Hey guys crystal here formally here can USA. So today I'm doing a video on using sorts cough. He'S Sin City color. I am not doing any type of promo video or anything, but I saw this color in a professional store and I was looking for something ammonia free because I got a relaxer today, so I chose it now. First things: first, if you notice, I went and grabbed a bottle. This bottle has an actually base for a relaxer, but this is kind like a pro tip. So if you are doing any type of hair color like a dark, color or anything other than your color, I always recommend using some type of base or scalp or skin protectant hair grease Vaseline, whatever just to put around the hairline and on the ears, so that The color does not actually stain your skin that you don't have any hair on. So I start by applying my color to the areas that are the most resistant on any head. Typically, the most resistant area is the hairline, the crown the nape of the neck and sometimes behind the ear. So I always start with those areas. First, and if you clearly see, I actually did touch my skin with the color, but the great thing is: I have base on my scalp, not my scalp, but on my airline to help protect my skin. That does not have any hair, so it won't actually stain. My skin now, once you have applied your color to your resistant areas, and I know you're like why would our apply the color to the resistant areas? First well. Resistant areas typically need more time to process because they are just that resistant. So I'm using a bowl and brush to apply my color. This is a demi-permanent color by the way, so there are three different types of color: don't mine in the back, who always seems to be in my videos, but there are three different types of colors: they're, semi-permanent demi-permanent and then permanent. I am using a demi-permanent color. So that means that my hair needs to already be cleaning it before applying this color same thing with semi-permanent color. Why? Because you do not have the ability to go back and shampoo the hair if it was in a dirty state before you put the color on these colors are not made to last forever. So I had to also shampoo first, but I actually did it relaxer today. So that was another reason why I look for an ammonia free color, because ammonia and relaxer they kind of don't go too well, even though it is a very low grade of along. Yet they just don't do well in the long run. So I like to use ammonia free, and I saw this one and it really just grabbed my eye. So why not try it? I can say if it was really good on my hair. It was really soft in the application. It was really smooth and it is a oil-based and my permanent color, so it does have its own developer. For those of you who are here starters, this is definitely a color. I would say it's a check out if your looking for a demi-permanent, that is ammonia, free cool now for those of you who are covering gray here, is another pro tip. Once you apply the color to your areas that are resistant like I said the hairline, you can use actual plastic wrap or like foam or mesh ease and place it over the color on the hairline, and that will help to keep those resistant grades down inside the Color, so that they will actually process, and that's something that I learned over the years of doing color, I'm working with clients who have got a resistant here. Resistant hair typically wants to stand off of the head. So that is when I use that technique to get that hair to make sure that it lays and everything is covered with color. Now, as you see, I'm using a bowl and brush for my application, typically with demi-permanent colors, I like to use Bowlin brush, because I can get more precise and I typically want to do my roots first and then for semi-permanent colors. Those most of the time come in a bottle nutty, the most almost 95 % of the time semi-permanent colors come in a bottle. What most of my permanent colors cannot cover gray, so you guys keep that in mind when you are getting your color services for your gray coverage or, if you're like me, and I don't like that, didn't you brown color. That is the reason why I actually cover my hair. So application is everything guys just keep that at 9:00 and make sure that you get behind the ears. So now my hair is completely washed dried molded, and could you believe I did not actually sit under a dryer at all today when I did my actual mode, I just molded my hair really really tight, and I worked with my clients and my hair. Just kind of air dried, I don't recommend air drying all the time guys because it doesn't always thoroughly dry the hair, but it worked for me today because it was like preparation for hurricane. I was busy all that good stuff, so I made sure to just try to dry it as best I could now the product you saw me put on there before. I actually started spraying the spirit so with our frizz tamer and shine serum, and then I put a little bit of light hold spritz on my hair, I like to spritz my hair as I go. Why? Because anybody knows me this hairstyle will only last me a couple days. I perspire a lot and I need a lot of spritz, but I also moisturize and take very good care of my hair to help combat the amount of alcohol and spritz that I use in my hair. Now I started out with my smaller iron. Now I'm using my one inch elite, Maxx Tyler, that is my Flatiron guys that babies in my hand, yes, the glide. I am using that to curl my short hair, it's a one-inch iron, so it went really well. How are they it's ceramic? So it's not too much of direct heat. I already put a heat protectant on there and now I'm just using it to actually do my styling, so you guys just sit back and watch the style itself. Myself kind of I, like my flips, I'm gon na try something else. One day before now I like to keep my edginess, but it never looks the same. So you guys just sit back, relax and enjoy the show outside of that guys, don't forget. I have a different different promotion going on almost every quarter, so this promotion, this quarter in the month of September for Labor Day, is the Labor Day sale so use code. Labor dates you save 25 % off and if it's after Labor Day and you're watching this video, you definitely can always check my Instagram for any promotions that might be going on. My instagram name is elite hair care USA, but in the meantime you guys can continue watching the style evolved. Tell me what you think at the end thanks and don't forget to subscribe guys. Okay guys, so I am basically done what I did was spray a little bit of spritz and use my little brush just to brush down on any type of flyaways. And then, of course, I'm going to make sure that my sides in the front are looking bomb because that's exactly what matters and then at the end, that's where a little bit more spritz. Now, if you don't want it to be hard, you don't have to spray any more spirits. For me, I need to be hard, so I do also I used my pick instead of my small rat tail, to make this baby shine.

When you mentioned braids to protect relaxed hair, are you talking about my own hair or adding weave?.Since you suggested wearing only 2 weeks, I would like to find hairstyles that is age appropriate and not expensive since I can't keep in longer than the suggested time frame.
