I Was Scammed By Luvme*Hair This Hair Is Terrible !

Like it looks the same as the last one, I feel like they just packed through two in there they took two of the same crappy ways and just threw it in there and said you know what it's good enough. Hey guys welcome back to my channel and if you're new welcome all right, you guys see the title and yes, I got scam people out here trying to take my money. I got scammed by lovely hair all right and the craziest part of it is that it wasn't even love me hair. It was some other website, they have so many names. The website keeps changing every time you click it. Every day it's like they're keeping up with staying away from the feds and getting caught and getting blocked and then getting deleted. So what I thought was love me: hair turned out to be love, men, hair and then, when I click again a couple days later, it was love with two v's me hands. I'Ll put it right here, the three different websites that popped up when I clicked on this damn scam of a website. Impersonating love me hair. I have been watching love me here on Instagram, I've seen the ads and I was like oh my gosh. These ones are beautiful, but boy the braces were up there and it's just. It was just not in my budget at this time to go and spend three four hundred dollars on a wig. So when I saw get three wigs or 59.99, I was lying wow like you've got to be kidding me like. I have to have this. It'S a sale. You have to understand the ad popped up on my Instagram stories. I follow love me hair. I had no reason to believe that this wasn't a legitimate website. It popped up on my stories. I saw it, it said, love me here at the top. I clicked it so fast and it took me right to the website. I was like. Oh my gosh. I was looking at the beautiful wigs and I was like yo yo, I'm getting this, I'm so excited. So I'm looking through the website, I'm looking through the ways, I'm looking through ways. I see the most beautiful wigs and I picked three of them like yes, I can't wait. I'M gon na make a video, I'm gon na show you guys I'm about to floss and pop out like yo we in these streets, so I'm looking through the website. Some more and I'm just like I'm seeing more wigs that are just so beautiful, I'm like oh, oh, I got another three guys I ordered three more, so I told her I spent about a hundred dollars for six wigs. Okay, you have to understand. It was advertised as a eighth anniversary, blowout Bonanza a once in a lifetime opportunity get three weeks for 59.99. This is a sale, that's ending in four hours. You have to get it now or never. So I was on it. The website looks so legitimate, you're scrolling through it, the the woman who owns lovely hair, her face their same images or on the other website for loveman. Here I love my hair. I love me's hairs. They had her picture there. They had the same wigs there. The same faces the same models, the same colors like the same aesthetic. It was too convincing the only thing and the thing is you get blinded by the sale you get blinded by these beautiful wigs and you don't zoom into the bar, where you type in w http www dot and realize, like what that doesn't seem to love me Here I said something entirely different. I and here's the thing I didn't even realize it. I ordered my wigs and I was just dancing. I was hyped. I was like, oh my God, I'm about to step out and then two weeks go by. I'M like wait a minute. I know it's, not Amazon, so I'm not gon na get it in two days like I get that, but it's been two weeks, so I go to my order. I try to check my tracking and it says it's still in New Jersey. Okay, so I checked a day later still in New Jersey check three days, they did not have been two and a half almost three weeks. Why is the package still in New Jersey for three weeks? What is going on, so I'm like uh-uh? This is too much. I emailed them like: where are my wigs? I placed the order I never received it. Do I need to just ask for a refund no reply. Nothing goes by two monies go by it, so I'm I'm damning, I'm almost close to a month, no eggs. So when I realized that I wasn't getting these wigs, I was just so confused. So I'm looking at my I'm looking at my order number and instead it's still in Jersey still in New Jersey, I'm like what the hell okay, two days after that I go to check my my um order again to track it. It says oops tracking unavailable. I clicked it again, clicked it again, clicked it again, I'm like wait a minute. This is not right, so I then I go to love me. His website love me hairs website and I scroll to the bottom. I'M like I'm looking for a contact number now and then they only had an email. That'S not right! There'S no phone number! That doesn't make sense. So then, when I go to email them, I click the email and then I'm like yo where's, my wig. Why is this taking so long what's happening? I placed this order over two weeks ago. I have not received it, I'm very confused. Do I need to just ask for a refund, so I go to click Send and then I realized in the bar, where it says you know to who I'm like that doesn't say, love me here it is it doesn't it's not associated with. Let me hear it was serviced at something something hairs and I'm like wait. This is not right. Then I sent the email. Then I was like okay, I don't know where this email is going. It kept bouncing back. I could contact me again. It gave me a new email address to send it to I'm like what I email it bounce back. The emails were not working. I'M looking at my invoice and that's what I noticed. I said: love men hair, like love men, they added it and slickly slickly slightly in there. They added that and I go to Google love me hairs. Well, I went to Google the love men hairs and to see like what pops up. The first thing I see online scam I was like well there you go, then I saw mad tick, tocks of people who also got. I was like, oh my God, it's not just me. So I'm watching and I'm reading the comments like yo, I ordered mine. I never received it other people who said that they got theirs. They said that they received something. It was like much lesser quality than what you would expect. Having ordered a human hair wig that should cost you know 200 and was on sale for damning pennies. I was like, oh man, what's gon na happen, I'm just not gon na get these wigs, I'm gon na get crap anyway. I want my money back at that point. I'M fed up. I call PayPal like yo, because I paid through PayPal, which was very helpful in the situation, made everything so much easier call them boom y'all handle it that this website is a scam. This website is not love me here. They are impersonating another website, so I'm telling him all of this, and I'm like I ordered these wigs over three weeks ago and I have not received them. This is a scam. I need to get my money back. What can you do like? I don't want to keep paying these people. I don't want them to take my money, so he put in the request for the scat, for I guess, whatever code that they put in so now. I have to just wait because they they give the company 20 days to respond, but the payment still has to go through if they don't respond to 20 days or if they do respond, then they'll handle it. But if they don't, then I get my money back. If they do it handle it, but in the ad I'm getting my money back, it's not even that. It'S that much money. It'S just it's the principle! Your website was fake. I'M not accepting this. Give me my money back. You don't get to beat me. You don't get to win by default, so I'm waiting waiting waiting. Three days later, I get the wigs in the mail I'm like are you kidding me? They must have got the invoice from PayPal and was like. Oh let's do something. Let'S just leave me send her. These wigs, so I have the ways here: six, wigs, six, wigs and I have not seen them yet um. We are going to look at these things together and see. Is this anywhere near what I ordered? I'M gon na show you what I ordered, and this is what I got so, let's see if they're anywhere close. Oh my gosh on site on site, you can see that this is cheap plastic. Oh, my gosh, you guys look, look, look, look! Look. Do you see the qualities here? This is supposed to be a full lace. 360 wig. Do you see what I wanted? Look at this look at this. Look at this scalp, nothing, nothing! No parting! Look! What am I supposed to do with this big bump in the front, no cones whatsoever? This will slide off my head, like what am I supposed to do with this? This is the cheapest thing ever. Do you see the Quality Moving On We're just moving on? This? Is the second wig I don't? I don't even know which one this is supposed to be. I'M gon na take a look at it and see if I can figure it out, because at this point the first week was nothing like it. Okay, this is a short one. I did not order a short wig. I mean it's a beautiful color. Do you think this look nice on me? You think this color looks nice on you guys, okay, but look you can see. Look at The Parting, it's so thick! You can see how shiny it doesn't feel like human hair. It feels like dull hair, like you can't wear this okay, I want to know what cheaper wigs Party City looking wigs. Can you guys rock them? Have you done it? Do you have a way to make them look better like I would like to know the city? Let me know if anything can happen with these like is this decent? I don't know it looks horrible. It feels like doll. Hair doesn't feel like good human hair wig like I've had that and this this ain't it let's move on like this, is what I ordered this one and I just realized this was supposed to be a headband wig. Where is the headband? I ordered three headband wigs. This one was supposed to have a headband. The third wig like at this point, I'm just like discouraged like it's like whatever I don't what what is this? What is this? What is this? What is this a brand new wig, and it's like, like guys, tell me What's Happening Here? Does it look like quality? What do you guys think it doesn't feel like it? This feels like it will burn it will burn with heat like it will sing right off. No like no oh, my gosh, oh and the hair is coming off all over me um. It feels very rough again, no Combs, no party whatsoever whatsoever who is going to wear this. This is for a Halloween costume goodbye like what's the point. What'S the point, if you're looking at these wigs at this point, what is this? Okay? Do you see this? I mean it looks like black hair. It is black hair it just it feels bad in person. No! No. This is not what it's supposed to look like again, no parting, no Combs like what am I supposed to do with this. I can't wear this on my hairline. It'S gon na look like this. A big thick bump at the front like this is what we did in like 2001, when we didn't know about it like no, we can't do this anymore. I I so discouraged at this point. I was honestly thinking like all right. They won't be 200 wigs, but I at least thought maybe I would get like a 40 50 wig, not a 12.99 wig from Party City. Why would they do this? Why why a person, a company and then a black owned company she's just trying to do her thing and you're sitting there trying to rob her and take money like I got two more two more: let's just power, two just follow through with me and let's look At these wigs all right, so this is what I ordered. Now, by the time I went to the real website and all the discounted wigs were all sold out. I was so upset and they are gorgeous. Oh no Combs, no, nothing crappy parting is the same as the last wig like the same crap, and this is the last one. Oh, my god did. I just look at three of the same wigs. This is another one. I think this was the another headband with. I think I ordered two or three heads anyways, it's hard to know what I ordered now, because I can't even see my order when I go to click it. It does. It'S gone, it disappeared, so I'm I'm just going to the website and trying to remember what I got and I think it was this one. I definitely know I ordered two headband wigs but yeah. They just took another floor. They took a third black wig same thing and just do it in a bag said a whole act. You'Ll be all right, that's what that's yo they played me. They played me hard and they didn't even try like I feel like such a sucker. I'M so upset y'all. I got a con, I got scammed and when I was reading through comments, people were like. How could you not know how could you not see that, like they didn't say that to me personally, but other people who were commenting that they went through this and I'm like come on? Look at the website? It was so convincing. It said this is an anniversary sale like you, can't pass this up, and this you know so there was no reason to think it was fake. Other people like how could you think a wig could be so cheap because they advertise it like this, like this fail prices could drop tremendously for one day for a sale. That'S what a sale is like come on. A lot of people had this happen to them, and this company just made a lot of money and then, when I saw people trying to get refunds in the comments they were giving the run around, they were trying to convince them. No to keep it. I'M, like. First of all, how did you even reach them? I can't even reach them, but no give me my refund. It'S like you know when you call when you have paid for a service, and now you want to cancel it, and then they want to try to convince you. Okay, no we'll give you six months free and I'm like. No, I'm good just cancel the service, I'm okay, okay, we'll give you eight months, free and in three months. If it's like, no just cancel it, I don't want to pay you anymore. I am in a similar situation because at this point, PayPal has put my claim through and the time has passed and, like I said I got the wigs and at this one I've called PayPal back like okay. So now we have to change the claim from. I didn't get it to. I want a refund because when I emailed them like hey, I want a refund, no response. So now I have to go back to PayPal like hey. We. I need you to handle this, because I can't so now they've changed my claim. Finally, the company responds like two days later, I'm like a month into this process. At this point, the company responds and they're like. Let'S settle up settle up, I paid you 59.99 and they wanted. They said, okay, we'll give you back half half of the price like no, I want all of it. You can have the crappy hair. Like I don't want the air. I want a refund of all of my money. You don't get to keep any of it. You don't get to make a profit at all. Your company should burn and die like give me my money back. I want every penny, all of them all my coins out of principle you're, not keeping my money and I'm going to fight them for every last dollar. Like this is ridiculous, take these wigs take them. You can have them. I don't want them. They'Re, no good, like you're, scamming people and then giving people to run around and what happens is some people like you know what it's just fifty dollars? It'S just sixty dollars and it's like I'm gon na just take it on the chin and move on and that's how to end up making money. People who don't want to deal with the process. The long straightness process of trying to get the refund and boom they've made hundreds of thousands of dollars uh-uh I'm getting my money back like this is crazy to me. So yes, this is what happened to me and I'm like comment. Is it spelled correctly because this website had incorrect spellings and it's like my eyes, just didn't - see this the first time around and then going back and doing my investigation you're, seeing all the clues that was in your face, like oh, my gosh, so yeah? I would be paying attention all right, so in the future I will definitely purchase a wig from actually from lovely hair and I will definitely show you guys, because I will be happy and proud, but that's my story of how I got scammed by lovely hair.
