Headband Wig Review | Julia Hair

Hey y'all, it's nadia janae and i'm back with another video, okay, okay. So today this is a very exciting video for me, because i'm finally going to be trying a heaven wig from julia hair um. I got it right here, um. If you watched my last video, you know that i was telling you i got it last week or this week, so i'm just going to be showing you guys um, how i put it over my locs. I know you probably can't tell right now that i have lots, because i need a retwist but yeah. So i'm just going to show you guys what i do, i'm going to unbox it first and i'm going to show you guys what i do to get. You know get it all on so first i showed you guys. This is what the package came in um. I ain't even covered my others, but um. So it comes like this and then once you take it out. Oh, it came with some lashes, that's cool and i have this headband right on the top, and then i have a wig cap here and then this is the hair. Let me take it out for you guys and the type of hair that i've got. I think i got the um curly one. I don't. I can't remember because i bought it so long ago, and here came with another headband right here and then this is the hair. Let me take it out of this mitt, so so yeah. So it comes with. Like this headband thingy on the front like this, and then it has like, let's see - has a comb in the front right here. One comb on the side, another comb on this side, and then it has a comb in the back, and it also has these adjustable. Strap thingies, so yeah in the hair feels actually really soft, really nice. It'S like extra extra curly, which i like um and it doesn't. I don't like my hair like too full, especially because it's the headband wig. I wanted to feel like real basically, so this is really nice. It'S not too full it's not too thin um. So, let's get right into me, putting it on, because getting my hair to slick down and stuff is gon na, be a process. So, let's get right into that all right, so i just took my hair out of the ponytail, so what i'm going to have to do, since my hair is kind of thick right now, my locs, i'm going to have to put it in a very, very low Ponytail and then i'm most likely going to have to put on two wig caps just to make sure that it's flat, but as you can see, i'm putting it in like a little very, very little ponytail and i'm gon na bun it on the bottom. Just to make sure it's flat and then i'm gon na use this one on the bottom. For my first wig cap, um, oh wow, i think my hand must be extra huge. You don't need to sit over my head. Okay, so let's see that's what i'm putting on to because it's hair, you know what that stupid thing: ain't, even fitting on my head. Let me start from the back of something you know what oh child. This is something crazy okay, so this is the best it's gon na get and then let me go ahead and do my edges, because i like to have my edges out. So let me get some some of these some of these and i'm just going to slick them down. Yes, i use a toothbrush because i cannot find my edge brush so toothbrush. It is all right. So what i'm going to do? I may have to slip back this part a little bit first and then i'll um have to do my edges, because this part right here um it's not covered up by the um wig cap, because my head is big. Apparently so um i'm gon na go slip back this part and then i'll show you guys when i, when i do my edges, all right so off camera i'll put on the other cap wig cap, because the black one it just wasn't it wasn't getting on my Head so i slipped back the sides of my hair, as you can see: um, it's not the best, but it's good enough. Now i'm about to do my edges, so i'm not going to pull out too much because with my real hair i don't even barely wear like a whole bunch of edges, so i'm just gon na do like just the slightest amount. So i can make it look realistic, like everybody else be. Looking, i'm just going to put a little bit here and you you, you, you yep and then a little on this side and if i need more i'll, just go in and add a little bit more. Then i am going to add my swoops, so let's do that. I'M only going to put like two little swoops, nothing major just a little swoop in the soup, all right and then this side swoop. Oh wait this one kind of messed up, but yeah, that's good enough, all right! So now this looks looks good enough for me to you, know, put my wig on so um, oh yeah, and it does have this little part in the back where you snap the headband together. So i'm gon na put that part on last um. I think i'm going to put this comb part on first. Actually, no that doesn't make sense, i'm going to put the comb in the back on first and then i'll, just pull it up over the top. This thing is snug, yes, so pull this up over the top and then put the comb in here and then i'll just add these combs right here and then well. Actually, no! This is too far up. I want it a little bit further back. So let me push this back a little bit and then push it back a little more, i'm not liking where it's sitting, so i'm just going to keep playing with it until i get it like, because i want it to show like this whole part right here. So i'm going to push it back a little bit more to about right here i feel like this is a good, a good spot, so i'm going to secure these ones on the side. Once i get my spot where i want it so this this wig is very, very, very secure, so you're not gon na have to worry about it anything coming off if you're going out or something because this thing is not coming off, unless somebody is pulling it Real hard, so next i'm going to put this in like a little ponytail so that i can clip the headband part in the back. This hair is very, very soft and nice. I really really like it um so far, but i have to see how how it does in a full day. But let me unsnap this part right here and then i'm just gon na snap it in the back and put it behind my ears and i'm most likely going to fold the top of the headband, because i want to show more of my edges all right. So this is the hair. Before i do anything to it. I really really like, as you can see, it's like really really curly um and my hair is mostly flat. Surprisingly, i thought it was going to be like extra bumpy, but it's pretty flat um. I really like it so far, so i'm going to try on the different headbands that it gave me. It only came with two. It came with these two headbands um. I know i've seen a lot of them that come with more headbands, but i have plenty of headbands. So it's okay, but let me try this one on and see how this looks. Okay, okay, not bad, not bad! This headband isn't bad. I like this one um cute, but i don't think i have anything to wear with this. Well, i might have something to wear with this one, but the other one is like extra color closer. I don't know but try this one on too. Let'S see. Actually i kind of like this one better than the other one, but yeah. Those are the two headbands they gave me and then i could show you guys how it looks with different headbands, because i have my own headband, so um, i'm going to put it on with my glitter headband, because i know i see a lot of people doing That um, i can link the glitter headband down below my friend tamiya. She sold it to me. Her um hair company is mimi cray's hair and i got the headband from her. So i'm going to show you guys the hair with that headphone. This is the hair with uh the head, the headband that i got from my friend um. So, if you're wearing like thinner headbands, i would recommend what i did is push this headband back um. So you can't see the black underneath this so like you know, this would be a cute look for if it's like your birthday or new year's or some special day that you want um. But my final review of this hair, like i haven't gotten any shedding from it. Well, i got like one piece of hair but um, usually curly, hair sheds way more than this, so i'm very, very surprised, um, but um i haven't watched it or anything. So i don't know how it does after you watch it, but so far i am loving it um. This is like a great thing for like beginners who, like don't know how to put on lace, wigs or closure. Wigs literally you just plop this on do a little bit of edges and you're good and you're good to go for a whole day. They have different styles, you can get straight body weight, water, weight, deep, wave, all type of stuff. You can get colors. You can literally get anything you want so um. Um, i didn't do like you know full face. I just did my regular everyday, you know stuff, and i got my magnetic lashes on look at my last video for that but yeah. I really really really love this hair. It, like. I told you guys it's very soft. It looks really natural. It'S really flat, even though, like my hair, i could barely get my hair into the wig cap. As you can see, i was struggling, but once i put this wig on like you, can barely tell that it's like not flat because it looks flat on the top. As you can see um, but with this hair like you, can put it up in the ponytail, if you want - and it still looks natural like the back, it looks really natural in the back as well um you could do half up half down if you wanted To you can basically do any style you wanted to do with a regular wig or even with your real hair. So i really like this wig a lot um and it is very affordable. Um. I only paid about 90 for it um. It wasn't expensive at all. Um and like i said, i got it from julia hair and this one is, i believe this one is the 16 inch deep wave and they also have other kinds like body wave. They have straight, they have colors and you can get it in any length. You want, i just wanted to get 16 because i like where the 16 sits on me like it looks natural for 16 for me um, because if i would have got like an 18 20 22, it would just not look natural. So i like how the 16 inch looks on me. I could even got a 14, but i do like how the 16 sits on me, so i do definitely recommend this wig.
