Hello, it's a man Rene today, I'm going to share with you five tips that helped my handsome roam to this man. I'Ve been natural six years. If you see me keep looking down I'm looking at my phone cuz, I wrote notes telling my phone so the first tip I'm a chef of you is acceptive Stalin and I know for me that was not easy. Even when I was relaxed, I like to keep my hair out, I wear my natural hair and my regular little rap or my little bang rap all the time. So when I became natural, I'm gon na do the same thing. I wanted to wear my natural hair. All the time, but I realized, if you keep planning your hair, not even saying planning, if you keep touching your hair, manipulating your hair, it can cause, it should bring it. So I had to chill out and realize that sensitive hairstyles were my friend, so I had to embrace them. So what I do, I wear protective style for eight months. Take it on with my hair for two or three weeks and then go back into a protective hairstyle, so I just rotate with that throughout the year this is gon na be a little bit hard for maybe women who are transitioning to natural, no heat, and I Know that might sound harsh or crazy, especially if somebody would close your eyes, your hair off that I flat on your hair, you really gon na, have to lay off the and for me I used to love my silk wraps. I will go to the hair salon. Every two weeks so one week ago, still on that fall no week I'll do my hair myself, then the next week I'll go back to the salon like I was addicted to a nice bouncy silk wrap, so I see what he did my hair fast for it. So now I don't use keep my hair at all. I do blow-dry my hair, I would say maybe two to three times out the year. Just so I couldn't trim my ends. When I styled my hair, I thought it was wet or if I even want my hair to be stretch, I won't blow. I will wash my hair conditioning braid it down for the night like five degrees. Next morning, my hair a little damp or mostly dry over. Damn check it out without stop my hair one little dance, mostly dry, hair, that helps to stretch yeah, but I don't stretch my hair. I use blow dryer side, irons, anything I try not to use any. I don't send the hairdryer only because I don't like it's hot in some different hours and hair still gon na be wet. I just read the style, my hair at night and then wake up. Anyone in my hair is dry and unfortunately, sometimes they can take a whole day. So I wash my hair styling on that Friday night Santa. If I don't have any plans I'll keep it in keep my role is in all Saturday and take it out Sunday, which I know that could be. I know that could be annoying or something that you're not used to doing, especially when you're not natural. Well, I know that could be time-consuming. You got ta spend the whole day, wear rollers in your hair and it's annoying. You want your hair done fast, but I would just say I wan na do it on a day when you know you don't have plans, but yes, he is not your friend. Thank goodness not going, would I have not explained he damaged since I've been and I had an experience, come damage and maybe I'll do another video about that, but he damaged yeah. No, I had an experience that button stops long if you're somebody who blow-dry your hair off, let on your hair weekly, try to push it to every two weeks, then try to push it to every three weeks and then try to push it so once a month, You'Ll get there, but trust me heat is not your friend. You don't want to keep costing, but in here tip number the ring keep your hands out your heat. That doesn't necessarily mean that all you got ta, wear protective style know and my sister she has a habit of this. She went off, throw and she got played with her all day, long pluck it and and touch it and look at it in the mirror and touch it like leave your hair alone. You don't want to keep constantly putting your hands in your head. That causes breakage. As well, unfortunately, our natural hair is really there's nothing wrong there, but it's just what it is. You want to leave it alone. So one of the things that I do like I'll do my hair on the Friday night Friday night set it and take it out. Saturday, all I do for the rest of that week is pineapple. My hair every night take down the pineapple in the morning and I just use my fingers and my hair is fine or if we have to do a pic, then you go ahead. Pick just gently at the roots and that's it don't go through your head. Don'T keep touching your hair just leave it alone. Stop set it in the morning and leave it alone. If you need to spray a little oil or something like that, that's great, but don't keep touching your hair, basically try to pick styles that will last at homee, where you can just come back home pineapple it take it back down the next day and keep it Moving another style, you have to retwist your hair or keep manipulating doing something to it. Just leave it alone. Try to keep your hands out to it tip number for them. Don'T try not to keep up with the hair strands, make sure you got my hair products. You'Re, probably my girl shut up, I have so much natural hair products. This is even before I started doing YouTube a little bit more consistently working with brands. I am, and I still am a product junkie, but I try to buy products that I know my hair would like. You'Re gon na keep running around trying to keep up with all the new hair products. All of your hair trends that come out kind of stick. What works for you? Do you don't have to keep buying the latest shampoo latest conditions? You don't have to do that and another thing even wear protective hairstyles. I know some people probably want to go back and forth mean when you do protect the hairstyles. If you can try not to use rubber bands now that, I'm only speaking for me, if rubber bands look for, you keep doing what you do whatever, but from me rubber bands and break my hair off. So I don't know where this trend came along with, if you're doing protective styles, that I can, even by rays pass and swish. You want to start by putting your hair and a rubber band ponytail rubber bands, even as a little child, always broke my hair. My mother never used rubber bands on her hair growing up cuz, it just always broke. I have so. I do not use rubber bands at. Oh, my god said again if it works for you good, but for me, rubber bands break me up. I would never put a rubber band in my hair, especially to keep it in for eight months or to you so be careful when you're following trends online, even number five, if you didn't relate to any of the other tips, one two, three four deafening do this: Your hair use it as an expression of yourself, so who cares what anybody thinks or with the hottest trend right now, do what's best for you? Well, it makes you happy, as you run out, if you want to relax your hair, do it if you want to cut your hair, go ahead. If you want to color your hair, do it there's no right or wrong way to this? Do you, whatever makes you happy? I found one that only is yourself. Your hair is probably one of the first things. People will notice when you walk in the room, make it your own statement, making a statement. Do what you won. I know I do okay, so anybody else think I know I don't care this. Is your life you're gon na get one life living? Okay, thank you for watching. As always I'll see you next time, fine
