Welcome to my channel! This is a beauty experiment trying pink dye on unbleached medium brown hair. The product used in this video is Arctic Fox Hair Color in Virgin Pink applied on unbleached clean hair. I'm so pumped to try this out! And will include a full product review after the process :)

Hello welcome to my channel or welcome back i'm zoe, and this is an orthodol and today i'm super pumped because we're going to be trying to dye my dark hair pink, so i love pink pink, has always been my favorite color. I cannot remember a time when i didn't love pink and i've always wanted pink hair. Now i understand that it's not possible for me to get a bubblegum pink color with my hair, as is - and i would have to bleach it quite a bit to get to the level needed to do so. But i want to see what pink dye would look like on my natural brown hair. So here we are, you can't see it very well in this light, but i am going to insert a clip of my hair outside in the sunlight, so you can really see the color beforehand now. Uh from the roots about halfway down is all natural growth. It'S never been dyed or bleached or anything. The rest, though it's seen some things, so it might come out a little bit different and i'm really curious before we dive on in uh the product. The product that i'm going to be using today isn't going to cause any damage on my hair and we're not going to do any bleach, we're just straight doing some arctic fox. Now i was on their website looking into what would show up on dark hair colors and they suggested virgin pink along with a few of their other more pigmented colors, and i was very very pleased to see this on there. I i have a feeling it's going to turn out quite dark and maybe burgundy-ish, but we will see and slap it on there and leave it on for, like a really really long time, hope it sticks in there and make a huge mess while doing it. Because i am not a professional do not copy what i'm doing i'm gon na wreck my bathroom, so you so so i left the die in my hair for just over three hours and it worked look how pink it is. I can't believe it. I don't know how it's coming up on camera, i'll put in a clip of me outside in the sun, so you can really see the colors come through, but i was expecting a very subtle burgundy brown and it's dark pink. It'S definitely dark pink. I guess you can call dark pink burgundy, but i would call it dark pink up at the top here. Well, my natural regrowth went went more of a burgundy, more purpley, pink, but down here i want to call it raspberry at the very end of the video. I will do a before and after so you can see - or you can just skip right to that. If you don't want to hear me talk about the product, quick product review, arctic fox, this is not sponsored. I just really really enjoyed using this product. It was the first time i tried it and it went so smoothly. I don't know if you watched the application part, but i got it all up in my scalp and everywhere on my cheek and it came off really easy, nothing stained and it rinsed out. Actually quite easy as well, especially for a red color. I don't know if you've ever dyed your hair, a shade of red, but it's it bleeds forever. The dye itself smells like candy and did no damage to my hair. My hair feels super soft and shiny. The formula is completely vegan and cruelty free. I love that they give 15 of their proceeds to animal charities. You can check it all out on their website. I'Ll link it down below another great thing about this product is that it's inexpensive. Now i myself live in a fairly remote town in canada. I don't know if it's the same where you live, but online shopping can be really difficult here. A lot of companies don't ship to where i live, or they only offer limited products or their products are jacked up prices on top of the exchange rate, so i've had a lot of problems in the past. I did not, however, have any problems with arctic fox. The entire total i wrote it down plus so the eight ounce bottle, plus shipping taxes and exchange rate, everything 29.83, so 30 hair, and it's excellent, i'm very very impressed well done arctic fox. Yes, I'm a FANTASTAYZEN: I showed this to my mom to prove that I can't really get the pastel/bright pink she thinks without bleaching my hair. She's so against me bleaching my hair acting as if my hair would all fall off if I did. I mean, I was gonna get it proffessionally done anyways

libaka: I am a huge fan of arctic fox! I mix cosmic sunshine, sunset orange, and purple rain to make a ginger color, and put it over my dark brown hair (I do have highlights added). Works super well!
