HELP ME REACH 100,00 BY SUBSCRIBING:) This video is, inspired, by NikkieTutorials. I am chit chatting about how black people don't wear wigs to be like white people. Somehow, that is a misconception in the black community (I see these statements in my comment section) and wanted to talk about it.

Many people, believe, black people do not have blue eyes and blonde hair, naturally and that's not true. Check out Cydnee Black's Channel, because, she has blue eyes and search for blonde hair black people, through, Google.

If I wanted to wear purple hair, does that make me want to be a unicorn, hey guys and welcome back to my channel or in today's video? I wanted to do this. Nikkietutorials inspired video talking about black people are not trying to be white if they wear wigs or weaves. So for those who don't know who nikkietutorials is, she is a beauty guru here on YouTube that talks about beauty and mainly makeup tutorials. She posted a video a couple of days ago about her secret, her. I don't really know if it's a secret, but she came out and she announced to the world that she was actually born a boy, so you're probably wondering well Nancy. What does that have to do with your video and I'm gon na? Tell you what I see a lot of people? I see a lot of black people I'll say that and I know people don't like when I say black and white, but most people say black and white, so I'm gon na say black or white. So I read my comments that black people will tell us that you're trying to be white, if you wear wigs and weaves, which is not true, nikkietutorials video reminded me that when we do things to ourselves, we're just being ourselves. So if I choose to wear a blind wig, I'm not trying to be white, I'm just trying to be me. So I want to ask you something: are black people trying to be black if they wear afro weeks? If I wanted to wear purple hair, does that make me want to be a unicorn? That brings me to other things too. We are so quick to judge people. I am one of them. We do that. Naturally, you cannot stop yourself on being a judge each person, because naturally, we're born that way. We'Re also taught and bred from little children to be labeled. Labeling is one of the things that gets us in trouble with. Judging I'm saying that, because when I saw her video when I saw her nikkietutorials video, I was sort of angry, not really angry. I was I thought I was lied to not because she is trans, but only because for years I feel like she made me and other people think that she's a female, but in reality she doesn't have to explain herself to anybody. That'S her private business and I shouldn't be judging her based on that. I actually thought her video down yesterday, because I was emotionally confused about how I'm feeling about what she's singing so don't get me wrong. I am nowhere near prejudice or hating on her because she is a trans woman. I was just feeling like you lied to me and I don't like that. You lied to me. She doesn't have to explain she don't have to explain that she was trans stuff. Okay, so that's why today I went back to her video and continue watching it and gave her a thumbs up instead of a thumbs down. So I want to ask you something or black people trying to be black if they wear afro weeks or are white people trying to be white if they wear after weeks, dreadlocks or breaks? I remember when bo Derek came out in 1979 with that movie called ten. I love you guys weren't even born in 1979, but no none of you probably was even around until the 80s or 90s, but for my old school people you guys know exactly what I'm talking about bo Derek came out running down a beach with this beautiful body And some cornrows all the way to the back and when she did that, oh, my goodness, everybody was just up in a roar like what's going on here and then the black people. I remember when I was little and black people were like what is she doing with our hairstyle? What is she doing with cornrows? Didn'T he didn't white people frown upon us with our effort, extra hair and even today, in 2020 or 2024 children, our black children are getting put out of school because of their hair because of the cornrows because of the braids and in the drill like saying well, The like some people, don't like they don't like to refer to locs as being dreadlocks, because nothing is dreadful about our hair, but we're getting put out of school. We'Re not getting hired. We'Re not looked upon as somebody to be highly respected when we have brazen in those kind of styles. But when Bo Derek came out, it's a white sheet running down the with cornrows, oh boy. She took the world by the world by storm and she was so talked about by moving. You got a lot of ratings back then, but who's the same, and I even said this in my recent video that I feel like white people are trying to be black when they do certain things to themselves. So what I mean by that is things that they try to do permanently like get a bigger butt or fuller lips or darken their skin, but really is there with it they're trying to do. Are they really trying to be black when they do that? How come it just can't? Be they just like the way it looks? How come it can't be that they find that more attractive or how come they can't be that they want to be more attractive to a darker skinned race, such as black people? Who knows what why why people do what they do? Who knows what black people why black people do, what they do? So, if we were blind, hair doesn't mean return to be white. If we were blue contact lenses, does that mean we trying to be white? If we speak properly, doesn't mean we're trying to be white, the answer is no, not all the time now. Some people may be doing things because they want to be like the opposite race, because sometimes the opposite race is pretty cool and some black people are born with blue eyes. Some white people are born with full of butts in full of lips and bigger noses. Now there ain't then got a little shocking noses like we got, but some of us are born. That way doesn't mean we want to be that way. No, if we want to be that way, why do we have to be judged? How can we just can't be me and that's what I got out of Nikki's video? She doesn't want to be categorized, and/or labeled as anything, but me. Unfortunately, she won't be ever mean because we're all a mean, but you have we're, set up the way we're set up to be labelled. We'Re set up to be titled. So if you go to the store and buy something, what you're going to look for you're gon na look for that label, you're gon na look for that that brand, naturally we're bred that way we're taught as a children. You know you need to be number one. You want to be the best you need to do whatever it is to be in front. You know guys I'm a public bus driver every day. I got these cars always want to get in front of the bus. Now it can be a empty lane on the left-hand side, and you know Buster always stays on the right-hand side. They will come all the way around or speed up all the way and get in front of me because they want to be in front not because I'm going to make a right turn not because they can really go somewhere else, because a lot of times they Get back in the left lane or so and make a left turn where brands to think that we supposed to be in front we're better we're greater. Let me be in the front of you because it's me I mean nobody knows you and your cargo. I mean so I'm saying that to say this: how come we just can't be me. I was actually angry at myself for feeling that way, which I shouldn't be, because I'm a human I'm a human being, and I should feel the way I want to feel can't. Nobody tell us how to feel and there a lot of people say well. Why would you get so angry about somebody? You don't even know. You'Ve never met Nicky. No, I've never met Nicky. I'Ve never met any of you guys. As a matter of fact, I'm sitting in this room by myself on I'm just talking to a camera. We you all, don't know me, I don't know you, but you can't get angry. You can't love. You can hate, which I don't do anymore. I used to hate when I was younger. Hating takes a lot out of me. I work with different people. I work with different things every day and I have times and hates, but you can feel certain things when you follow somebody now I don't follow Nicky now. I follow her on and off because I go through my moods and I'm like okay, I want to follow okay, I don't want to follow, but we have what you call computer love or we have computer emotions towards people. It sounds crazy. I know I know it does just like you always say well how in the world can somebody fall in love with somebody in prison? You ain't never met this person before you are pen pal. I used to think that myself. How can you be in love with somebody who you never met? Who said there is no rule saying you can't feel that way. Can'T nobody tell you how to feel, although it sounds crazy fillings work in a different kind of way, you cannot control feeling. If I wanted to wear purple hair, does that make me want to be a unicorn? Is there something wrong with me, because I wanted to wear purple hair, I'm sure if we can look in each other lives, we can always say hmmm, you're, this and you're. That are we wrong for doing that? No, because we're naturally born to do we do. We have to do it, no, but naturally we do it. I know some people think that black people shouldn't have black people. Don'T ever have blond hair black, we don't have have blue eyes, but if you look online you'll find that people of color do have blue eyes like Sydney black she's, a beauty guru her or on YouTube. There are people who are different. I think we are just so afraid when people are not like us or how we think they should be, they should not exist and that's what makes the world go round. People people make the world go round being different, makes the world go round. I told this one girl she says always down herself. Oh my god. I just talked too much. Oh my god, I'm always acting strange. I just need to do this and II didn't know. I just telling I used to always tell her. You have permission to be yourself. I gave myself permission to be myself. I give you all permission to be yourself. I was thinking about Nikki like when. Were you gon na tell us this? Why didn't you tell us this sooner? Why did you have us food and in reality she didn't have to just like things that goes on in your life? You don't have to announce to the world about everything, that's going on about you and she was right. She wanted everybody to see how talented she was with her makeup, her skills, her artistry artistry right, alright guys. I hope you like this video, it's kind of different for me. It'S taking me a very long time to say this stuff and it was pretty fun. It'S pretty cuz, I know I biracial butterflies, they really get it tuned, you know, are you white or you black or you? This are you that you need to tell us who you are? If you have black blood and you, then you are black. Why should I have to choose the black side because they're mixed or why do I need to choose the white side because they're mixed? Why do they have to choose a side? How come they just can't be who they say they are? But if you go to a apply for jobs, well I'll have to take it back, because I've been working on my job for 20, almost 28 years, and I know when I first started my you have to be black white or other, but I think now they Have different options? Okay, so maybe like biracial or multi race, or something like that. Let me know guys what you are seeing on the top applications today as far as races, but how about racial butterflies, they get it they. You know people think they should choose one side. You should or you should embrace the other side. No, you don't have to embrace either side of you want to. You can embrace whatever size you want to right, so I think Nikki for that video. I think her. So much thank you, Nikki tutorials for posting that video. You have inspired me to post this video and to reevaluate my mindset. Although I've always preached that on my video some kind of way, I feel in a field back in stores. Thinking like other people, why? Why did? Why did you lie to us? That'S what my thing was, because I don't have time to hate people. I don't have I deal with people every day and I can't carry that that's heavy I used to like I said I used to hate people. I hate this one guys so much to where I used to want him to diee right that consumed me. I couldn't sleep at night. It weighed heavy on my shoulders and every time I even looked at my one of him to just somehow disappear. I don't have. I don't I didn't like that, so I don't carry that with me anymore. If I don't like you, I just don't deal with you. I'M not gon na hate, your whole race and I can hate your whole life. I'M not gon na hate. You, because you are not doing what I think you should do or you've done something something I know I know how to deal with you from that point on, but I'm not gon na just carry you on my mind, cuz when you hate people. That'S all you do is think about him. I think I'm going to bed thinking about you mm-hmm. I don't have time to hold grudges. I don't have time to be thinking about somebody I just just got mad at for twenty years ago, and I'm still thinking about you, you live in your life, you can have children, you'd have moved away to another state, you didn't died or whatever the case may Be - and I'm still thinking about, I hate this person. I wish, even I can't do it, so it takes a lot of negative energy to hate people. It takes a lot of negative energy to think that people should think like you. If we were to think of like we should all have one brain area and you have all these little feet underneath I said that in another video we have different brains. We have different ways of looking at things. We have we're just different. How come we just can't? Be me, be yourself, you have my permission to do that I'll see you guys in the next video bye,

restless journey: I wear weave that is extremely curly or close to my hair texture, so no one will think I'm trying to imitate another race or ethnicity. I wear it to help my hair to stay protected

Rushia J: You're so right. I can't stand the idea that people assume that any person of any race that wears something that is associated with another race is trying to be that race. You can't just like what you like

CNJL1: “ if I want to wear purple hair does that make me a unicorn” I don’t believe black people want to be white but I think black people don’t like or don’t know how to maintain or style their own hair. If there was more of a balance where most black people wear their natural hair, I’d believe weaves and wigs aren’t a problem or a symptom of a problem but that’s not the case.

Desiree Hodge: It’s mostly a fashion statement and it’s fun to change up our look.

Kimira Jewels: I am glad you posted this. I get these comments sometimes because of my wig videos. SMH.

Baby TT: My grandad was West Indian and he had blue eyes and he was a black, my grandmother was a dark chocolate west indian woman with blue eyes also. So yes black peoole can have blue eyes most of my grandads family have/had different eye colour (some are now deceased). Its stupid how people think that we can’t be born with different eye colours.

Lady _: You are so right, we are human and naturally judge people. I try not to, but I still do. I just may not say what Im thinking. But anyhow to answer your question, the employment applications now do have the option 'two or more races'. If someone is biracial, I think they should embrace both ethnicities but to each his own. As far as wigs and weaves, we are not trying to be white when we wear wigs or weaves. We wear them for many reasons: as a protective style so our hair can reach our desired length; we may just want a break from doing our natural hair for awhile; someone might have alopecia and want to cover balding/thinning hair. I wear weave myself while I grow out my natural hair. Im not at all ashamed of my natural hair and I hate covering it up. As soon as it grows enough for me to style it, I will definitely be coming out of my weave. Anyway, I agree that we should just be who we are and embrace it

Yolanda Jennings: Love this video and I’m so glad you’re back! We’ve been missing you!

Rushia J: You are such a beautiful soul ! So glad I found your channel you've helped me in so many ways. #greasybaby

Yahiri J: Facts I had just about every style. But your so right and on point

Rainy Feathers: This was nice, a refreshing point of view on these issues :D

Carol Sassy King: Great video Nezi, I loved this topic. ❤❤

Tribe Jamette: I am glad i am not the only one who thinks "me" is a label. I watched Nikki's video i was not angry but surprised. I was confused she thought "me" was not a label as well.

QueenStatus: Its fashion and trend and accessorizing only if you hold your head up just as high when you wear your own hair too.

Arianna Hattis: And white people are not trying to be black when wearing dreds❤

Regina Cummings: Those wigs you modelled look good on you. Nikki Tutorials is young so sometimes the transsexual who do this at a young age can get away with it. You do it at a late age like Bruce Jenner, now Kaitlynn, no matter how many females hormanes you take you look like him a male who transgendered to a female.

Liz H: I was told that I wasn’t black because I don’t like soul food. I love Chinese food and Italian. Don’t know what that means.

MsAsheeraA: I love this video.....it shows your deep philosophical side. Long time subbie!.....BTW 1977 greasy baby

M Robinson: Tell the truth Nezi

SGlover1968: There is an entire island in the South Pacific - Solomon Island where the majority are born with black skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes. They are beautiful!!! . . . And I'm almost certain there are other places on this earth that are similar. :)

NeziNapps akaNezi: Hi, Greasy Babies! I hope you enjoy this video. If this is your first time seeing, me and like my videos, please, Subscribe! I'm aiming to reach 100,000 subscribers in 2020. Thank you, so much, for all of your love and support:)

kenzi KENSINGTON: I m white and I love wigs

Naturally Lisa: Class of '83 here. I remember that movie.

Barbies Creations: My grandfather was brown skin was born with blue eyes

~♡CMONRENEE: EXACTLY!!!

Regina Cummings: They have non-binary on most application I've seen it. I had to chuckle.

NaptrulyMe: You told the truth in this video. Also, there are blacks born with blue & grey eyes as well as blond hair. Rather they are born biracle, (mother and father from a different race) albinism or from the melanesian population.

Darlene Jones: There always haten then turn around and get paid for our owe unicness”. Plzzzzz

Rodney Jensen1: BEAUTIFUL ❤️ NESS

Da_Midwest Hebrew_144: I always give bus drivers and other large vehicles room to move. When I was in the Army I met a brotha with real reddish blond hair and blue eyes I think he told me he was from some Island in the pacific. He used pull all the women at the club. LOL!!!! "Computer love" made me think of Roger Zapp. Music today has went over board with the autotune sound. Just my two cents. Nezi, Good commentary as always...

Darlene Jones: Plus wig were really made for weoman” they clamp to have the best hair only black hair defines gravity .. period “ they think there gods in there Dreams.. HATERS I DONT WANA MEET

Ken Rowland: What about yellow hair?

Darlene Jones: THERE TRYING TO BLACK wen they go to the BEACH

kbsofly: Why don’t white people wear Afro wigs then huh?

Desiree Hodge: 1979 my year I was born

Patrick Hodge: You could dye you hair and not wear a wig..

Nac340: un be weave able but on the real who puts smthing in there hair that damages and smells and when they take it off u like who the hell is this scaryness

hotties3v3n: My biggest issue with Nikkie is she LIED TO HER fiance after having a sexual relationship with him!!! How is that ok??!! Yet most people are saying "oh your soooo BRAVE!!!" KMT What's so "amazing" and "brave" about getting surgery to look like a woman????pc bullshit

Des Tom: Na that is to cover the natural black women hair they tried so hard back then now they got y’all doing it yallselves

Roz Christopherson: I made a lengthy comment that took me a half hour to compose. It just disappeared. Could you please explain why my comment about Africa and hair, etc would be removed ? I see there are 72 comments,as of my writing this comment, yet only 30+ are showing.

Ken Rowland: mmmm OK!!!!

Light skin lover.: start combing your real hair insted of puting fake hair in it.

alijosha Romee: Its none of your business, she is female. Period

iluvdat: Ummm i beg to differ. Brown women are altering their hair becuz we don’t want to be our true selfs!

Al Lombard: Are you a dude?
