This is an amazing hair oil in reversing your gray hair, because the ingredients we are using are 100 natural and they're very effective. I'Ll show you the ingredients. Now the special flower I'm going to use is hibiscus flowers. This is one of the high melanin flowers, which is important to reverse your gray. Hair hibiscus is kind of gelatinous When you crush the flowers, it helps for strong and thick hair growth, I'm taking 4 tablespoons of hibiscus powder. If you want I'll give you the link for the ingredients below this video, then I'm going to be using black sesame seeds. You should use only the black sesame seeds, not the white ones. This has got a lot of melanin that helps to restore your hair's dark. Color I'll be using three tablespoons of black sesame seeds in this recipe I'll be using bring garage powder too. I'M going to use one tablespoon of it I'll provide the links for all the ingredients below this video. Then we need half tablespoon of Gooseberry or amla powder. Bring garage and amla or traditional natural ingredients in treating the gray hair, I'm going to be using an iron pan for making this oil. This is the traditional method. You can also use a steel pan if you don't have the eye in one, but don't use non-stick or aluminum pans for this oil. Add 250 ml of coconut oil to the pan - it's very chilly in here, so it has kind of solidified. I'M going to wait until it melts now add the Hibiscus powder. Bring garage powder and Gooseberry powder boil this in low flame for about 5 minutes, then add the black sesame seeds, I'm using three tablespoons of it when the hibiscus flowers and black sesame seeds are combined together, it's very effective in reversing your gray. Hair boil this for another 8 to 10 minutes, and let this cool down do not cover it with a lid now, because the steam that is coming out of the oil, if you cover it, it'll make water droplets, which will reduce the shelf life of the oil. Leave this oil in the pan for the next two days. This traditional process enriches the minerals in the oil and then filter it and store it in a clean jar. This will stay fresh for up to six months. You can use this as your regular hair oil. Tear but many of us don't like oil on our hair on everyday basis, at least to use this three times a week to get its full health benefits. When you want to use it heat the oil first and then apply the warm oil on your scalp and massage it massaging promotes blood circulation too. You need to leave this oil on your hair overnight and in the morning you can wash it off with a good herbal, shampoo or shikakai. You will see visible results within a couple of weeks itself.
