How To Glue Back Of Wig | Real Scalp Without Bleach | Natural Textured Lace Wig

Happy sunday, this week's style is a natural hair. Look. Today'S wig looks like relaxed natural hair, so this is the wig that we're going to be working with for the rest of the week. Do not miss out on this week's videos, because i'm going to show you how realistic this wig can be so we're starting out today with the install i'm going to show you how to glue down the back and the front. So, let's start with the pre-styling before the application, i'm using my duval. This is their infrared hair straightener. Now this i'm going to put on the highest setting, because we are working with the texture that is a little bit more textured and needs more heat in order to straighten. Now i'm using this professional gray, straightening iron - it has the infrared technology with the coated plates for superior straightening and hold. I like this because it also locks in moisture and the design of it is very nice, as you can see. So this is what we're going to use to straighten out this hair for today. So, let's talk about this hair texture if you've ever dealt with this texture before you know that it comes straight, it does have the kinks in it to give it that natural hair look now the most i'm doing with this straightener is taking the frizz or the Puffiness out of the hair with this texture, because it's already straight - it's not going to make a huge difference and you're not really going to get rid of the kinks, that's in it, but it will help to tame it. So it'll be a little less now. This is a full lace wig, so we are applying a full lace wig this week, which you can get the most versatility when it comes to styling, and i cannot wait for you guys to see this week's videos, because, oh my god, okay anyways, i got plans For this wig, so what i'm doing now is just like, i said pre-styling, i'm pushing that hairline back. As you can see. The hairline on this wig looks amazing, so i'm not going to touch it. There are small knots on this wig when you are parting. The hair it looks so natural. There are no big knots just sitting anywhere on this hair. What i'm going to do now is press out the roots with my hot comb and i'm doing this to make sure that the hair lay as flat as possible a lot of times. The textured wigs can have so much volume at the roots. So i'm just flattening down that root area, but, as you can see, the parting is phenomenal. You can do so much with the full lace wig and that's why i like them um, but with full lace. Wigs too, you do have to glue them down. We'Ll talk about that in a second, so here is how everything looks now that i'm done and as you can see, the hair is very tame and the hairline looks good. The parting looks good, and now i'm going to show you guys the prep for the install. So here's the back of the wig and as you can see it has lace all the way around there. So it does have like this pre-plucked area in the back, which gives you an opportunity to be able to glue it down. So i'm going to show you what the separation of the pre-plucked hairline in the back of the wig look like compared to the rest and as you can see, it's very thin just like at the front. So i'm just pressing down those hairs that i want to lay um as not baby hairs, but you know just that pre-plucked areas, so i can separate it so i can work with the other area. So this is what the wig looked like. I have done nothing to the hairline. I have done nothing to the back of it. I just want to show you that, just in case you wanted to just get it out the box and put it on. This is what it looks like. So the first step i'm going to do is fake bleach. The knots and this step is going to give the most natural look underneath your wig, because it's going to give that fake, scalp look um like a second skin. Almost so i'm using a concealer that is lights as my scalp color and applying it over top of the inside of the cap and i'm using thick coatings of this concealer, because i want this to look like skin. When i go do my parting. So i'm just rubbing it all around the lace and, like i said, find a color. You do not need an expensive concealer. You just need one that is the color of your scalp and it can be five dollars whatever i will link some below if you are having a hard time finding one, if you're not really into makeup check the description box below, i will put some down there. Now, because the knots on this wig are smaller, it will spill over onto the knots, but not the hair um. So that's what i like about this method and it will give the illusion of a scalp under your wig, so you won't have to worry about. You know the brassiness or the yellowness of bleaching your knots when you use bleach powder to do this. Now i'm going to take a holding spray and spray it over top of the concealer, and this will keep the concealer from smudging and coming off and then i'm going to dry it with my dryer. So because this is a glueless lace wig, it does come with that adjustable band in the back. Now, if you have no intentions of gluing, your wig in the back. Do not do this step. However, if you want to glue down your wig in the back, you need to remove this adjustable band out of there. So what i'm doing is just cutting the threads until the band lifts up. You do not want to cut near the lace. You only want to cut on that adjustable band to remove those threads. I do recommend using a razor if you need to get close to that lace. Now i'm going to go ahead and tweeze some hair out of the back, i'm not going to touch that pre-plucked area that i showed you guys earlier. So i'm just adding some hair mousse and then we're going to tweeze out the back. Now do the back! The same exact way, i do the front if you want to see my detailed video on how to tweeze the hairline make sure to check out my previous video that i recently did for 2020. My updated tweezing tutorial that will be linked below in the description box. Also, okay, so this is what we are looking like and i have to admit this looks so good. So i'm using this mirror here if you're wondering how i'm being able to see i'm going to take the wig dealer spray - and this is similar to using the got to be sprays. However, it's not as sticky it's not as messy, and that is why i'm choosing to use it for the back, i'm just going to spread around the back of my hairline like i would do the front and then blow dry, the area foreign. Now, the only thing i wish i had done is tweeze that pre-plucked area a little bit more, so it there wouldn't be like a line there. However, it really don't matter because i think i did a good job with this. It looks so good and i like that spray because it don't leave white residue if you make a mistake and spray too much so yeah. This is how the back is looking we're nice and glued down now, it's time to glue down the front. So i'm going to do the same exact steps i did in the back to glue down the front of the wig.
