Hi, everyone welcome and thank you for joining me. My name is Missy and I am with TL wigs. I am in a different location today. That is because it's raining and my upstairs wig room that I usually bring you. My reviews is not getting any sunlight at all, so I have changed locations now, I'm in the basement, where I get even less sunlight, but this was working better. I'Ve been up and down, and my lighting appears better down here today. So we're doing this down here. So before I get started, I just want to tell you a little bit about TL, wigs and where you can purchase this beauty and all of the other wigs that I have shown so teal wigs is a brand new online Wig Company and, as we speak, the Website is currently being built and is almost completed when the website is complete. It'S going to be just like any other online shopping that you do where you can go directly to the website, purchase what you want and check out there. Okay until the website is complete. This is a private group, so everything that's you know going down in the guru pictures shared education, things like that is all private. If I, like California, beach ways, I would be running over there to get that. I may I don't know, but so like I said she just has a lot of current specials right now, and most of them are below the 30 percent. That'S because the website is built to, I don't know how to quite say this. The website is built to accommodate the manufacturer's sales and most of those, as we know, on the weekends and sometimes through the week, offer 30 off. So her website is being built to accommodate the manufacturers, sales and discounts. So once it's complete, like I said, she's not going to be able to offer the extra she can do that now, because it's private and all of the payments are going through her. So I just wanted to let you know that so that you need to get over there and get on some of these specials before the website's done, and it could be any day it could be to tomorrow. We don't know, but we do know that they sent pictures last week of the progress and it's looking fantastic. So it's going to be a great website and we all just cannot wait to get this done. Okay, so, let's get into this okay. This is like, I said in Beast Christine now. This is one of many that was released for fall 2022.. I love it when I first took this out of the box and put it on my head yesterday. I did not do anything to it at all, except give it a little shake and throw it on my head. I have my grandbabies yesterday and they were napping when this came so I had to be quick and I wanted to get a short. You know the little short videos for YouTube. I wanted to get one of those up, so I was just hustling and I was able to you, know, get it outside and get a little short video. If you haven't seen it check it out because it's outside and today it's raining - I don't know if I'll get to go outside so anyway. This has been much awaited by many um. It was a pre-order and it just started shipping I think this week. So I got mine yesterday and I I'm just loving it. The first thing that I thought, though, and even whenever I saw the stock photos, was you know, wow, okay, the late 70s early 80s had called and they want their hair back. I mean: does this not give you the Farrah Fawcett Vibes, it does me and it's just I love it. You know, maybe it's because I've never come out of that. I don't know. Maybe I'm stuck in the past. I don't know, but I love this style, so as you can see, this is a long and I've got most of the hair out into the front. It is a long layered, just bouncy full style. I mean what you see in the stock. Photos is what you get, and I know that's odd, because usually I'm going to put a picture up here of the stock photo. Usually we see that stock photo and we're not at all impressed once we get the wig, we want it to look like the stock photo and it doesn't. It either looks worse or better, but this is one that I can truly say, looks just exactly like that stock photo. So this is in the color creamed coffee and it is just as delicious too as it sounds. I have never had creamed coffee. I wanted a blonde, but you know I thought: okay I'll, try something different. You know. If I don't like it, I can always get another um. I love it. It is a beautiful color and I just I'm so excited with it. I can't contain my excitement, but the creamed coffee, like I said it's delicious. It is a blended copper brown base and it has some blonde light golden blonde highlights, and that is all on a medium root. While I'm up here, I'm going to go ahead and put my camera down a little bit to see if you can see the hairline here on the mono part, this is a right side, monopart too, and it does have just a little mini lace. Whenever I take it off and show you the inside of the cap and everything you will see what I'm talking about. So let's go over the specs of this. The front piece here, which I kind of consider this a kind of like a curtain, bang or or something you know, side swept that is six and a half. The crown to the first layer in the back is seven inches the sides which, when they say the sides there is this first layer, make sure I'm in the frame here there's this first layer right here that you can see that's shorter than this. This is 11.. Okay, the nape, which is the long underneath, is 13 and a half, and we have an overall. I measured from the crown to the end of about 21 22 inches long, so it is long I'm going to go ahead and do a spin. This one weighs just at about three and a half ounces, so I'm going to do my spin and then I will continue and pull this back. So here is my left and my back and my right back to the front. I hope it was all in the frame. So as I stand here, looking I'm thinking wow if this wig doesn't make you feel the excuse me feel beautiful. I don't know you need to check, because this wig should make you feel like you are a total knockout. I'M not a knockout, but whenever I put some wigs on, I just feel it and I'm like yeah. This is one I struggle with long legs. I'M gon na be honest with you. Most of my hair is shoulder length or just a little bit below that's what I typically wear and I'm used to curls. So I really struggle with long hair. I don't know how to do it. I guess, but this one like I said it just falls into place and you don't have to do anything with it. I think personally, though, here I'm talking about long hair and how good it looks personally for me, I think I'm going to take the scissors to this at this first layer here and make it you know a shorter style for me just because I'm not used to That I'm going to give it a try. First, though, I'm going to wear it and I'm gon na wear it for a while before I go taking the scissors to it, because I do that too often, and then I regret it. So what I love too about Envy wigs is every wig that you purchase from them. They always include a care card. I love that, especially if you're a brand new wig wearer. They tell you everything you need to know on this card. So, if you're brand new to wigs this is very beneficial, if you don't know anything about wigs at all and how to take care of them. This tells you everything: how does shampoo rinse condition and dry and then on the other side, it even tells you how to take care and store them and detangle them. So I love Envy for doing that. So I have already been asked to how I think this compares to Raquel Welch's stroke of Genius. I had I say, had I had stroke of Genius and I'm just gon na be honest um. I didn't care for it on myself at all. I'M not big into heat friendly, wigs either. Oh and that's another thing, this is just a a true synthetic, no heat, friendly, fibers or anything. It is just synthetic, but stroke of Genius is a beautiful wig. Don'T get me wrong? It just was not for me because I guess I'm more used to having this front bang and stroke of Genius just went up, and you know come around the side of my face and I didn't have anything at all to hide my forehead. That'S one, and also it was so heavy and so hot my husband and I were to have photos done at a sunflower field one day, and that was the wig that I was going to wear and I put that on to get ready and by the time We had even we hadn't even left, yet I was just hot. I mean really burning up hot, so I'm pretty sure the stroke of Genius is about six like I said ounces, and this one is just three and a half, and this one has permatease and it still is lighter feeling and just better to me than stroke of Genius so let's talk about the permatease, there is none believe it or not. There is no permatease on the top at all. Your permatease starts right here and it's it's there. I want to say it's: it is it's it's pillowy, but it's not over done. It'S to give you this volume on the sides and in the back, so you have the permatease here all the way around. All the way around is permatease to the bottom of the cap. So none up here and it's all right here down to the bottom of the cap - that's to give you some fullness, which is what this style, like, I said, is all about. It'S about. You know being big and full I'm going to take it off and show you the inside of the cap and wrap this up. So it is a right side, mono part - and this is basically a basic cap because you do not have a lace front at all. The mono right side, mono part, is very deep back there and it looks fantastic. When you look down on it, you may not have been able to see it in the video here, but it it really looks like the hair is just growing right out of your scalp. Let'S see if we can see yeah, you can see my finger right there. So you can see how it it's really done. Well, okay! So what I call this is basically a little mini lace front and it's not even lace, that is the uh. What you call that so that you can put your tape or your glue there. It'S for tape, so it's basically a basic cap and that's what's going to keep your price point down the back and the sides are all open, wefting and there's a lot a lot of stretch to this. I should have shown you while it was on my head. The top How I Could Just lift that up, it's very stretchy. I also list my measurements in the description, so this is going to fit a larger head circumference. If you are like 22 and above it's going to fit you and it's going to fit you if you're smaller, too you're just going to have to adjust it, you know in farther, so we do have the ear tabs with the bendable stays, but they're not felt Lined and you do have an extended nape, but that also is not felt lined and then your slide Adjusters. So I'm going to attempt to put it back on well. First, let me just hold it up here so that you can see the colors throughout that I was talking about. You can you're starting to get a look at these golden blonde highlights in it. It is it's just gorgeous. I'M glad that I actually went with this color because I really like it so I'm gon na try and get some outside photos so that you can see what it looks like um. If not, I will just include some little Clips, maybe of what I did yesterday or like I said you can always check out my short video, which is on my channel and again before I go.
