Diy Headband Wig Beginners Friendly Tutorial || Curly Wig

So if you've never made a wig before or you've been trying to make a wig or to know ave, then you need to watch this video. Let me teach you how to make a simple hairband wig. Now, let's get into the video, my name is christiana kuru, but you can call me laffy. I intend to change the name of this channel very soon, but i think i won't so my name already. You know so today we're gon na be making the hair bad wig, but we're going to be making a more traditional, a bad week like something that even a beginner can make at home. Okay, now all you need for this uh style. You need your cup. You need any hair of your choice, then you need either a pork sauce or any old clothes, but it has to be a stretchy material. So i'm using one one leg of my pork sauce here. What i did was to run it around my head and then i cut the sides that would be that would go around my head and still have like a little bit of length. We should be looking at about 10 inches, i'm not too good with inches. So just something i'll go around your head and then i folded it into and right now what i'm doing is i'm laying it on the cap, then we're going to stitch it to the cap. Okay, uh. If your head circumference measurement, is around 24, you can bring it a bit more forward so that the cap is not too small. Don'T forget if you move it too backward your cap is going to be too small. You don't want to make that mistake, so you want to move it a bit forward, but my circumference is around 22, so this is why i'm putting it this way, i already took the measurement off the cap, so what i want to do is to pin the Pocket sauce on the cap then stitch it down. So what i'm going to really allow you guys to watch this video with that talk is so much. You don't have to be too super neat or too super clean. Just do your thing stitch it down, then flip the cap over and cut out the excess cap after cutting out the excess cap. If you don't have a tape, this is optional, but i would advise you to have a shape tape, because i want to also show you how you can space the hair. Also, this is very important, so i pinned down my tape, starting from the first inches to the second inches. You remember when i told you guys that this is a beginner friendly wig, so i'm using my foundation, you know to measure just to create lines on where i want my wefts to be. I did a one inches each and now i'm sewing my weft down. Guess what my kids actually touched? My light change it to red, and i did not even notice - and i continue filming this video. So i just went ahead and started sewing in the line where i have marked before you can actually go around and mark all of your lines from starting to end in some sewing in a u-shape right now. So in my wig worked in a u-shape one week later, so, as you guys can see, i changed. My clothes changed, my hair. This is about a week later. So when i was making this week, i quickly ran a little bit of an errand, and then i had an accident, so i couldn't continue this week until after a week. Yes, i'm fine guys, i'm fine! Thank you. I'M sewing it down like a bang. Okay, then i'm going to flip it backward the reason why i'm doing that is to create a more natural. Looking at the front, i flipped it down like i'm, making a fringe, and then i saw the wig down but sewing it's basically on the wave and then i flipped it. Please try to add another single weft in that middle, so you can have a more full hair. Then i went ahead and i washed the hair and right here i'm adding leave-in conditioner. You know to give the hair a more fluffy soft look. If you have a curly hair, okay and you haven't washed, it yet believe me, you've, not gotten the ribbity of that hair. When you wash your curly hair, the cords tend to be defined, and when, after it is head dry, you would have a more beautiful hair. Believe me, i'm talking from experience right here, i'm just running my fingers through the coils. You know separating them a little bit. I don't want to comb it because it's a natural, kinky, um, bahamas hair. If that's the right, hair yeah and this hair is so beautiful. Okay in this video, i'm using just a pack and a half, that's how full the hair is - and this is the end result of what the hair is looking like after the video, i haven't added any extra bun to the hair. Yet i actually went ahead and i threw in a beautiful orange color hairband and it was poppy believe me, it was looking so beautiful. I went ahead and i play around with this hair a little bit just to show you guys what it looks like here.
