How To: Twisted Updo
Hi guys in today's tutorial, I will be showing you how to do this twisted updo so to get started. You'Ll just have to part your hair to the side, then taking two sections. We will start twisting it towards your face and then taking the left section and putting it over your right section and then you're gon na grab some hair and then twist it. The left section is going to go under the right section, then grabbing more hair and twisting it towards your face. So always remember to twist it towards your face. It gets kind of confusing and you will have to practice a few times, but once you get it down, it's fairly easy to do so twisting it towards your face, then I kind of pull it apart. As I go also when I was twisting the hair, I was trying it to do it a little loose that way, it's not too tight and it's easier to pull it apart, so that it is fuller, and it just gives it that much texture when it's fuller. Also, when you're pulling apart do very lightly that way you don't pull out any hair and it's just nice and beautiful. Then we will repeat the same steps on our other side. This side from you is a little tricky, so I had to practice a few times or more, I feel, like every side is different, so my right side was more difficult for me, but I kind of got it down and always remember twist it towards your face. So once you're done twisting we'll just start placing it where we want to, pin it, and I did one over the other, so my left one over the right one, then you'll just start pinning it in place just adjust it where you want it. My tensions were a little too long, so I had to kind of play with it and hide the hair, but I also tried it without my extensions with my just natural hair and it was fine, so, whichever length of hair you have, I think it will work. Just fine, then just finish off with some hairspray and there you guys go. I twist it up to perfect for prom coming up or even wedding. I hope you guys really liked this tutorial.
