There is a lot of controversy and conversation around Black women who wear wigs and weaves. Some people say that we wear them because we can't grow long hair or we don't love ourselves. Here is MY opinion. Share your thoughts and thanks for watching!

Hey y'all: this is chanel from my birfday closet back with a real talk with video. Today, I'm going to talk about wigs and weaves as in form of protective styling. I'Ve gotten a lot in the past. Quite recently. Why do you wear wigs? Why do you wear weaves? You have long beautiful natural hair. You don't need wigs shree, you don't need weaves charade. Your hair is way more beautiful than those weaves and wigs. Oh, my god. Your hair is so beautiful. Why do you wear that? And just a bunch of variations of the other statements I just said, but I wanted to talk about the assumption that women that wear weaves and wigs don't love themselves the assumption that women don't wear weaves and wigs, don't have hair women that wear wigs and waves. Can grow their hair long can grow their hair healthy and all these other miss miss consumptions misconceptions. So I have 5 points that I wanted to address today and I have my notes because I talk way too much and when I made this video before I was all over the place so leggo so for me, wigs and weaves are form a protective styling. I have a long ish. I don't think my hair is long yet and that's an entirely different conversation about hair length and length retention, but I have long ish hair. My hair is almost waist length in the back about two inches from waist lines. Um I have beautiful hair. I consider my hands to be very beautiful. My hair is very healthy and I attribute that to wake wearing. I should be that that two wearing wigs to weaves to wearing protective stylings and weaves, meaning like crochet braids, weave ish styles, any form of protective styling twisting buns and that's why I've been able to retain length and grow a long hair or wrong. Ish hair medium length, hair because of weaves and wigs and other protective styles. So when we talk about why women wear weeks and weeks, protective styling is definitely why I wear them. I yeah I've grown. I'Ve grown a healthy hair because of wearing these styles because I'm able to protect my ends because I'm able to keep my hair moisturized under wigs and we use because, of course we can say we aren't enough. It'S all about the hair, hair care and the techniques to retain length, as you wear these styles. So I spoke about why I wear wigs. I will use I wear wigs and weaves, because I become a very lazy natural earlier. My journey where my hair was shorter. When I had a lot more time, I could dedicate to my hair. I could dedicate hours a day out hours on the weekend hours on the friday night hours on a Saturday night doing Ron says doing a whole bunch of really cool cute styles. But I just don't have that time anymore and and for the women who don't have time for the women who have to get up and go wearing twins wearing marley perseverance with any form of braids and twists or weaves, and wigs and all protective styles again, if You don't have time they're great to keep your hair protected, but also keep your hair retaining length. If that's your goal of course, so that's why I wear them. I don't have time anymore. I can throw on this wig and this is a wig and I can go when my hair is neatly twisted, underneath my hair is supple and soft and it's ready for a twist out in a few days. So that's why I wear that. I definitely attribute them to my hair growth and my yeah my success on my natural hair journey. My third point: donorship, don't assume everyone who wears wigs, don't have hair just because you wear weaves and wigs and protective styles doesn't mean you have hair. I think this goes for a lot of men, specifically, they think, and a lot of men have told me but Sheree you know your hair is longer hair. It'S beautiful! You don't need that, but it's not about that. Don'T assume that women who wear weaves and wigs don't have hair are that women who don't care for the hair and ignore the hair and damage their hair wearing wigs and wigs and weaves? Yes, but don't assume that's true for everyone, I think, as a natural and as a part, natural hair humidity, especially in the last year, we are bumping it up with our with our natural hair styles. We are doing crochet braids, we are doing faux locs. We are doing all of these styles to protect your hair and keep it healthy and thriving. So you can assume the people that wear weaves and wigs don't have hair. That is not true even again, even though there are women that do so, don't put that stigma on everyone. My fourth point is that that there are too many conversations that dissect about black body and the black female body in particular, I don't see conversations about white women or non black women, women wearing wigs and weaves, and of course they do would have been white women. Not like women wear wigs and weaves, but we put the stigma on black women in particular that they can't grow long hair black women have to wear wigs and we because they ain't, got no hair and all these other stigmas on the black body. And that just goes back to Sarah Baartman, that goes back to centuries and centuries of oppression, of denying the black woman of Beauty denying the black woman of elegance, denying the black woman of grace and sexuality and sensuality just denying the black woman's presence in this world. I think we have to really be cognizant of what we're doing when we talk about the black body and how we're having conversations around the black body, because all we're doing dissecting, we can talk about Nicki Minaj, big butt, but we don't talk about you Xillia in The same way and that's very problematic for me - and that's very disturbing for me, because they both got big booties. So, what's the conversation really about it's about tearing down breaking down, dissecting the black body when we have conversations around hair and about haircare, we talk, we make the assumptions of black women, can't care for their hair and that's a whole different conversations about the psychology of Slavery and how we like, and how the slavery system like disrupted black hair care in general, we didn't have our products, we have the right tools or he came to this country different conversation, I'm not gon na get into it, but stop dissecting, the black body debit. Just stop doing it. Oh and my father. No, I find a point is that black women do not have to hide behind the waist. I think health care is important and, as I've said throughout this video, everyone doesn't care for their hair. Everyone doesn't have healthy hair, whether that be relaxed, natural tech, slacks in between doesn't matter. Everyone doesn't have healthy hair and a lot of us hide behind protective styling. That is true. I'Ve seen it. I have been the victim of it in the past as a relaxed woman, but relaxed teenager rather, but hair care is the number one. Is the number one true the number one driving points behind protective styling? It shouldn't be to hide your hair. It shouldn't be to ignore it and make like manipulating it over manipulate it. It should be hair care and if it's not I mean, do you boo, that's really up to you as your hair, but in terms of having these conversations around hair around protective styling, we can't make these grand generalizations these oversimplifications of protective styling and it's a protective Style, it's a protective style. That'S all it is and do not assume that we need this and because we don't, we all don't need it um. My hair is quite luscious and fabulous underneath this wig, but we have to stop. We have to stop this perpetuation of black women are inferior and that's basically the conversations that people are having or if it's, if you are a black woman and you get to this point, which is long hair, then you shouldn't depend on this thing that other people Use because they don't have any hair, it's just this really complex conversation that I love to engage in with men in particular, because they have the most to say about women's hair. Even though many of them don't have hair, they don't have long hair, they don't understand what it takes to take care of your hair, rich pay and have beautiful luscious hair. So it's always interesting in that way, but these are the things that I wanted to address. Let me know what you think about it: do women who wear wigs and weaves not love themselves? Oh another point is that there are some natural hair within that think natural hair, with like shouldn't wearing weaves and wigs, especially straight ones, and to address that point, I don't believe that I have a straight wig boom you'll see my review of that straight wait here. I don't think the composition around whether or not you should work straight weave or wig it's complex. So I think that that should be your only form of protective styling and you may not want to try curly ones like then. That'S a whole different conversation because that goes into inside and the straight hair is more superior to natural hair and to curly kinky hair. But that's not what I'm addressing today, I'm thinking about reusing ways on a surface cursory level. Okay, but that's it! Let me know what you think about weaves and wigs: if women wear them, do they not love themselves? What do you think about it? Do you wear weaves and wigs specifically and of course, other protective styles, let's talk about it down below bye, y'all little

dee doc: If a person wants to wear a wig, thats a personal preference. Sometimes, its nice to have a change in looks or have days of wig wearing and walk out the door. However, I feel that MANY times, we hide behind the wig. If you take 10 women of all races and put them in a room, we would have the largest percentage of our women wearing wigs and weaves. If you look at the workplace, schools, stores or on the street caucasian women do not wear wigs/weaves like we do. I do believe in general that we have had problems in caring for our hair. In the past, we went to the hair dresser to do the the washing, conditioning, relaxing of our hair. It wasnt until the natural hair movement that we started learning About our hair and how to care for it. Let's be real, if we pulled Off the wigs and weaves, the majority would not have healthy hair underneath. This is not casting a bad light on black women, it's just the reality of us being in darkness with hair on top of our head.

Celestine IsSharkeishaNO: Black women CAN grow long hair, and wear wigs to retain length and health, as a way to significantly lessen mechanical breakage, while changing looks.

Monica Simmons: This convo has been a thorn in my side for years!! and ultimately the world is not ready for black women to love themselves (.).. If we wear weave (OMG).. IF we wear natural (OMG).. but the world is all scheduled for surgery to look like us!!! haaa haaa!! love you girl keep posting!!

Reservechic: I'm totally okay with Black women and their choice to either wear their hair relaxed, natural, or wigged or weaved up. Also, I've seen many Black women with long, healthy hair too. The only problem that I see is when certain women only wear wigs and weaves, neglect their own hair underneath, and end up with severe hairloss as a result.

꧁ Orlando Cruz ꧂: I want to put my 2 cents in... BW wear wigs/weaves for different reasons. Some wear it as a protective style . Some wear it to switch it up. Others wear it because they are lazy. Others because they don't have the time. And yes I will go there. Lots of BW wear it because they hate their hair and because they find their hair ugly. I don't think that many wear it because they want to be White. Anyway. "It's different strokes for different folks." Is that the right saying? LOL

dakotakee1: Excellent points. And we deserve the right to have versitility in our looks. Im natural and i prefer not to flat iron but i wear wigs for color or straight styles. Bottom line is a black woman deserves to wear whatever makes her feel confident and beautiful.

Jimmy Jenkov: Just love who you are and accept it. Everyone is beautiful.

Ashley Bennae: thanks for this video. I have had natural hair for almost 4 years & I kind of jumped on the natural hair band wagon just being enthusiastic about wearing my natural hair. think natural hair is so pretty every texture and type. I was so hopeful in the beginning that I'd have beautiful curly hair and would be doing all of these cute natural styles...well being natural was a ton of work that I wasn't prepared for & after my big chop my hair texture didn't resemble anything I'd ever remember growing from my scalp. I've always had very thick hair even when it was relaxed my new growth would always grow in very soft & wavy and I thought I had wavy hair until my big chop. needless to say I've been struggling with my hair & and grew weary of the maintenance and super expensive products that weren't effective. I also think that on myself wearing my natural hair out in an afro just didn't suit me & wasn't flattering, just never looked good, the puffs made me look like a little girl and I didn't like it. I tried so many styled without much success. So I've been wearing weave, braids and wigs for most of my time being natural. it has cost me a fortune to maintain & it's also time consuming. I recently thought to myself it's so backwards to have natural hair but wear weaves and wigs 90% of the time when I have beautiful thick hair. recently I have reluctantly decided to go back to relaxed hair and to ditch, wigs and weaves. I'd much rather be wearing my own hair that doesn't cost thousands of dollars a year to maintain. I tried it and it just wasn't for me. I still think natural hair is beautiful but different things for different ppl.

SOTHATUKNOW Yes: Big chop soon. Even when I allowed my hair to grow hip to ankle length, every freaking mother's child HOPED it was fake. Growing my hair out again so I will wig it until it's the length I want. Don't give 2cents what THEY think.

onehonei2: Thank you so much for this video because It needed to be said!!

ZenLifeTV: Omg me and my bf was just having this debate! He feels I would be shaming my hair and beauty with wigs and weaves. My point is I like to have different looks and give my hair a break. I prefer straight wigs because I deal with curly hair everyday lol

Lady Charity: Wow, this vid is on point at 5:22-5:46...this right here is the story of my black hair life lol. I wore extensions off/on over the years and unfortunately my real hair was almost always assumed to be weave as well. As if a BW can't possibly have hair past their shoulders. I didn't identify as having long hair either lol but yeah my hair was long for a BW. My hair when relaxed was only 'long' b/c of protective styling like wigs or braids. I know some women who just don't like their hair and others who just like to switch up their look as well as give their hair a break. I'm in the latter category and love variety. Its like a sin for a BW but perfectly fine for everyone else to have extensions anytime they get ready. They aren't judged in the same way.

Intersectionality: Can Black women simply wear whatever they please without anyone's unsolicited 2 cents on the matter? Like, can we live???

joeskis: I would love to see a revolution among women to stop artificializing themselves so much. No more padded bras to make their boobs look bigger (women used to get made fun of for that), no more padded pants to make butts look bigger, no more wigs and weaves... Just subtle makeup, like adding a dash of salt, should be the norm.

Lisa: Moisture is so important combined with protection.

precious c: I have fragile hair almost identical to yours. I wear weaves as protective styles but also because I like to change my style up. maybe if people stopped trying to police black women we wouldn't have to explain this over and over. I don't understand why we can't be versatile without having people stereotype us. I knew girls in high school with long hair who wore short weaves/wigs simply for style. I'm not denying that some women wear weaves/wigs because they don't like their natural hair but even so look how much natural hair has been shamed over the years. I don't blame those women for being ashamed of their hair tbh. Thank you for talking about this!!!

MrJungleWarrior: Wearing a weave is absolutely your choice and you should do what you like. just don't complain that you don't have a man.

Krystal N.: I wear wigs and weave because my hair is super thick and curly that I like trying new styles. I also wear weaves and wigs because I just don't have freaking time. Wig on out the house in 5 min with my natural hair is could take 30-45 min. I LOVE my hair but mostly wear it out on the weekends when I have more time to style it. Thanks for Sharing this video.

Feefs Manuel: I love this especially the part about dissecting black women!

JusiotheJadeSparrow: I apologize for all my comments, I often comment throughout a video last I lose my train of thought of what I want to discuss in my comment. You touched on a lot of points I made in my two previous comments, and I agree completely! A similar video was made by Brianna Rutter, which was titled something like 'is is self hatred for black women to wear a weave'. I think its important to have conversations like these, for they are often avoided. But it is important to note the origins of these thoughts about our hair and peoples preference for or against black women. It is a very important topic.

Aila Naturaall Hair: Was saying this exactly the other day! Had a debate with somebody that said that all black females that wear weave don't have hair!

doThatGWalk: I mean as a man, I would rather women wear their natural hair out as much as possible. It does look kinda fake when yall wear weaves & wigs all the time. I can understand if you are doing that because of the double standard in the workplace but even then.

marquita83: great topic girl yea i feel you just because you wear wigs weavish type hair doesnt mean tha...t smh i wear mine all the time lol love the convenience doesnt mean i dont like my hair or because i cant grow my hair just like a change and i dont have time either girl lol so wearing twists underneath and wigs is great for me right now lol, thankz for sharing this topic!

Brittney 12345678: Like the wig you have on. As a natural sis I advise my black sisters that you can grow long, health hair. What I, as a natural, don't understand is "protective" styling. What are you protecting it from? I am able to "protect" my hair, ends, moisture etc., without wigs and weaves. I think if you LIKE wigs and weaves, rock them, you don't owe an explanation to anyone. ... Just stop hiding under the umbrella of "protection" .

Serenity Sydnor: I wear it because it helps my hair grow...they're protective styles

Sharon M: Ive got great thick long natural hair and I'm black. I wear wigs to protect my hair from overprocessing and too much heat-styling and when I want to change my look. Not everyone who is black has a problem growing their hair, but you know that, right?? ;-)

QueenBeeTV88: My opinion on this is people should do whatever the eff they please. Do what makes you happy, because happiness is the true beauty.

precious c: Also, I can't stand those people who say relaxers or straight textured weaves are trying to be white. Relaxed black hair doesn't really look like white hair and i don't anyone who buys European textured weave lol.

Diemydarling03: I'm all for protective styling. For me sometimes I get bored with my same old curly hair styles and I'll want straight hair but my not want to put heat on my natural hair. That's where a wig comes in, I can straighten, curl or body wave a wig without heat damaging my own hair.

RitaMay June: Great video! Rock your wigs curlfriend! You know I do

Ghinea Catalin: Thanks so much for that title.I'm from europe and i see a lot of african american women that wear wigs in videos on yt and i always wondered why.

Monica Simmons: im natural n single .. And my hair choices have nothing to do with men.. sooo best wishes to you too.. p.s. you dont cheat... and im not a angry black woman.. so we good

Nancy Monroe: Thanks for this video! Good job.

JusiotheJadeSparrow: I missed a few points lol, I also agree that the misconception that women wear weaves because they can't grow their own hair is ridiculous. Again, however, it should be noted that there are still black women who have not yet been hit by the natural revolution, and are still adhering to a standard of beauty that tells them that they can't grow their hair. And as stigmas go, if it's what you're told, you'll grow up believing it and as a result, wind up not taking care of it the way it needs to be, because of the lack of widespread knowledge just 7 or 8 years ago. I myself an just now seeing the length I had when I was younger. The revolution didn't reach me until I got to college. Before then my hair stayed at either neck length or shoulder length because no one knew how to properly take care of curly hair.

Missy Cabic: It would just seem that wigs and weaves would hinder hair growing and make it less healthy.

Reina: I realized that my natural hair, when I get it done, looks like like a wig anyway. It's long, thick, and shiny. So what's the point of burning and damaging it to get that look when I can just put on a wig for the same effect? Saves time and money and the health of my hair. Also wigs can allow versatility and I can finally have dyed styles without risking having my own hair be damaged beyond repair or fall out.

Princess VaVa: you don't see people having a fit over what type of shoes women wear! why is it that they make a big deal over hair. to me, how you wear your hair has a lot to do with your personal sense of fashion. if you have an event and you want it straight, sure go ahead! and throw some sparkly pumps with it! if you want to go to the mall and wear a twist out, sure go ahead and have your wedges on! black hair is so flexible, you can do whatever you want with it. I think as black women we should stop limiting ourselves to what other people who don't have our hair texture think we should look like or act like

Don't try me: I do not wear weaves or wigs. Coming to ur point, that white women wear weaves and wigs, yes that is deffinately true. But i've never seen one put afro texture hair on theire head. Unlike some of black woman who love that silky weave/wig.

Alma Ott: I thought women wore wigs, weaves, and hair pieces to be able to wear a variety of lengths, colors, and styles without changing their hair. Also, depending on the style of the wig, it's a lot faster to just put on a wig instead of dealing with trying to style your hair. My hair is shoulder length and one side is naturally curly and the other side is naturally kinky, which makes it hard to style and manage. So, I just pin it up most of the time or wear a pony tail; but if I want to wear a pretty style, I might just put on a wig instead of spending a lot of time trying to style my hair.

Holly: Great video!

RheRheSmily: In never used waves but I live in London where the weather is annoying for my hair. I might try crochet hair during the winter. And I might try another colour with the crochet hair, that early I don't damage my real hair

Loveth Willock: if my edges looked like Tamar's I would wear a wig too. It look a bit like alopecia. Weaves are to cover baldness also.

QueenBeeTV88: In the 60's it was popular for all women to wear wigs and hairpieces. Barbie dolls even came with wigs and hair pieces. I am white and I remember my mom wearing wigs all the time for diversity in hair style. It was so cool that women would do that and then. I wish we all still did that. With the hairpieces and wigs women of the 60's could rock some space girl Star Trek type hairdos. You should watch the old 60s tv show " Here Come the Brides". All white women and they had some huge hairpieces and wigs made into really intricate styles with full on makeup and it was awesome but totally funny because these women were living out in the wilderness of Washington state in a logging camp and in reality the women there probably all had their hair up in braids and bandannas like anyone living out in the country. Bottom line: Wigs and hairpieces rock and it should be ok for everyone to wear them.

HealthyHairJourney72: Let em know boo love your pointers ❤️

NaturallyPhilo: Beautiful intellectual video!

Gypsymumma90: I think it's a waste of time but I want understand this for my daughter..

onehonei2: Also some black women don't have perms they have beautiful curly or straight hair. Which some people think all black women have perms especially the ones that aren't black how they know so much about black hair and are not black!

Dorrett P: me personally i have wirn a wig, but once. i have had a weave 2 times. i have had braids 1 time. i have been coloring my hair since I was 19...a long time ago. i don't want to add anything to my head... i color and perm...THAT works for ME...to each his own

Mary Cooper: black women have two choices with our hair we can get a relaxer get it done by hairdressers or get it braided with or without extensions. the hair oils that promote good hair growth i have used them and they work the grease made my hair grow. until i got tired of the long hair i wanted a short hairstyle. the hair grease is called super grow or doo grow. it is not very expensive. i am telling my experience .

norm midnight: When you are a black women with some money go ahead and cover unkempt hair. Men normally wont look at you black average women if she does not have a good wig.

Meta Doll: I have nothing against long wigs and weave. I just find it silly when people use the constant excuse about wearing wigs because  they are protecting their hair... Protecting it from what?!! From everyone's sight including your own... What is the point of having long hair if you are just going to put it under a wig... What's the point in even growing your hair if you are just going to go out there and buy all of these expensive wigs.. I think black folks covering and hiding their hair became part of their culture, so much that they even have to cover it up even if they don't have to cover their hair... Their hair isn't good enough so they go to the Asian shop and spend all of their money.. It's kinda sad..

Reservechic: Hope that you and your family have a very Merry Christmas! XOXO

Mila kelly: protective style? what? lol it is ridiculous to wear wigs and waves any other time than halloween or unless u don't have hair i know i'm gonna get a lot hate for this comment but how ridiculous is to come home and remove wig as some kind of hairy hat u make that depression for yourself by covering ur had with hair hats dear

Denise Carter💘: Isaiah 3:16-24 The LORD says✏️, “The women of Zion are haughty, walking along with outstretched necks, flirting with their eyes, strutting along with swaying hips, with ornaments jingling on their ankles. 17 Therefore the Lord will bring sores and baldness~ We as black people are God's chosen people. This hair curse is spiritual.

A VIEW IS A VIEW: Very nice video.

Troyanna Bowers: Yes I wear weaves to protect my hair so it could grown and I'm not shame about it and my is like Nick length or shoulder length so that's why wear weaves on my head

Luly: yes, but the majority of black women who wear wigs and weaves don't like their short kinky hair . Some of them  that wears weaves and wigs have long healthy hair. But the majority does not

Foodie.Fattie.Fashionista: Speak it sister! Lbvs

bam pony: but there wasnt a such thing as wigs u only had your hair in wasnt tell u seen white women hair striaght that black women wanted striaght hair

Dana T: But it does look natural. :)

Lexy J: people annoy me only focusing on why black women wear weave , like women of every other race wears weave too .

ladygummibear: Excellent video!!! My thought is "DO YOU"!!!

theSILENTwobbie: My opinion: they wear wigs for vanity purposes, self-esteem and social importance. To them its like a social key that plays a huge role in their character, honestly it tells alot about their personality and shows what type of person they are. Most of the time they turn out to be narcissists once you get to know them. Personally i am against wearing wigs and say that wigs should only be worn in the case that a person is actually loosing their hair (meaning wearing the wig out of necessity), old people are more expected to wear wigs rather than women in their 20's to 40's. Must be some kind of religious thing or else some black trend of some sort i don't exactly know. Using a wig if its not needed is just like using crutches when your legs are perfectly fine and able to walk without pain.

Multi Nothing: So why do you? Curly hair is beautiful, fuck trends. Don't tell me wearing a wig is good for your hair and that's why. Don't make up words to make it sound like a real problem. Curly hair is beautiful.

JusiotheJadeSparrow: I agree that the idea that all black women wear wigs and weaves because of self hatred is ridiculous. However, it should be noted that, unfortunately, we do live in a world with a European standard of beauty that has traits near opposite of what we look like set as beautiful. Because we are seen by the larger society as less desirable based on this standard, many black women are still ashamed of their hair in their natural state. Just like for some stupid reason lighter skin is preferred over darker skin, looser textures are preferred over righter curls. It's a sad thing to have to deal with. To be a black woman in this day and age, having to grow up with people telling you that you don't have good hair, and so on. There are still a large number of black women who feel this way. But I am glad that the natural revolution is taking place, because it is not only teaching our fellow women and our young girls to take care of their own hair, be it with protective style or anything else, but it is also teaching us to love and accept ourselves the way we were made. And that is a very beautiful thing. The fact that we can wear weaves and wigs and make it work to our advantage for the health and growth of our hair is even better. People have a lot to learn about us and our hair. Unfortunately, some will remain ignorant and bigoted. That is a given. But as long this revolution continues, we will see more acceptance and less misconceptions like the one you talk about in this video. A wonderful video! :D

Milzi Jex: Value your own hair

Loveth Willock: if your hair is long n beautiful then show it.

AmbyMo: Yeah, but how can wearing weave be a "protective style" when it is known to be very damaging, pulling the hair at the scalp, breaking it off and making people get bald spots (this is what I've heard). Why do black women always seem to use that particular excuse when justifying why they wear weave? How can wearing weave be "protective" if it's also reported to be so damaging? If your hair is so healthy underneath why not just wear it by itself!? This is all madness! So much denial!

Millionaire Mallory: There a hundreds of videos on YouTube of black women with long hair!!!...But for some reason they love to slap weaves and wigs on! Smfh

panzerken: 1:03 "Mis-consumptions".She had that McRib sandwich on her mind!

ClVlLlZED: sucks that theres moms that make their daughters get weaves because they don't like their natural hair, kind of wish I still lived in the 70's when most black women seemed happy with their natural hair. getting someone elses hair sewed up to your scalp seems a little too much especially since you cant really keep your natural hair clean, theres women who dont even keep that shit clean they wear shower caps over their head while taking a shower so they don't ruin their weave and that shit causes mold to grow its pretty sick.

I Am RallyGirl™: Indeed!

Yasmin Aden: Protect our hair lol . what a load of rubbish. You don't even say this suspossed hair under these wigs.

kimberry2010: AMEN.

Uniquely Courtney: Truth!!!!!!

Shelinha Quental: Amen

Josh E: I kinda feel bad for dark skin girls (no rasist) they have very very very pretty hair but they don't have the same texture like the Spanish and white people

Kia T: black women can grow long hair what about locs???

Yash Patil: Misconsumptions bahahahhaa

Liyah Universe: Not all African American can't grow long hair I'm a darkskin girl and my hair is super long for a darkskin gilr

Crystal Fowler: Smh @this video.

Troyanna Bowers: And nice video to

Riley: her eyebrows

Donald Haggerty: your Cute
