How To Keep Your Wig From Sliding Back | Wig Fix By The Renatural | Aggressive Flip Test

Oh, my gosh, i'm like breaking a sweat today we're going to be trying out something really really cool that i just discovered and it's called the wig fix. What is the wig fix, and why should you care i'm about to tell you right now, if you are new to my channel, my name is gabby and welcome. Let me give you a turbo speed summary of my life. When i was younger, i did a whole bunch of things that led me to get traction alopecia. I have been warning my clients, because i'm a hairdresser about traction alopecia forever, and i finally decided to make a video about it coming out and being really truthful about that experience. That video is this one. Shortly after that video, i made another video about it. That was a little bit more honest about what actually went down for me to experience so much hair loss and that video is that one. The first video that i made about my traction alopecia went viral on the internet. It went completely insane and then from there. I built up this whole community of people that are interested in hair loss, hair loss, stuff, hair loss solutions. I finally decided to do something about my hair loss and i did a hair transplant and you can see my entire experience in this video yada yada. There was a lot of crying, it was very emotional experience. I went through all this stuff and now i am three months post-op a little bit more than three months post-op from my hair transplant experience, my hairs are starting to grow after i completely damaged my edges. My sides just like totally ruined my hair and now after undergoing that very stressful surgery. I am now starting to get my hair back, so the last thing i want to do is mess up my hair. That is the last thing i want to do so when i wear extensions now or wigs now i am so unbelievably careful to not do anything that could potentially mess up my brand new growing little baby follicle hairs. I love wigs. I love feeling pretty. I love being glam, but the idea of gluing down a wig now with a really intense glue or using tape to keep my wig in place really freaks me out, because i did that so much when i was younger, i ripped off my edges so many times That, eventually, i completely lost the majority of the hair on the sides of my head, so we're not gon na do that again enter the wig fix. The wig fix is a silicone headband that provides security so that your wig doesn't slip. And when i say security i mean security like you can go to a rave with the wig fix. You can head bang like a crazy person for six hours and your wig will not slip. It will not slip. It is like amazingly secure, but beyond all of that, even if that was the case and your wig didn't slip, but it caused a lot of tension on the head or it caused any type of hair loss. You know path like if it brought you to the path towards hair loss like a glue or a tape. I would not promote this because i am such a psychopath about not losing any more hair and helping you guys to not lose any more hair. The coolest thing about this product: besides the fact that it doesn't slip - and it doesn't it really does work - is the fact that it protects and promotes hair growth. Amazing such a huge plus, it's also reusable, durable, undetectable, so you're not gon na see it. Even if you have a lace front, wig on and it's very, very easy to clean, an interesting little fact about this - is that the founder of the wig fix actually invented and patented the first wig related product in 55 years. Yes, girl. I know all of this sounds too good to be true, but i'm gon na tell you that it's not. I have been using this for about two weeks now regularly and it really truly is an incredible product. I'M going to show you guys how to use it. We'Re going to put it to the test, and you will see just for yourself how amazing it actually is anyone that owns a wig, anyone that wears wigs. You know this is one of those staple things that you kind of need to get the best experience out of wearing your actual wig. Let'S do a little demo with a corny voiceover. The first thing you want to do is apply your wig fix just behind your natural hairline, because i have a little color to my skin. I'M very warm and olive, and this wig fix is quite light. I'M going to paint the silicone with a brush and my foundation so that when the lace lays on top of it, the wig fix underneath the lace actually looks like my scalp, it's really really easy to do. I just grab the foundation that i'm using on my skin. I grab a fluffy little brush and i just kind of buff it on. It goes on like really easily and seamlessly the wig that i'm putting on just because i know i will get this question is by uni wigs and it is called perfection. That was like, amazingly easy, and the crazy thing is that it feels really really secure on my head now like it is not going anywhere, but it doesn't feel tight like i'm about to get a headache. It'S like the perfect level of security without being uncomfortably tight. Now, the only thing that i have to tell you is that obviously, this isn't going to secure the edges on the side. So this part here the wig fix, is here. So it's securing the wig here really really well, but in this area, you're gon na still want to lay it flat and you can go ahead and do that with your got to be freezing spray. Now, before i use my got to be spray, i want to do a flip test because i don't want to give the wig fix an advantage by having any type of freezing spray securing the edges. So, let's just do a little flip test and we'll see what happens to the wig see if it shifts at all. Okay, so the back and forth is like totally secure right. We don't have any do we have any? No, we don't have any slippage. So, okay, let's get like a little more intense about it! Okay, what the heck! It'S awesome! No guys! You would never know this! Isn'T my hair! Oh my gosh, i'm like breaking a sweat. This is amazing. Honestly you would wow. That'S crazy! You'D! Never know you would never know it's not my hair, it does not. It is so unbelievably secure. You know who's gon na freak out. I have a bunch of clients that are really into dance, and i have one client in particular: that's a belly dancer and she's. Always needing extensions, she has pretty fine hair and sometimes she uses like half wigs and they just she's always worried about like the flipping and not being able to keep her hair on her head. I need to send this to her. This is, this is literally the answer for that this is wild. That'S that's awesome. Now, if you want to glue down your edges just to make everything really seamless, you can go ahead and do that in a safe way, with the got to be spray. What i like to do is just spray it on my skin press, the lace down into it. Sometimes i wrap a headband on or if i have a little bit of patience, i just hold it there for about 30 seconds to one minute after it dries the lace stays really nice and flush the skin. You can either remove it just by pulling it off very gently, or of course you can take a little bit of makeup remover and a q-tip wiggle your way through it, and it will just come off really seamlessly without doing any harm. You'Ve already done the majority of the work and fixing the wig on with the wig fix. So this is just an additional step to make the lace lay really flush and finally, to clean everything. Up super super super easy. You can use any makeup wipe out there kind of run it through the silicone. It will lift up all of that makeup or you can use some soap and water and it's as good as new again overall, if you couldn't tell, i think this is a pretty bomb product. I think it is very, very, very cool. It basically secures your wig. You don't have to worry about it, slipping or moving at all. Throughout the day you don't have to fuss with messy, glues and tape. You don't have to worry about your hairline receding or losing your edges or going through any of those scary, alopecia things that can happen really often when you're playing with extension and wigs so two thumbs up for me great job re-natural.
