Basically, what we're going to use here is a little stretch thread and you can buy this at Michael's craft store or any jewelry beading store. I recommend you use four millimeter thread size, but I'm going to use the black today, because you're gon na be able to see what I'm doing. Clearly, all you need to do is thread the needle it's a poultry needle. Obviously it needs to be large and you want to tie you know double it, so you want to tie your knot and have two strands you're gon na take it only with the elastic part, is the do not put it with a polyurethane. What thin skin is because it rips so you're gon na take your first threading and you're gon na loop. It through wear like that, so it's secure and then you're going to simply weave it in and out through the elastic like so and then you can pull it and you can tie the knot right here at the other end and I do recommend putting it on A head - or I mean you, can do it man, you know in your lap or whatever, but it's kind of helpful to do it on a head. So pull it as tight, as you think you need it. You'Re gon na have to guesstimate when you put it on your head initially and then you know determine how much so see this needs to be a little tight, so I'm gon na just simply put it through the loop the same way. I did prior pull it and that's it and then you snip the rest off, but you have to end it with a loop and start it with a loop, because you can't just tie a knot because it'll come through the elastic, so simply cut it.
