3 Minute Updo For Short Hair!
Thought short haired girls couldn't wear their hair up? Guess Again! This hairstyle gives off that girly boho vibe that I love and it's super easy! Takes 3 minutes or less to do!

Hey guys so on today's video, I'm going to be doing a hair tutorial for short-haired girl, because it's difficult for us to do updos and I'm here to show you an easy one. So we're going to start off with a teasing comb and some bobby pins. That'S pretty much all you're going to need. Everything else is just styling products, so I'm taking some argan oil and I'm just applying it to the ends of my hair, because I just washed my hair. So it's still damp and that's when I apply some argan oil to help protect it from any damage or anything like that. So I'm taking that and then I'm taking my tangle teezer comb and I'm using it to comb out the product through my hair and then I'm also doing it just to avoid getting any tangles and stuff. So it's easier to work with and then I'm also going to part my hair in the center. Next, I'm going to take some volumizing mousse and I'm going to apply that into my hair and just scratch it through. This is going to add some body to the hair. It'S going to make it a really nice texture to work with for this hairstyle. So then, I'm also taking a curling wand and I'm just going to curl the front sections of my hair, because these are going to be the pieces that are going to be left out of the updo. Once I've done that, I'm going to begin sectioning off the hair, so I'm sectioning off around the crown area and then I'm taking those that piece of hair and then I'm back combing it so to create some bodies of volume. And then I'm just going to twist that strand and bobby pin it to the back of my head and I'm just going to do the same thing for the other side, you want to make sure both sides look even, and you want to make sure you back Home to add volume, if not it's just going to look flat, and it's not going to give it that really nice unique look that you're going to get and I'm going to show you a back view right now. When you place your bobby pins in your hair, you want to make sure that you cover it with hair, because you don't want the bobby pins to show through, because it'll look a little bit sloppy. Next, I'm going to be taking a headband and anyone will do that. I'M using one from forever 21 cuz floral headbands are in right now and then I'm going to take my hair in sections and start tucking it into the headband. So this is going to bring the hair up and out of your face, and it's just going to look super super pretty and it's perfect for summer. So yeah. You can also add some bobby pins in between the sections of hair you're tucking in in order to keep it in place a little longer. Also, if you have a headband with a really good elastic band, you won't really have to worry about putting bobby pins in between sections, because your hair should stay in place. The whole day you once all the hair is tucked in you're good to go and the look is complete. Just preference I suppose, so my bangs were just long enough to tuck in behind the front of the headband. Also, I let a few strands of hair down in the back, and it still looks really nice as well.
