The reason I'm making this video today is because, as a hair, influencer, beauty, influencer or just somebody who gets free stuff to promote it, gets really stressful with these companies. Sometimes nobody ever talks about that. Everybody wants to talk about how being at wig influencer and a hair, influencer beauty, Guru, everything's all peachy, clean and happy, and you just get a bunch of free stuff pause. Everything positive must have a negative duh. Okay. So, let's get into the cons of being a hair, influencer wig influencer as an influencer period; okay, first things. First, I get so annoyed when these companies want to hit you up and tell you to purchase their products and then go promote them. What I don't care if I had negative 300 followers, I I don't care. If I would me and my mama was the only one supporting me, I know my worth that ain't worth it and then they go. Oh no friend we'll give you a refund after you're done. You think, I'm about to see her and work for nothing. A lot of these companies will do that. Another thing: is they like to lowball, you too, that's why it's so important to have your rates. Now me personally, I don't have my rates learn from my mistakes, because if a company hit me up today and was like oh well I'll, send you this this and that - and I want you to do a video. All I know is to make my videos 150 or more depending on my audience size, but nothing under 150. If you're like me - and you don't even know, look it, I have like 200 subscribers on this YouTube channel right now. I'M charging 150. Okay, because guess what my tick tocks are popping, my Instagram is popping my Snapchat um Snapchat kind of fell off, I'm not even gon na mention Facebook, but no, you have to know your words in this game. Speaking of knowing your worth, and also to double back on the first thing that I said all of these Amazon hair companies, a lot of them will tell you hey. I need a five star review with pictures and videos. Now, if you're like me, I'll, do that. Okay and I'll be talking about in another video, not this one, but you will be taxed off that money that they send you to purchase their hair. Therefore, you're only getting the hair from that company. That money wasn't your money. You know what I'm saying but to the tax people Uncle Sam, don't know the difference. He just knows you're getting a bunch of money and you just spending it on weeks. Where are you getting this money for I'm gon na be teaching y'all? How to you know, beat the system, it's really messed up, because we're not getting that money, we're taking that money and purchasing their products. So we look like an actual customer. You feel me, but anyways and ick I have about Amazon wig companies. Is that they'll ask for so much? They want pictures videos for their reviews. They'Ll steal your content, that's an ick of mine. These companies will steal your content and put it on their website. Your pictures have you seen that, like Bad Girls Club the girl, seven, they photoshopped like a headband to her hair and was like try our headband wigs. Are you serious? They will still and there's nothing. You can do about it. If you don't know the right people, if you don't know how to get to their bosses, there's nothing you can do about it. They just stole your stuff and that sucks, like I work hard huh for everything. Oh, my goodness, and I've been scammed before this is another ick. I got because me I'm not paying for half of the the wig. I need the money up front. I'M gon na take that money and purchase the wig, I'm not gon na. No, the only thing I will do is purchase the wig. Okay, send them my order number and they instantly better. Send me my money back, because if they don't before, Amazon can take my money out. Oh yeah, I'm canceling that because who and I had a company scan me because one time I think they're called Alias Grace hair, I did a video on them. So go check out my videos because it was such a horrible wig such a horrible wig, but they scammed me. I purchased the wig. I received the wig and then I put a what should we call it a review out after that? I was supposed to get my refund, never got the refund. There'S scammers out here, that's an ick of mine, they're, scammers and then half the time these companies will be like sorry. We can't send you the money first, because you can scam us no boo-boo, because PayPal, we will fund you whatever. If, like say, the company sends me money to purchase their wig off Amazon and they send me the money and I just blocked them and never purchase it. They'Ll they'll hit a refund thing on on PayPal, so don't let them sit there and try to play you like? No, no! No! No! No! It'S gon na get me tight because now I work hard like I've been scammed before that. Don'T feel good, I'm not out here, scamming others, I'm a brand. Okay, I'm a brand. I don't have time for that. I don't have the. I don't even want the karma, so that's another ick of mine, okay, another egg. It'S not really an ick, but it's kind of irritating is that when you're asleep, like I'm in California around like three four o'clock in the morning, is when they're like up and that's business hours for them. Because I don't know what part of the world they're in. But it just seems like like that's just what it is and that's kind of irritating that's an egg of mine. Another ache of mine is when they send us a wig right and the wig is really good, but the wig that they're actually selling it's terrible. I don't like when you send me a wig, and I promote it to the people who support me, who love me, who trust me to give them good advice. I give my audience your wig and then you're sending them crap like what the heck. Oh my gosh, the main ick I have is like family and friends. I know right, they don't even have nothing to do yes, it do. It irritates me that your loved ones even have the nerve to be like. Oh girl, that blonde weight you got. You need to give me that and then you're like no like uh, no okay. Well, what other wig you got, stop begging for my no I'm sorry! I know I said I didn't want to curse. I can't help it. Don'T ask me for it: no, I'm not giving you nothing, because if I was gon na give something to you, it's gon na be genuine. I'M gon na give it to you. I hate when people beg me like. I really do and I hate when people ask me to do their hair because I'm not a hair type doing type of I do my hair, another YouTuber, the beauty, Rave or the Rave Beauty. I always get it mixed up, but I love her intro, but she literally acts. She told me like girl, you always doing your hair. I don't ever see you do nobody else's hair, I'm not that type of girl. I I'm not Jonathan, I'm not Tokyo, I'm not! I'M um, I'm not them. I don't even want to do my own hair, but I refuse to go to somebody else and pay them money to do my hair. You know what I'm saying I feel like, since I got a social media platform instead of me paying. You know you do my hair and we record it and I'll get you more customers. That'S how I feel you know. That means you scratch. My back. I scratch your back, but I'm not unless it's an event like a wedding or like I don't know, unless it's an event, I don't want to pay to get my hair done, which I'm not about to sit here and learn how to do individuals. That'S how I feel I work too hard to pay for anything, but that's the biggest ick. I got that people who love me asking me: can you do my hair? Can you give me that wig that I saw you in the tick tock video that you said you love that wig so much? No, I bet you even my mama. She gon na tell when it comes to my mom. I give her hair. I really do I love my mom and sometimes it'd be hurting my feelings to give it to her, but I do I give it to her, but that's what ick I got. People begging me to either do their hair or to get the hair from the company no and I'd be like girl. I have a coupon, you want that you get your own. You feel me like. No, this video kind of got my blood boiling another cake. I got are people that are just rude for no reason like I'm a beginner hair influencer. Don'T get me wrong, I'm still a bad, but you know I'm learning. You can never stop. Learning like out here, I'm gon na get really close. Look at my lace now. Do you see the flyaways right there?
