A Juice Tonic for Hair Growth

A juice tonic for hair growth

This is a particularly special post because it focusses on the number one issue most of us have and that is hair growth. We have talked about how many times we get the question “how can I get my hair to grow?” and repeatedly we have said, it isn’t about products or even techniques when it comes to growth those things are more geared towards retention.

Let me fist start by saying we are not doctors around these parts but quite often we search for ways to improve our health and well sharing is caring right? I was looking for a juicing recipe the other day for hair growth, something specifically geared towards improving blood circulation since whenever you hear about hair growth, blood flow and circulation is almost always in the same paragraph.

I did find a little somethin’ somethin’ and the video I am about to share Dan ‘Theliferenerator’ as he calls himself and Marquetta both on Youtube create a hair tonic that really hits the nail on the head when it comes to facilitating an environment for hair growth.

Dan makes some valid points about what really is the cause of stunted hair growth. He hones in on the fact that we tend to starve our hair follicles of the nutrients they need to survive and function properly by eating acidic foods, and excessive animal fat.

We want to  encourage circulation by eating a plant based diet and getting nutrients with certain plant foods like, ginger, kale, parsley, cilantro and lemons. If you are an avid juicer* then you know that what he is referring to is really the best route to consistent and rapid hair growth.

We would like to add that if you drink the hair juice tonic, add other vegetables to your daily diet that are specifically geared towards growth as well, veggies rich in vitamin A* and C and even though raw foodist are not supporters of eating meat, if you do eat meat make sure it is lean protein and loads of fish.

The ingredients for this tonic are:

► Apples for sweetness,

► Ginger for circulation and taste,

► Kale for a ton of nutrients and minerals,

► Celery for removing the acidity in the body,

► Parsley to tone up the adrenals,

► Cilantro to purify the blood

► Lemons are a natural astringent for our cells and body functions.

► He also adds a dash of cayenne pepper to help with circulation as well!
