10 Website Subscriptions To Scale Your Party Princess Business | Happy Blonde

Hello royals and welcome back to happy blonde. I am a party princess content, creator, character, entertainment company owner and performance coach. One of the top struggles that i always see is princesses, who are not organized and they feel like they don't have the proper tools to run their business. So today i decided to put forward my 10 websites and subscriptions that you need to survive, owning a successful character, entertainment business starting off with facebook. Social media presence is extremely important, and that is how clients are going to find you. But the reason why we want facebook is because we want this made up business suite. This is going to take you to this landing page over here. You can see notifications have a planner, create content ahead, get your insights, have an inbox, create ads and have so many more tools, but the reason why the content area is so important is because you can schedule your posts ahead of time. You can even choose the day and the time that they are going to go, live, and that way you do not have to worry about being consistent on social media. You just have to take the time to organize all those posts and schedule them. The second thing is a website. My website is from wix, you can use wix or squarespace whichever, but over here. As you can see, i have tools and resources to access. Literally a little bit of everything. Send over email marketing, see my finances book through my website. All of those shenanigans and details that i need for my own company, this is my website. It looks absolutely beautiful. It definitely took me a time to get to know wix, but it was extremely worth it. I get to customize it every time that i truly want and it looks neat it looks pretty. It is easy to understand it's really beginner friendly, if you're more into squarespace. That is definitely up to you, but if you are into creating your own site, this is definitely the way to go. Clients can even book through the site, they can just request to book and, as you can see, it takes them directly to the landing page. If you're looking for a separate booking platform, i can recommend honeybook or paper form, but i did try partypluro and i didn't really love it. I thought that it was too basic, but in honeybook you get a little bit of everything you get to send invoices and contracts fast scheduling, all that fun stuff, and the pricing starts at a really good point. If you want a discount talk to bippity boppity bank rolls, because she has a sweet deal for you, but a booking platform is really important, whether it is directly on your site or separately. You also need to handle your finances, and quickbooks is definitely the number one recommended tool. I handle my finances through excel still because i'm still not there, where i am making that much of a bank, but as you can see, these are the pricings for quickbooks and you can easily track and manage all of your expenses pay your performers basically organize the Important thing, which is your money and if you don't know what plan is good for you, they have this cute little quiz at the bottom, which i thought was really nifty. Now, let's go ahead and dive into a little bit more on the creative side. Amazon amazon, whether you have amazon, prime or you don't have. The subscription is definitely a must-have website. It obviously have same day, one day or two day deliveries you get a little bit of everything and if you're looking for starter costumes, some of their starter costumes are really really good, quality and inexpensive fun fact, my moana costume is actually from here. I just bedazzled. It upgraded it a little bit and my jasmine costume is also from here and yes, that is what it costs and it is really good quality. So this is definitely a subscription that you do want to keep handy also for other party supplies other than just costumes. Zoom is wonderful if you are offering those virtual services like i am, you can definitely schedule meetings and events. You can even record your meetings, this works for clients and for your team as well, and the pricing point is definitely really good. I recommend going with the one that i do have, which is 149 a year. I have access to. Basically everything and the best thing is that i do not have to finish my meeting every single time. I hit that 45 minute mark but, like i said it's a must-have subscription, if you do offer those virtual services now the next site i swear by and it is canva.com this graphic design platform is my go-to for everything. As you can see, i handle all of pixie dusted and happy blondes graphics through this one platform, and i love this subscription. This has templates for absolutely everything for free. Most of them are actually free for instagram post for proposals and if you do pay the subscription, which again i do recommend you do have a brand area where you can organize your branding a whole lot better. With all your logos, your colors and fonts. In one place, my first logo actually came from here, but if you want a logo that is more professionally done, like mine, you can hit up cherish at the social duo. She is absolutely incredible. She does the best graphics and logos for party princesses and character, entertainment companies. I swear by her. She is the nicest human in the world, as you can see, she's done all of my own graphics and she also does websites. If you don't want to hassle yourself with wicks or squarespace now, editing pictures is very, very important, and this is where lightroom comes in. It starts at 9.99 a month, but you can get the free app on your phone and just purchase a separate filter from an instagram cosplayer or an influencer or content creator or photographer. They do make these filters and you just click that one filter and your pictures are edited in a heartbeat, but picture editing is very, very important for this business, because obviously you want your pictures to look as beautiful and magical as possible. So this is a must. Now communicating with your team is also a must, and this is where slack comes in. I use whatsapp, but whatsapp is not used in the states. A lot and slack is definitely recommended for those small businesses. I worked as an online dance teacher during the pandemic and i was part of a team and they use slack and it is very, very organized. This is the pricing. I absolutely think that it is worth it because everything is neatly organized and again having that clear communication with your performers is important, especially if you handle a big team. Now some of you might be a little bit against these last subscriptions, but i believe that a character, entertainment education, is a must to push your business forward. Therefore, investing in character, entertainment coaches is a wonderful idea. The first one that i will recommend is the charmed comb i invested in her membership a couple days ago, and i can tell you that it is wonderful. You do get an insight into creating those beautiful wigs and it really enhances your wig styling skills. She does sell wigs, but you go into the education tab and purchase your membership from her again. One thousand percent recommend the one i also recommend is alexis at bippity boppity bankrolls.
