I feel like i'm not in this frame right, hey everybody! Welcome back to my channel. Words are hard for me today, anywho um yeah. Here i am from the title. I wanted to show you guys how i've been styling, my extremely short bobbed hair with one weft of extensions. So if you like the video while you're watching, please give it a thumbs up down below and subscribe to my youtube channel and let's get into it. So i have two different styles to show you today and because i'm here trash, i'm gon na have to use the viewfinder. Well, i can. I can go to the side like this and use the mirror. That'S behind you guys, or i can just use the viewfinder stars so this i have a couple of these actually um. I just bought this at burke's, which is like tj maxx kinda and, like all that, it's like a one of them discount stores. This is three dollars. I wish it wasn't as big, but it's actually made to be a headband a head covering or you can like, put it on your neck, pull it up as a mask, it's whatever. So it's a red, bandana print. I have several of these um. I wear these styles to work, so you know we're going to start with one that's more down, so i'm just going to go ahead and put that on my neck and i'm going to brush out my natural hair. The best part about using these extensions is, i straighten my hair the day i wash it, and then i really don't have to do anything with it the rest of the week, so it's kind of great it's a break on my hair. I don't have to do quite as much with it, so i'm just gon na section off a little part at the top and i'm just gon na clip it back now. The extensions i use these are by the brand richo and they look a little raggedy today, because i wore this braid yesterday and when i wear it in a braid, i literally just unclip the extensions and pull the braid out, because all my natural hair is not In the braid, so i just pull it out relatively easy. I'M going gon na unbraid this and it does get a little tangled, but even when i don't wear it in a braid, i still braid the weft before i go to sleep. So these are like 10 extensions, so they don't have to stay perfect. They get a little tangly, but lord, it's okay! Sorry! My bench is speaking to you. The next thing i'm gon na do is this. Is the aussie hair insurance leave-in conditioner, i'm just going to spray a little bit on that and i'm going to work on detangling. These really quick - and the last thing i'm going to do - is take out this ponytail at the top and once i do that, i just kind of hold them and continue to detangle. I'D like to point out, i color match these so well like they perfectly match. My hair um, if you've, never worked with the extensions before, even if they're, like really cheap synthetic extensions like these, it is so important to use a leave-in conditioner for the johnson and john, the johnson's like detangling spray, something like that just because it's dead hair, even If you have human hair extensions, it's dead hair, so it can't it will lose its luster and its shine so that conditioner just helps bring some of that shine back into it, and then i'm just gon na quickly run through this. This is not necessary. I just like, starting with my extensions, very detangled and ready to go so now, i'm just going to unfold them and they're completely detangled, and now that i have my hair sectioned up. There are five clips on this and i'm going to start with the middle clip and clip it in the very back of my head. Now i don't tease my hair when i use these. I literally just kind of like rub it in a circle and it kind of creates a little a little knot for it to grasp onto okay. So now that you have it like this, you pretty much looks like look like you have a mullet. That'S totally fine! I'M gon na give it one more little brush just like that. We'Re going to take it all to the back, we're going to take this down, and i'm just going to smooth my hair over the track does not have to be perfect and i'm going to pull all of my hair back into one little ponytail. You can go to the side if you want and you are just going to create a little ponytail. You don't technically have to do this um for this braid. It just helps me so i put mine more to the side, which is fine, but now we have my natural hair sticking out over here. So i literally just take a clip and clip it back, so i'm going to brush it out again, just to make sure it's all smooth and i'm going to try really hard to get three even sections and then i'm just gon na break this down. This is really good because you have a little bit of hair down if you're like me and you kind of like have a little something down. This will help you and it's super easy and it keeps your extensions detangled, because it's cinnabright you know, and now all i'm gon na do is pull my little headband up. I don't think i like this headband, it's very large but yeah. You can pull your ears out if you want, you can leave your ears in your weft, is hidden by your hair on top and you have a cute little braid and the headband helps to keep your little baby hairs from sticking out. So this is the first style super basic super simple, so i'm just going to take the headband off, and this is what i do when i go to work just because the braid is awesome, but when i'm like leaning down on people it kind of whacks them. So i bought a two pack of these headbands off of amazon they're, just basic black elastic headbands and they're thicker. You need a thicker, extend thicker headband for this style. We'Re about to do. You don't have to use this, but it has little buttons for your mask on the side and since i have to wear two masks in a facial at work, the braid also doesn't work, because my face shield stops right here and it kind of bumps. All of my short natural hair out, so we don't want that. I'M quickly, gon na find the back seam of this headband and throw it on get my braid out. I find it easier to just go ahead and have the headband around your neck. It just it just works out better for me, i'm gon na undo my braid and this you can see my short hair now and quickly brush through not necessary, and then this is why i was already in a braid when i started this video, because when i Have the braid in i literally just unsnap it and pull the hair out, so i'm going to quickly brush through my hair, and this is going to be a little more difficult to show you guys. But everyone at work prefers this over the braid just because it it reminds them more of when my hair was longer um, because i never wore my hair in a braid but we're going to flip our head. I'M not gon na be able to talk dude again. I'M gon na flip, my head upside down, and i'm gon na, attach this. If this is the normal way for the clips to be i'm gon na flip them to where they're like this to where all the hair is trying to go up, that is important, and i'm going to flip on my head, hair upside down, make sure it's pretty Smooth and i'm going to clip these extensions at the very base of my neck, that makes sense. Does it so once again, i'm going to start with that middle clip? Okay! So do you see what i'm saying now um and this is imperative - i'm gon na brush? It all out i'm gon na stand up. Am i still in the frame enough yeah now that my extensions are clipped in i'm just gon na brush all of this hair and i'm going to grab a hair tie and i'm just going to create a big ponytail on top of my head? You could technically try to curl this, because this is my real hair, and this is the extension you could try to curl this and make this work out for you. But that's just too much work for me. So i'm going to take a bun form. If you don't have one of these get a taller sock and cut the toes out and roll it up, and i'm gon na pull the ponytail through now, if you wanted to, you could pull this back up the bun and roll it down, but i don't like Doing that and i like messy buns, so this is literally just to give me a shape, nothing else, i'm going to take a hair tie and gon na bump, like that, so you can see my hair sticking out right there. Oh, we don't want that. So i'm gon na go ahead and get some bobby pins ready to go, and now i'm gon na do is start wrapping. All these extensions around, like i said it does not have to be perfect. I, like a messier bun to begin with, and i just add another hair tie and every time i add a hair tie other than that base, one that was making the ponytail. It'S only going around my head once so. It'S not tight. It'S not hurting. It'S not pulling okay. So now what we're gon na do is go around. I'M gon na go ahead and pull out my baby hairs just so that they're ready and i'm just gon na take bobby pins and all these little pieces of the extension. That'S still out. I'M gon na kind of twist them and pull them into the bun. Like i said i like a messier button, so this part is where you can get a little messy and it's okay. I always do a shake test to make sure is situated, because the last thing i want is my bun falling out while i'm at work - and i know you love - that my real hair is still sticking out at the top and all i'm gon na. Do there. The sock bun really works out, but the bun form is good for me because i can poke bobby pins through it because it's a mesh, you don't have to worry about these baby hairs. Sticking out at the back. You literally just want your button to be situated. Like so i'm going to go ahead and run this straightener over the baby, hairs that i've chosen the little side pieces perf. So now that you're here you want to make sure your buttons are even - and i just kind of hold my headband out and pull my baby ears back down like i said you want to make sure your buttons are relatively even and then i just kind of Pull the headband up to hide that track in the back of my head and if you wanted to you, could um bobby pin everything a few more times. I am going to bobby, pin this one little hair, because it's kind of crazy but yeah. So to do this super cute bun that took not that long to do and it's super easy gets my hair out of my face for work and it's cheap. On top of that, the only parts of my hair that had heat on them were these little baby pieces. So it's very good if you're trying to use less heat, it's good. If you just want your hair up out of your freaking face and you have short hair, so that is how i've been doing my extension button. I hope you guys enjoyed the video. All i'm really going to do now is hairspray the bun so that it lasts a little bit better and i'm gon na go to work. I hope you guys enjoyed the video make sure you give it a thumbs up down below sorry, it's my first hair tutorial. I'M pretty sure it's a little bumpy, it's a little wild, but it worked out and the cool part about this is the extensions, are hiding all of that short hair. So it just it's a beauty. It'S a beautiful thing being able to do this, so i hope you guys enjoyed the video make sure you give it a thumbs up down below i'm gon na stop rambling, and i will see you guys on my next one: bye,
