Well, hello, welcome back to my channel. This is tia and i'm coming at you with the voiceover. So i wanted to just show you. This was a wig that i did some reviving to um, but i also was adding in the natural waves that the wig had and uh really working and adding in some roots. So i have shown a bunch of different methods of how i revive wigs. You can see some of the other videos. I will put a playlist in a link down below, but right now, i'm just sectioning off the hair. I have already washed this wig and i'm coming through to detangle it starting from the bottom. This is a time lapse. Video, so obviously i didn't do it this fast. Now i'm going to take my blow dryer and my round brush and i'm just going to be working through in sections using it on low heat and just working all the way through all the hair, just to bring it back to life, deal with any sort of Freezing and fuzzing oh hi, kit, kat, and i just really work through the whole hair doing the same method. Like i said i have a bunch of videos either out or coming on, reviving wigs, showing it in just sort of different ways and with slightly different techniques. Just to give you guys some ideas right now, what i'm doing is sort of thinning the wig. This also helps with tangling. I have a specific video on that that i will link below. So i just work through the hair and do use the thinning shears. Now i'm just sort of brushing out and what's coming out is that extra hair that i just cut. Essentially so now i just work through the sections with the blow dryer and i'm going to then move to sort of the side continuing through the hair with the thinning shears and then brushing out the hair that i essentially just cut. Then i'm going to move into reviving these natural waves on the side, so i take the round brush and instead of just pulling it sort of straight down like i'm doing here in the back. I am really reshaping that side. Now i'm going to use the wig wax and sort of spray, the back with the wig wax just to pull down like some of the flyaways and then i'm going to move to the other side. And when i'm using the heat and the blow dryer on these sides that naturally had sort of that curl, i'm really mindful that i am pulling the hair in the right pattern so that it will keep the curl you could, if you're, not. If you're, not careful, you can essentially use the blow dryer and sort of straighten this part out. So i'm making sure that i'm just accentuating and reinforcing the wave pattern that was in the wig initially. So i'm just going to thin the rest of the wig in the sections that i had and you can see. Look at that beautiful, beautiful wave pattern that i was able to keep intact so detangling working through the sections that i hadn't done same method. So you just really go through the whole thing. This does take a little bit of time to me. I found it pretty, you know soothing, but i just want you to know this isn't necessarily the quickest process, but it's well well worth it. If you have a wig that you absolutely love and that you want to sort of bring it back to life, so i'm just over here, it's sort of accentuating the sides, the way that they naturally came with the initial style on this synthetic wig and working through The top part making sure that those fibers are also revived because some people, when they're sort of reviving wigs they forget about that crown part and they just focus more on the you know the bulk of the wig. So i made sure that i did that and then next i am going to move into adding roots to this wig. So this is what she looks like before the rooting, but after the reviving i think she looks so so so stunning she came out beautiful. This is my little model dawn here, and you can just see that the straight parts that are supposed to be straight are straight and the other parts are wavy, so i am using the batiste divine dark, which is dry shampoo with a little bit of color. I like using these to root wigs, especially if you are not used to doing it, because it's dry shampoo, it will easily wash out if you sort of mess up. It also will build up in color. You know if you want a little more or a little less, because it's dry shampoo, it's going to take away any shine at the rooting, which is sometimes what can give away a wig and also it's pretty quick and easy to do so. This is sort of the end result with the rooting and also sort of these sides, i'm just sort of reinforcing these beautiful waveside that the wig has. So that's what i have for you if you like these types of videos, please give me a thumbs up. If you haven't subscribed, please do so and you have you're my doll baby. I do a lot of these different wig coaching, wig tips, videos. So hopefully i'll see you soon.
