Pink And Blonde Highlighted Wig Install (Beginner Friendly) Ft. Yolissa Hair

It'S working going now someone put order in for a chicken, hello, babies, it's Maya and welcome, or welcome back to my YouTube channel and, as you can see today, and if you are a new subscriber you're, you don't really know me. So you don't know that. I don't do my hair, I don't do my own hair, I don't it's just not my thing. It'S really difficult for me, I'm okay, with the plucking and the bleaching of the knobs, like I'm very good at bleaching, I'm okay at plucking, and I am terrible at actually installing the wigs unless it's already been customized and all the things have. I don't know it's just it's hard like. If the wig has already been installed in my head, I can reinstall it perfectly it'll. Look like I just got a fresh install, but from start to finish it's a little difficult, so I finally decided like okay. Let me get out of my comfort zone. Let me try to install a wig now. I'Ve installed multiple wigs on myself before, but majority of them have been closure wigs and then the wigs that were not closure. Wigs they just looked a hot mess, so this is the first time that I can say I did decently on it with my thing that you can kind of see right here on the sides is my edges. So next time around, I know to use a cap. Instead of just doing it on my bare hair, because I don't know - I just feel like that's not cute, I have too much Edge on the side that it. It comes too much in contact with where I need to put the lace, because if I shave that off I'll be fine but pulling it up too far, it'll literally be almost touching my eyebrow, and we can't have that. So I went ahead and used the Bold hold. This is the glueless quote-unquote glue and I absolutely hate it. I don't like it. I do not recommend, I would say to use glue for one. As you can see, it's really runny, I would say, to use either glue or just like spray, because the stuff, when you get ready to cut it, it has such an ugly like clearish white film, and it's just I don't know I just don't like it. It'S not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be way more tacky, but it wasn't so this whole install is just gon na be a really big roller coaster, because I was definitely struggling doing it and I haven't done this in a very long time. The last time I installed a wig was probably like July of 2020. In all honesty, it's been a very long time. I'Ve literally only been getting my hair done since I found a hair stylist that, like really knows how to do my hair, I haven't been doing it myself, because I don't want to look crazy. Like all of my junior year, I was doing my hair all by myself unless it was something important but since they're just doing a little install, I was like. Why not try it again. So that's what I did so. I'M gon na go ahead and let y'all watch this a little bit more and then I'll come back when I need to do a little bit more explaining foreign foreign come here. Thank you. Thank you, okay, so in a second you're going to be able to see that clearish film that I'm talking about once I start getting to the other side of my hair, you can kind of see it there, because this is already like it's getting cut and you See how ugly that little, I don't know it just I don't know it's not giving what I thought it was going to be giving, and I literally had to peel the stuff off of my hair like afterwards and it sounded like. I don't even know how to explain it like y'all see that that's not cute whatsoever, it's so ugly, but I don't know how to explain it like when you're peeling up glue like if you were one of those glue, kids back in the day, because I know I was that used to like put glue on your hand and then peel it off. That'S what it sounded like and it was so irritating. I was gon na. Do a middle part y'all. I don't know if y'all saw that but yeah I was gon na. Do a middle part, we went ahead with a side part because I had accidentally plucked way too many holes in this wig, because I was not paying attention. While I was plucking and with the middle part, the holes would have been way too noticeable. So I just went ahead and did a side part. I'M also not good at doing side Parts side parts are very difficult for me, but it doesn't look that bad and again, like you guys, can see. The glue was not sticking because of my edges. So I'm going to need to use a cap next time, literally because my hair was not going for it. It was not sticking whatsoever and it kept lifting up. So I had to do like a really big Edge over there in order to cover it up and you guys are going to be able to see that in a little bit get your ass. Thank you, I'm a drink. Thank you. Okay y'all, so this is where the footage starts to get a little bit out of order because, as you can see here, I have a middle part and I definitely didn't keep the middle part. But this is the footage that I have of me trying to do. The curls just so you guys could see that I curled my hair, but, as you can see, I don't know how to use Barrel curlers, at least in this video I didn't. I got the hang of it a little bit. Maybe you guys will be able to see in my photo shoot Vlog that I just filmed but babes. I don't know how to do it, so I just use it like a wand curler, because that's the easiest way to get it done, and this hair was so so so thick that it didn't even want to stay wrapped all the way around the barrel curler. But it's just a whole lot. This is literally the only footage that I really have curling it and yeah that's about it for y'all. I wish this could be a better in-depth tutorial, but I was literally winging it like. I was winging the heck out of it.
