about these, and that is the importance of prayer. So as christians we ought to pray. Even the bible commands us. You know to pray and prayer has been on my heart lately and it is something i've i've been striving to do more each day. You know prayer doesn't have to be something that is complicated or difficult. So it is, you know it is something. It is something that anyone can do anywhere at any time. You know i've been learning how to pray a lot. I'Ve been learning the importance of prayer. You know with my work with god, so i wanted to share what i have learned with you guys so far. So the first reason why prayer is very very important is because prayer is an act of obedience, and one key reason that we pray is because is because god called us to pray. It is god's way for us to worship, rejoice and pray to him as it as you know, as it is a part of our work with god so and the book of romans, chapter 12, verse 12 says that be joyful in hope, patience in affliction, faithful in Prayer, so god is commanding us here to pray, you know if we have afflictions, we should just pray. You know the bible says that is anyone afflicted, let him pray so again. The book of colossians chapter 4, verse 2. We say that devote yourself to prayer being watchful and thankful, so you have to be prayerful. You have to devote yourself to prayer and the book of faith. Testolonians, chapter 5, verse 17, says pray continually, which means that you have to pray. I should be and every day something you have to pray every day you don't have to pray today and then you wait after one week or after one month before you pray. So prayer is an act of obedience, god called us to pray, so we must respond. So the second importance of prayer is that prayer is an opportunity to spend time with god. You know prayer is a way of worshipping god. It allows us to confess our sins and lead us to true repentance. We also give us the opportunity to present our request to god. You know it gives us time to truly understand the heart of god, especially when you combine prayer and reading the word, because it goes hand in hand. You know, and most of the time some people we you know to make your prayer to have weight. You have to pray according to the will of god, and how do we know the will of god? We can only know the will of god. If we read our bible, for example, if a woman is barren and it is, it is written in the bible that none shall be bowing, so the will of god is not for us to be barren. So if you are bargain, then you don't know that it is not the will of god for you to bargain. You know. Satan is going to cheat you, but if you study the word and you get to the point which says that none shall be bound, then you already come to the understanding, and you know that god wants every woman to be fruitful. You should not be bound in your studies, so god says that no shall be bound, and you know the plan, for us is a plan of good and not of evil. So if the bible says that none shall be bound, it means no shall be bound. So you have to go to your closet and pray and ask god you know - and you know sometimes it's good to give the word of god back to him that you said in your word that none shall be bound. So i declare, oh god by your word. I stand o king of glory and i declare that i have. I will not be bound so you rebuke every situation. You rebuke every barrelness from your life, so power prayer generates power. Prayer is very, very, very, very powerful yeah so and another importance of prayer is: is that jesus prayed? So if jesus can pray, then who are we jesus was jesus? Is the son of god? Jesus is god so if jesus can pray, imagine if god can pray and then what about us male human. So it is very, very important for us to pray and in the book of matthew, chapter 14, verse 23. It says that after he dismissed them, he went up on a mountain side by himself to pray, so it is really really important as christian to detach yourself from people to detach yourself from you know for material things. You know. Sometimes it's good to just leave your phone somewhere, maybe in the living room, and then you get into your prayer course closet and you pray. So you have to isolate yourself from people. Sometimes you know i love to pray in the night. Guys. Prayer at night is really really powerful. Trust me just try to pray at night. It is really really powerful. Give up, you know, put your phone somewhere and you pray, so jesus dismissed all the disciples and he went on the mountain side by himself and three and also in the book of matthew, 1 verse. 35. It says that very early in the morning, while it was still dark, jesus got up left. The house went off to a solitary place where he prayed, so it is also very important for us to pray very early in the morning. Prayers you know in the morning gives revelation so you can start your day by praying very early in the morning before we as you can see. It says why it was still dark, so you can get up by five o'clock four o'clock and meditate and pray and ask god for division. You know for that. We are blessed to be able to reach up to god in prayer, knowing that he hears each of our prayers in his. You know in his omnipotence he respond and we receive, although his response is according to his will. So that is the power of prayer, and you also have to make sure you pray according to the will of god, yeah. That is very important and in the book of john 1st john chapter 5 verse 14. It says that - and this is the confidence that we have towards him - that if we ask anything according to his will, he will hear us. So if we ask anything according to the will of god, he will hear us. The word of god is so alive and active guys. What is written in this book in the word of god is true. So but sometimes we ask a miss because the bible says that we ask and we don't receive because we act and me so if you keep asking what is not according to the will of god, then we are definitely. We are definitely not going to get a positive response from god. God is just going to be silent. For example, if you, if you have a boss in your office and the boss, keeps giving you trouble and now you start praying, oh god make me to be me, you start praying that, oh god let his boss be sacked. So i can take his place and deal with him so that prayer is not according or he does not align with the principles of the kingdom. So it does not align with the word of god. So god is not going to answer your prayer, but because that is not love. If you want to deal with somebody, because the person is giving you headache and your point to god to give you the power to deal with that person, it's not going to work. So many times we pray because we pray we pray and we don't get answers because we pray and miss, and it is really really good to check your motive when praying make sure that the motive is according to the will of god.
