3 REMEDIES FOR REVERSING PREMATURE GREYING OF THE HAIR:
1. AMLA JUICE:
My aunt mentioned just a few days back that after regularly consuming amla juice, hair greying which was starting for her is greatly reduced. This is because amla juice has got antioxidant properties and it greatly helps reduce oxidative stress. Since amla
is rich in vitamin C, it greatly helps in iron absorption thus preventing anemia too.
For making the juice, take one large or two small gooseberries and cut into small pieces. Now take the cut pieces in a bowl. Add in 1/4 teaspoon of jeera to it. Add in a small piece of ginger too. Finally add in a pinch of salt. Now add in a cup of water too. Now grind this mixture to a smooth paste. After grinding to a smooth paste, strain using a strainer to get a smooth juice. Drink this juice every single day.
2. AMLA HAIR PACK:
For the hair pack, take one and half tablespoons of amla powder in a bowl. Add in the inner gel of one aloe vera leaf. Finally add in a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil. Now grind this mixture to a smooth paste and apply as a hair pack.
Wait for 20 minutes and then wash it off. One of my friends shared this recipe with me as it greatly helped reverse her grey hair. She was using this hair pack weekly twice regularly and she still continues to use it till today.
3. CURRY LEAF HAIR OIL:
This happened years back. One of our neighbours used to regularly come and collect organic pesticide free curry leaves from our farm for making curry leaf oil. I have personally seen her reverse her grey hair with daily application of curry leaf hair oil alone. It really surprised
me then but now that I know the power of herbs nothing surprises me much. It took her almost a year of regular application to reverse her grey hair.
The recipe I have shared here is her method of making curry leaf oil and it works really well. To make the oil, heat a cup of unrefined coconut oil in an iron pan. Once it gets hot, add quarter cup of pesticide free curry leaves and switch off. Let the mixture cool for an hour. After an hour, you will notice that the colour of the oil has
changed to beautiful green colour.
Curry leaves also should be crisp like this which indicates that there is no moisture left and also the leaf should not be burnt. Store this oil along with the curry leaves in a glass bottle and use it as a daily application hair oil. This oil will last well for up to a year at room temperature. I would suggest following all these three remedies, if you want to reverse your grey hair fast.

Also when I detangle my hair daily I used to get 2-3 hair which turned grey upto 1 inch from roots... SAKET JAIN: Good afternoon Ramya. I liked the way of explanation of reversing premature greying n getting back natural hair colour which is strong. I have been using curry leaves oil as well as onion hair oil simultaneously on my patients. Their hair fall has reduced a lot. In 3 of my patients, their hairs used to fall in bunches. I made n gave them this oil. They are contented n whenever, it finishes off, they come n take another bottle of hair oil. This hair fall technique too, I will tell them. Till now, I was guiding them to use onion juice 2 times per week n few other remedies also on hairs. Amla juice is excellent n now is the season of Amla hence I am also having fresh amla juice daily n guide others too. But, we need to preserve them for the whole yr n use the old ancient technique of using fresh amla, added in a glass mason bottle, with full amount of water filled, little turmeric, salt, and a spoonful of vegetable oil as a preservative. Priyesh Gala: Since I have alot of grey hair, I started ignoring them initially but then I found it was too late for me but still I wanted to go for the natural ways, though it has not yeild me much results coz its hardly 2 months I am following it but i am sure that the remainder of my black hair has been much better in terms of their length, strength, darker shade, silky and soft. And also the further greying has stopped drastically. Reasons i had this issue at the age of 30 was because I smoked alot and had alot of stress due to my relationship with wife. Remedies which I follow CONSISTENTLY 1. Eat Raw Amla (or Awla whatever that is) one in morning and one in evening. 2. Apply ghee on ur scalp for atleast twice a week and keep it overnight. 3. Egg yolk mask once a week for 25 mins. 4. Eat sesame seeds (kala til) daily and chew it very well. In a year I am pretty sure u will be more than happy with any sort of hair problems. Kind of like a suntan, but more on the healthy bronzing side. I know some of those who tan naturally to a beautiful bronze skintone. I am lightly caramel complected, but would love to have an all over even toned with a sunkist bronze look. Is this possible with any of your natural remedies?
