Hey guys here are the products that I used in dyeing this hair from dark brown to ash blonde, I'm starting off with a dipping cap, and I usually don't see those on YouTube. This is exactly what the caps looks like, and it also comes with a hook inside of it. You usually find these at your Beauty Supply stores, but I got fired from the RDA, which is just a beauty, supply store for stylist you're going to date gloves you may or may not use the foils depending on how you apply the color you're going to need A processing cap and the bleach that I use is the amore charcoal color you're, also going to need a color, a box color, and I use the ultra light ash blonde and, of course, you're gon na need a mixing bowl first and fourth wall. It'S just gon na introduce you guys to my model. She does have a couple skin issues going on, so don't come for her because you know she's working on it. This wig is a week that I previously made this hair is from. I see, hair and yeah. So before you get started, you wanna make sure that the hair is completely combed out from the top to the bottom, because you do not want it to detangle when you're pulling it through the cap. This is the top of the cap, and you know the difference. You want to make sure you put it on right. You know the difference because of the plastic that is on the inside, so make sure that when you put in the capital on the plastic is on the inside and not the outside used to pull this cap down. As far as you want it to go, or as far back as you wanted to go, it's just depending on where you want your highlights to fall, I do want my highlights to be a little heavier around my ears. I know that sounds weird, but I don't like a lot of color at the top, so I'm gon na do my highlights a little thinner at the top and then, when it comes to my sides, I want them to be a little bit heavier on the sides. So you want to make sure you tie that around her chin, just to make sure it's really tight make sure it's not gon na go anywhere when you start to pull the hair through the holes y'all. Please excuse my nails. I am due for a refill, but we are under quarantine and I refuse to leave the house period okay. So for this look I'm only pulling hair through the holes with the blue circle around them, and this is just gon na give you a variety of highlights. It'S gon na leave some of the hair darker and then it's going to give you a lighter blonde color to all the hair that you pulling out we're going to blue. So it's gon na give you a nice variation of color and give you that little two-tone. Look that I'm going for in this section that I'm pulling from is actually my frontal. So since this is a hook, it can catch on to the lay. So you want to be extra extra careful when you're pulling this hair through, because you do not want to put a hole in your frontal. That would be so tragic. So be careful! Take your time! This may take a little while, if you're new to this, but no worries you can do this, even if it tangles when you pull it out or it snags, just take your hook out in a repo. I really enjoy this method because it's super easy, especially for beginners, and you can control whether you want the chunky highlights or if you want baby lights, which are just really thin light, and that's definitely the look that I'm going for in the top. I don't really like a big chunky highlight at the top of my hair. I like it to look a little bit more natural and so dinner. Highlights will give you that look but, like I said before, I am going to pull the hair out a little bit. Thicker on the sides and in the back so ready to do your highlight and then I went ahead and sped this part up, because I'm basically doing the same technique over and over just pulling it through the holes all over the cap and even on this size. A few moments later, okay, so now that that's done we're going to take our comb and we're going to just make sure that there aren't any knots at the top of the cap, we're gon na pull it through any extra hair. That'S in the loop that needs to come through make sure not to skip this part, because, if you do, it will give you like spotty looking highlights and that's not what you want we're gon na make sure all the hair is coming through the cap. Even the bleach that I'm using today is a charcoal base bleach, which it just tones enlists at the same time. I really love this bleach because it definitely gets all the brass you miss out in one step, I'm using maybe about 2 cups of the bleach, and you can use a little less or a little more different. Ah, but look you're going for. I really wanted my highlights to be super light, so I did use a lot of bleach and for the developer, I'm using a 30 developer and the consistency that I'm going for is not running. But I want to make sure that it's thick enough, that it sticks onto the caption onto the hair without running everywhere, because if you do have a Remi solution, it will be a horrible mess. You see how that mix is kind of stiff and, as it starts to oxidize, it gets stiffer as well. So now I am adding my bleach on. You could do this in sections or you can kind of slap it on it really. Does it better? The only reason why I'm using the foil is because I want to protect the hair under the cap so that it doesn't mix the the bleach doesn't get on me here. So that's the only reason why I'm using the fall - and I was trying to be fancy, but it was just getting in the way. So I ended up not even using it at all after you've applied the bleach now we're going to just comb it through. Just to make sure all the bleaches are evenly and we get so you're going to do this process again and again until it's all covered in Bleach. I don't want to be repetitive because you guys can see exactly hop doing it so just watch and enjoy I'd like this. Please stay on for about 30 minutes only because the hair was super dark and the color that I'm going for is really light, and this is what it looks like after I rinse the bleach off. I didn't use any heat. I just wanted to say 30 minutes outside with the cap on, and you know we got a nice color. I love it. I can already tell it's: gon na be really nice, and so I'm just gon na go in with a the ash blonde color that I showed you guys earlier. I'M just mixing mixing. What'S that, I'm just mixing it up here and I'm just going to apply it all over. Let that sit in the cat and then I'm going to take the cap off and I'm going to put it all over the wig, this box, color that I'm using is a deposit only color, meaning that it doesn't have any bleach in it. So if you happen to get this color on the hair, it's not going to do anything except for its own it, which is what we want it to do. So if it gets a little messy, it's okay, because we're gon na put the color all over that hair anyway. After we let this sit, as you guys can see, the toner is starting to work. Usually, tourists don't take fall for the start, work. Maybe for about 20 25 minutes and in the toll, this is the results of the color that we put on it just told the bleach color and now we are going to take the tipping cap off and we are going to tell the doctor hair, that's already Under the cap, as I can see, my client is tired. She needs a break, I mean she ready to go snack. It looks really crazy right here. I know I know the trust the process you're working this through we're putting the toner on and it's going to come together in the so this is what it looks like after I blow dried it and I love it. It came out great. The highlights are even and yeah it's. This method is so easy. Anybody can do it and if you do make sure you tag, thank you guys for watching. I hope you enjoyed this process and this technique make sure you like comment and subscribe. If you like, what you see
