Let me tell y'all whole something: i look bummy 98 of the time, all right right now, it's 98 of the time, but when i do decide to give you a little um, don't call me and that's on who somebody pissed the pamphlet and asked grandma next. What'S up beauties and welcome back to my channel, i know you guys are like where the hell have. You been girl, but it's been so much behind the scenes, but we are back today with another video and today i'll be showing you guys a start to finish. Wig install and today's hair is from new world hair. Now i will be showing you guys how i you know briefly: do my braid down ball cap and, of course, the wig install and styling itself. So, for starters, i'm starting out with my natural hair, y'all y'all, know i'm natural okay, but your good girl put that little texturizer in her head, cuz yeah all that natural stuff. It is a lot of maintenance, which i don't be having time for so i just went ahead and put a little texturize in there, and i straighten my hair out with the flat iron just get it. You know as straight as possible that way it was easier for my braid now, but in the bottom left attach down below. I do have the unboxing of this week, so you guys can check that out and um yeah. The wig was super super pretty. I did just do a little bit of plucking. You don't have to bleach any knots, because you know the wig is burgundy already, so there is no black knots, but as far as the braid down you just want to make sure that your braids are nice and flat. Okay. So if you have thinner hair, you don't have to do your braids, so so small, because they're not going to be like thick and lumpy. But if you do have thicker hair, you want to make sure you make the braids. You know as small as possible. Not no tiny, tiny, tiny braids! No, that's not what i'm saying y'all, but just small enough to wear uh once you put your cap on it lays completely flat without any humps okay. So i'm just going to show you guys how i braided this side down. You know here on camera and then of course the other side. I would do off camera. So usually i do like 10 braids, but i only did like eight today, so i started in the center and then i worked my way to the sides and even though i do have long natural hair, my hair is naturally on the thinner side. So that's why i didn't have to do too many braids. Okay, so, like i mentioned uh the key to getting a super flat install when you apply your wigs is just making sure that your foundation, which is your braid pattern, underneath that cap is nice and flat. Okay, so once i finish braiding this side up, i will go ahead and do the other side. You know off camera and then we would get into our ball cap. But i just want to give a quick shout out to my makeup artist sensational shells on instagram or sensational faces, but those are both of her pages like she get your girl right every time and did you see the tick tock in the beginning, yeah? Okay, your good girl is back and i'm coming back hard. Okay, so i'm gon na go ahead and get this thing braided down and we'll get into that ball. Cap method shortly, but um just want to say real quick thank y'all for still showing a lot of support. Um. I just need a little break, but, like i mentioned, i am back and tell my new subscribers welcome. I know y'all like wonders girl upload, but the videos are coming back and they will be coming back-to-back so make sure you guys do have your notification bells turned on and if you are new here for the first time be sure to go ahead and click that Subscribe button and turn on your bells, but stay tuned guys because we do have a sleigh at the end of this video. Now, as you can see, i went ahead and braided my hair down and it is super super flat. You can tell it's flat by just looking at it: um like once you put that cap on it's going to be like flat. Now, the key to keeping my hair nice healthy and long y'all is definitely my growth oil. If you've been following me for a while, then you already know i had like pretty. You know good healthy, lengthy hair, but it is getting longer and longer y'all like when i um texturize my hair, and i say: okay, we see your inches coming through giving a garage 20 22 inches of natural hair teeth, as you should period pair. So make sure you guys head over to my site and go ahead and purchase you some of this growth oil, okay, because it is no joke. Okay and y'all already know. I do not redo my braids after every install, i keep the same, brace and just riding. I'M not even gon na lie y'all and i mean right. I mean until the wheels fall off baby, but i just always keep some oil in between my braids with every wig installed. I take that cap off. Add some oil rub that thing on in there and i get back to doing my ball cap method so to the key, in my opinion, based on what i do, is i just really let my braids ride y'all and i know you know it's easier for those Of us who do our own installs, but i know when you go to other stylists, they be like girl, wash your damn hair, so um, it's kind of like if that's the case, but if you are just doing your own installs, let them braids right. You can clean the front of your hairline using our lace prep, which is a 99 alcohol, as you can see me doing here in the um, the video which will help you get that dirt and that old glue - and you know, makeup off and everything else like That and then um you can just go ahead and go on with your skin protection after you don't oiled your hair down and then you're gon na start your ball cap method. So um, that's what i'm doing here. I clean my hairline and now i'm adding that skin protectant. Then i'm gon na go ahead and blow dry that and begin to sleep down my edges using our um glueless, um lace, milk, um, glueless, gel and just you know, get all of that. Edges pushed back. Okay, because you want to just get those hairs out the way before you do your ball cap method and you can use holding spray to do this method or you can simply just use the gel and just go ahead and brush all that in and y'all know. I was not gon na go piece by piece with my fingers, so i just took a little line of that gel and just sprayed it across well laid across the hairline and i'm just going in with the edge brush and i'm going to sleek. All of those edges back and also blow dry that on the heat setting, so it can dry very quickly and then begin. My ball cap method, which y'all already know the ball cap, also comes from the beautiful husker brand. So this is kind of like a how to use everything all in one, because i'm really using everything in this video, like literally everything in this video, except for, like the bonnet of course, but um so yeah. Now that we stick the edges back fall ahead. Oh yeah, yeah yeah we're gon na go ahead and take out that ball cap and i'm going to use both of them like what i like to do is um put the first cap on halfway that way, kind of just like secure, my brace inside the wig, Because y'all know when y'all do um the ball cap method or whatever, and if you usually on my clients, i sew down the back of the cap, but all myself yeah, i'm not doing all that. So i'm usually when you put that ball cap on the views on one cap - and you do you know, cut the ear flaps out and all that your braids can tend to slip out un like in the back of your cap. If you're, only using one like under your wig and your you know your breasts kind of fall out, the back of your install so to prevent that. That'S why i like to just go in with that. First cap put it on halfway, so my braids are locked in and secured, and then i go in with that. You know that second cap and begin to do the ball. Cap cut out the ears or whatever else, and now that we have put that uh cap on i'm just going in with one layer of my adhesive and just spreading that out really quick and then i'm going to take some tresemme holding spray spray it. On top of there blow dry, it add the foundation cut the cap and we will begin to install the wig so stay tuned. So and of course, it is time to put that wig on so first thing i'm going to do is just take some of that. Ruby kisses foundation and i'm going to apply that foundation on that wig, but at first i'm going to put the wig on my hair. So you guys can see pretty much how i was looking. I also wanted to see how it was going to fit um compared to my hairline y'all know. Every wig does not match your hairline perfectly. Sometimes you got to cut finesse and you know do the rest to make it fit, but for the most part this week was a pretty you know pretty cool for my hairline. I just had to cut a little extra in the middle, but now that i have that wig on and i tried it one i'm gon na - take that ruby, kisses foundation. Like i mentioned, and i'm using level 14 that darker shade, i really would have preferred to use level 16 or maybe level 15, but i couldn't find it at the moment probably got to buy some more. But i'm just taking a darker shade in that palette and applying it everywhere on the inside of that cap and i did not apply it to the front of the hairline as of yet or did i did i. I can't really remember: okay, no, i didn't um. I usually do both times like right, then and there, but because my makeup was already done. I say you know what let me just go ahead, apply the inside first and then, if i need to go and add more foundation on the top of the lace um. Once i actually lay it down, then i will go ahead and do that. I just did not want to over cake the lace with makeup, especially because i already had some on so i'm just going to go in with my layers of my lace, my adhesive, and begin to spread that out and once i get all my layers in there. I will go ahead and begin to take down my wig um push that lace into place. You know molded down blow dried on heat comb, the lace thin and you know, do my typical. You know um installation steps to melting, my wig, so just keep watching and yeah give this video a thumbs up while you're at it, because you know it's gon na be good. Y'All know from that ted talk. It was gon na be good, yeah period. So now that i am blow drying that lace on and next step is going to take that melt belt, and you already know this is the people's face. Y'All. Not only is the glutathione fade, the milk belt do exactly what it says. Don'T do melt. Okay, the bell is definitely going to melt. Oh, my god, this color is so pretty y'all like. I really really really really really really love burgundy hair on myself, like i don't know it just made me feel like a baddie. It just give like look at that period, cute yeah, so now we're going to take that melt belt and tie it on top of that lace. I'M going to let that melt belt sit for about 10 minutes and then um once i go ahead and do that and i let that dry, yeah yeah yeah keep some time i'll come back on, i'm gon na remove that melt belt, but um. When i tell you, i love this wig y'all, like i love this wig, it's giving what it's supposed to give yeah so now we're going to go ahead and begin to cut that extra lace, um off of the wig and yes, like i said, y'all we're using Everything in this video and just a quick shout out to my mink tech y'all. She get the girl lashes right period, purr loving the lashes, loving the lashes, loving the lashes like loved it. Okay - and this is not even the lashes for my shoot - like that's a whole new fresh uh - set that i did for my shoot same lash tag um, i will attach the details down below in the descriptions in case. You want to follow them on instagram yeah. Just in case you come to miami, you come into town and you want to get your slayed yeah y'all know who to go to my girls period um. So now we're going to go in with that lace, glider and i'm just going to glide. All of that extra lace off of that wig, okay - and you want to get as close to the hairline as possible. You want to part the hairs off if you need to y'all know with doing this. Yeah, like especially when you got lashes on y'all lashes, was just like like girl, i couldn't see so i had to really try to feel for what i was doing and then you know you could always go back in and touch up areas if you need to Cut off more lace or retack down places that didn't get glued down. You know all of that stuff there, so you just want to cut as much of that lace off um as possible to give it that natural natural look. So once i get that lace cut down and i tacked on the rest of those pieces of the hairline um, i will go ahead and pull down a section for the baby hairs and do my whole second step of that melting process. So out now, as far as the styling today, i just wanted to do something like pretty pretty simple: i'm not gon na lie y'all, so i just kind of wanted to do like a top ponytail look. You know with the hair fluffy in the back and the two little pull down: bangs, okay, but as far instead of just making a ponytail just go straight up, i did want to do the ponytail that kind of had like that part down the middle y'all know. Y'All ever seen a ponytail is it kind of like it's a part down the middle like you could tell they probably wore it as a part down the middle, and then they decided to pull it up so yeah. That was pretty much. You know the look that i was going for so um. I started by parting, my wig down the center and then i pulled out my baby hair sections and i'm just going to plait those out of the way and once i do this on both sides - and i you know really get that part straight. That'S when i will, you know, of course, add more foundation and tie down that lace with that melt belt once again and i'll. While that melt belt is on that hairline, i will focus on um. You know getting um the ponytail in order and i'm also going to be showing you guys um the new wax stick. I believe i showed you guys the new wax stick in this video um. I think i did, but if i didn't in this video, then i definitely have it on the next tutorial that i recorded with me doing my 40 inch install i'm making a wig using crazy glue like i did a gorilla glue, video making a wig, but that Next video is going to be with crazy glue, so it'll give you the same results, but we'll get into that. You know when we get to that video but um. Nevertheless, i'm just putting on those baby hairs, as i mentioned, i'm going to fix that middle part. Make sure it is nice and parted and then once i get that nice and parted, that's when i will um, you know, tie that hairline down and i'm just going in with that foundation. Like i mentioned y'all cause, you do not want that light white halo from that lace, because the lace is more so on a transparent side, so make sure you, you do add enough foundation to really blend that lace in, and this is the second time i had A foundation remember - usually i do top and bottom before, installing my wig, but i decided to just do it in two separate um, two separate steps. Um that way, i don't add too much or it does not get too caked, but i'm gon na go ahead and line up. My part make sure it's nice and center, because when i do take that ponytail down, i will wear this as a center part, and i already want it to be concealed and into place. So i'm just going to keep parting until i get it straight enough and then actually i did boom the new wax stick, as you can see you roll it off. It comes to the top you roll it up and down to your liking. You don't have to worry about putting your finger underneath and pushing it up or pushing it down with your hand like it's going to do what it's supposed to do. It makes the job so much easier, so um, i do have a few of the old style of the wax sticks, so i will sell those um until they're all gone, but i will also have these new waxes on the site, which i have just. I just restocked, so you guys can head over to my website um after seeing this video during seeing this video, you want to pause and grab some stuff real, quick head over to the site at www.ibhslaves.com. Okay, so i have everything on my page on my site: restocked like y'all, always request um and i decided to drop the restock while dropping this video as well. So you guys can see how i use everything and then of course get it so yeah two one. One two and one y'all two in one so now that i'm using that web stick, which i super super love, i'm just going to make sure that part is straight. Like i mentioned, and then i'm going to go ahead and spray that hairline down and then tie down the edges and begin to actually style the ponyta uh, the ponytail part, so keep watching. Oh also before i do that, i'm going to put on the two little pieces in the front that will be used for, like my little bang pieces. I don't know what you really call that part, but i don't know like the two little strips in the front. So out of the middle part area that i got going on already, i'm just gon na take small excuse me on small triangle sections and just pull that out of that piece, and then we would tie that thing down. So, while that melt bill is doing what it's supposed to do, i'm gon na start doing my ponytail process. This is this. Wig is so freaking pretty all. When i tell y'all like i love it, i love it, love it love, it love it and you know what to be honest, y'all. I might get back on selling my refurbished wigs like what do y'all think cause y'all know. Usually, when i wear these wigs it'd be one time the only wig - i really repeat, but i don't repeat like like i don't record me: reinstalling is really the wigs and stuff that i make by hand for my own brand. Those are the wigs i install over and over and over again on myself, but usually with these wigs, like i wear them, maybe once or twice, and i used to actually sell all my wigs like i wash them restyle them and everything and then sell them on My refurbished wig page, so if you think i should get back into that because i know a lot of you guys be like girl. I love that wig i want it. Can you give it to me? So? Do you guys think i should start back selling my refurbished wigs? Let me know down in the comments as well. Like do y'all want this hell, let a good girl, know and i'll give it to y'all period purr at a low rate. But yes, so now that i got that mail built on there, y'all i'm just taking that hair trying to keep that part showing you know what i'm saying because like i mentioned, i really wanted the part to stay in and i'm going to conceal that part and Everything so i'm just taking a hair and creating that top ponytail it didn't have to be perfect. I wasn't going for like a perfect, perfect pony. I kind of wanted like that cute messy, but still neat type of look. You know, especially because i said i was going to end up switching the style i didn't want to like mold it down to the ground. You know - and i knew i was gon na end up - switching it and wearing it down as a regular bust down the middle. So i'm just taking a ponytail and you know creating it and but i'm about to touch some of them little places up, because i still need to be. You know kind of neat, so i will go in with my wet stick and also um, just a little holding spray and just tighten up that area, but um. I try something new. Okay. As far as the baby hairs, i try to do the little fluffy baby hairs y'all, okay, now let me tell y'all doing this on yourself is a little harder on a client way easier on a client way way easier. So when i get back to working because y'all know, i have not took any clients in about five months now and it's like damn. It'S really been like five months and i have not touched nobody head. So i'm like when i get back to work. Doing these fluffy baby hairs on klein's is definitely going to be a must. It'S definitely going to be some recorded content. I might just go ahead and use my sister and you know, do an install video with her and you know, do the baby hairs on her, but i try y'all. I try my best to give y'all this new fluffy baby hair technique here on camera, but it is so freaking hard, and at this point i was recording from my camera. Like i wasn't yeah. I'M like i didn't, have a mirror in front of me to really get all up close and personal like i normally do so just bear with me, y'all, okay. So what i'm doing is i just cut that baby hair down and i'm taking my little tiny little curler and i'm just curling the baby hair, which i feel like. I could have curled it a little bit better but, like i said, y'all could barely see and yeah. I didn't have my mirror in front of me, so i'm trying to look through my camera to see what the heck i am doing on this little ass iphone. So um, but for the fluff baby hairs, the technique is pretty simple. It'S just like. I said it's a little harder to do on yourself, okay, so the first thing you want to do is go ahead and cut those baby hairs down, and you want to curl them now when you curl them, you want to take a brush and you can use Holding spray for this method, because the focus is to really mold the root of the baby hair and leave the ends fluffy like that is pretty much the goal for the baby: hair: okay to mold the root and leave the end fluffy. But what i noticed you can do this one or two ways you can use the holding spray to mold the root down or if you want to take some of the baby hair gel, which i end up doing with the other side. And then i end up going back in and touching up this side that i'm doing here on camera um you want to take the you could take the gel or you could take the holding spray mold down the root of the baby hair leave the end fluffy. So that way, you can have it laying where you want it to lay, and then you just kind of play with the ends until you get that desired. Look so i'm sorry y'all! I couldn't go like deep, deep, deep deep into it on this video and it was kind of hard to see because then you know the baby hair is discolored and everything else, but i will bring you guys a tutorial with me actually doing it on my sister Uh, when i do her an install that way, you guys can actually see it. Okay, because right here, don't get me wrong, it was pretty. It was pretty, but as far as trying to do this on camera, the baby hairs, how i wanted to be it, it just wasn't giving what it was supposed to give like. Oh chad, i was getting aggravated, i'm getting hot, but it was still pretty overall, like it was still pretty science sweating, but i promise y'all. I will drop a video more detail on how to do this, especially on someone else, and then maybe i'll try this again. When i do maybe black hair and that way, you guys can really really see what i'm doing. Okay, so don't kill me right now. Let me just try to do this part here and then on another video we'll get all into it: okay, so yeah! Now that i went ahead and did that little side there, i'm just kind of playing with this area. Here, i'm going to end up chopping that little uh little two bangs in the front, a little you know shorter, because i hate when it's super super long like that, but even with the final look of this hair, i don't want to do like a wet thin. Look, i do want to stick to my thick fluffy look, so i went ahead and did that other side off camera, and this is what it's looking like. I told you. I ended up going back in with that gel and you know using that gel to root. My baby hairs into place and then just kind of flipping in out, and i went and i added a little holding spray to the pony slipped it down just a little tad bit more and what i'm going to do now is just take the brush. I couldn't find my actual concealer brush, so i just used a little whatever kind of brush. That is, i ain't, no mua y'all, so whatever kind of brush that is, it's just real flat and i'm taking that on foundation and applying it in that parting area. Just to define that area out a little bit more because y'all know i really want to go for that party. Ponytail look and then i'm just going to go in last but not least with our beautiful hustler, our moose y'all. If y'all haven't tried our mousse, it smells so good strawberry scented is our defined curls mousse, okay, so, like i mentioned, i did not want no super thin wet. Look. I just wanted to keep that fluffy look, but i wanted to define those curls up. So your good girl is going in with the oh, yes come through curls define me please: oh i'm such a fool y'all, but i'm going in with that moves and applying that moves all over that hair. Okay, so i'm going to apply it on both sides still want that dry. Fluffy look but still wanted my curls to be popping. You know so i'm just going to go ahead and apply that mousse on the ends root to ends, root the ends and also in that ponytail, because it looks really puffy and i want to define those curls and, of course, add it to the strips so um. Once i finish adding this in, i will go ahead and drop like a little quick little. Video of the finished look, and i want you to let me know down below in the comments what you guys think of this install this overall. Look what you guys think about the tutorial, what you guys think about me selling these uh refurbished wigs on my refurbished wigs page again um and i will attach my muay and my ming tech. All in the description like i mentioned and as i mentioned, go ahead over, you know: go ahead and head over to my website to purchase all of my products or whatever you need, because y'all know my beauties be on my tail when we start when the next Restart i want next restock so now that i'm back posting i got ta make sure my beauty's got what they need to get.
