Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, I am gon na, be revealing a huge secret about hair growth that the majority of us overlook, and that is the importance of maintaining a healthy scalp without having a healthy scalp. You are not even gon na be able to start growing out your hair, so for this video I have partnered with rooted rituals to share with you guys just how important maintaining a healthy scalp is for growing long and healthy hair. First, I want to share with you guys how I realized that scalp health and hair health are one in the same as you guys know. I have documented a lot of my hair growth journey here on YouTube and over the last year because of some of the remedies that I've tried. I have experienced some hair growth, but the problem was that my hair would grow out, damaged, dry and just super unhealthy and for a while, I didn't understand what was going on, because I don't bleach my hair. I don't use heat on it that much so the fact that my hair was damaged as if I had frequently bleached it just blew my mind and baffled me, but the thing is not only was my hair unhealthy. My scalp was too. I had a lot of product build-up on my scalp. I also had an extremely dry and itchy scalp. I specifically remember itching the sides here and then like in the back of my head, and I would get so much dandruff, but I just couldn't help it because my scalp was so dry and it was at that point that I realized the root of my problem. My scalp wasn't healthy. Therefore, the hair growing from my scalp and from those roots was also unhealthy, so there are a lot of things that can cause an unhealthy scalp environmental pollutants, buildup of products like heavy oils and also dry shampoo, and also having a dirty scalp. And the thing that's important for all of us to remember who want to grow long hair is that you are not going to be able to grow long and healthy hair without having a healthy foundation, and obviously the foundation is your scalp. So this is where rooted rituals to play to care for my scalp to treat my scalp, I have been using rooted rituals, hair, hair products rooted rituals promotes the importance of caring for your scalp. Just like you would care for the skin on your face. Their scalp focused products are made with ingredients like ginger root, charcoal mint aloe and vitamin E that will help care for both your scalp and your hair. Their products help to remove build up on your scalp, as well as giving you a healthy foundation to grow long and strong hair by using rooted rituals products. I'Ve been able to restore health back into my scalp, which is making the hair growth process. For me, this time around a lot easier, just considering the fact that now that my scalp is healthy, I'm able to grow healthier, thicker, stronger hair and my hair doesn't break nearly as easily as it did last year at this time now for the juicy part. So the three products that I have been using the most often by rooted rituals, the rooted rituals, scalp massager, the vitamin E multitask leave on masks and the cooling and strengthening tonic. First, let's get into the cooling and strengthening tonic. This product can be used on your scalp every single day, whether your hair is wet or dry, whether you're on day one hair or day five hair, and it's intended to instantly cool and revitalize your scalp. It also helps to maintain your hairs thickness, strengthen your hair against damage and improve the moisture barrier on your scalp and one of my favorite parts of my current scalp care routine. When I am applying the tonic onto my scalp, I always massage it in with the scalp massager. So, of course, with this scalp massager you're, just gon na be able to spread out the tonic all throughout your scalp. It'S gon na help your scalp to absorb all of the nutrients from the cooling and strengthening tonic, but the scalp massager also helps to increase blood flow to your scalp, which, as I talked about a lot in my hair growth videos. That, in and of itself, is going to help your hair to grow and not only are able to use this to massage the tonic onto your scalp, but also when you're in the shower washing your hair. With sordid rituals shampoo, you can use the scalp massager to massage that product onto your scalp. One thing that I really like about the cooling and strengthening tonic and honestly. What I like about all of the rooted rituals products is that it is extremely lightweight. Yet it is effective, so my hair cannot handle any type of thick leave-in treatment. It actually creates a lot of buildup on my scalp and it also just ways my hair down making it look super lifeless. It leaves it with no body all in all. The cooling and strengthening tonic is not going to leave any type of residue on your scalp and it's effective for those with thick hair, thin, hair, curly, hair straight hair. It'S honestly just a great product to use on a day to day basis to maintain your scalp health with the cooling and strengthening tonic. You want to first divide your hair into a few parts, and then you want to put two to four drops onto your scalp within each section. So then you're just gon na take the scalp, massager and massage the tonic onto your scalp. This is just gon na help to ensure that your scalp is absorbing all of the nutrients from the cooling and strengthening tonic, and it's also going to help to gently yet effectively spread out the product all throughout your scalp now another product that I love. My rooted rituals is the vitamin E multitask leave on masks. Similarly to the cooling and strengthening tonic, the leave on mask is not heavy at all and it is actually instantly absorbed by your hair and your scalp. The leave on masks deeply hydrates your hair and conditions. It from root to tip leaving your hair, soft and shiny, even like one to two days after you've used it. So I used it two days ago and oh, my gosh, my hair feels healthy, looks healthy, as I touched on earlier. The most amazing thing for me about the leave on masks is that it is effective at moisturizing, your hair and your scalp, leaving it super healthy and shiny. Yet it does not weigh your hair down. It doesn't lead to any residue on your scalp and you can even use this in place of your regular conditioner and it's gon na work, amazingly to hydrate and condition your hair and your scalp. Also. It smells amazing which is a huge plus, and I don't know if I've mentioned this at this point of the video, but all of the rooted rituals products are silicone free now for how to apply the multitask leave on masks into your hair. I just took a shower and my hair is clean, so I'm going to take about two tablespoons of the leave on masks and I just lather this all through my hair. You can put this all throughout the strings of your hair, including on your scalp, just so that every inch of your hair and scalp is able to reap the benefits of this amazing leave on masks. So, as you guys can see, I'm making sure that my hair is coated from root to tip with the leave on masks and after styling my hair. This is how it came out, so my hair looks really shiny and healthy. I'M able to run my fingers through it and obviously routed rituals is a line at cater towards scalp health, but you're also going to see a lot of benefits for your hair, just like in the actual strength of the hair, in addition to your scalp. So I will leave a link to all of the rooted rituals products in the description below, so you guys can check them out. Obviously, you'll be able to check out the scalp massager, the vitamin E multitask leave my mask and the cooling and strengthening tonic but rooted rituals also carries a bunch of other hair care products like a scalp scrub, a shampoo and a conditioner and many others which you Guys will be able to check out and explore via the link I have in the description. So thank you guys so much for watching and thanks again to rooted rituals for partnering with me on this video. I love and appreciate all of you and I'll talk to you guys next time.

Na T: Audrey I’m so happy for u litterary grown so much I was with you when u were at 50k and views had reached so high I’m so proud of u girl

ConsultingTrickster: If you are going to use the scalp massager thing PLEASE be sure to be careful with it and ESPECIALLY if you use it to shampoo your scalp because your hair is very fragile when wet and I made the mistake of scrubbing my scalp WAY too hard and ended up having hair break and fall out. I don’t blame the product itself it was my fault just be sure to be gentle because it is possible to massage the scalp too hard, especially when the hair is wet and fragile.
