Hi everyone, james mantle here, bringing you yet another video. Oh my god, you guys we are nearing the end of these trixie mattel submitted wigs, oh boy, it's like a subscriber submitted wig only more irritating. If that's, okay, okay, here we go, i'm kidding anyways, it's the pharah wig. This was also a very highly requested wig. Let me pull it out for you, folks, almost fell out of the bag, doesn't even want to get transported samsung. It is costume, theatrical glamour. What'S the name of it, disco doll, wig yeah, that's her and it's it's pharah, that's what it is. It'S lori, foreman, farrah, fawcett kind of vibe or even like tying to neil yeah kind of like that you got ta. Do do that to me one more time here we go. Let'S pull her out this. If i recall the bangs on it were actually the best part, i can't say anything more for the hair quality, but it is what it is. Let'S take a walk down memory lane and reminisce and what i said about this wig. Originally, this one is the pharah faucet esque wig, oh wait, disco doll! Wig is what we're calling this yeah. It'S farrah, fawcett's hair. I when does trixie wear hair like this. I don't recall her ever having like a pharah, faucet hairdo. I know she does like the captain into neil under bull but, like i don't remember, i don't recall a fair faucet correct me if i'm wrong but yeah. This is definitely you know. I could see where they're inspired to say this is trixie mattel, oh by the way, yeah these wigs. I believe, if i'm speaking correctly, correct me if i'm wrong the video she's searching up amazon, wigs of trixie mattel and what you get when you search up the search results for trixie, mattel, wig, so yeah this is, you know the results that they think he's tricksy. Mattel and this one is definitely serving some lori foreman realness, absolutely out of that. That 70s show, i have to say, for a costume wig like the color and like the texture, is all costumey, but the style is actually not half bad like. If i ran a brush through this, and it was nicer fibers, they actually did a pretty good job on the thera. You know they captured the essence anyways next week. Wow. Do you see that girl? She was pretty anyways, i'm going to put this wig on the wick head, we're going to get started with this wig transformation. Okay, it just don't get any easier. Does it? Oh boy here we go! This fara wig also concerns me because it's cut in a very specific style, which means there probably isn't going to be a whole lot to work with up top, but let's see actually looking at it like the way the bangs feather out like that. Let me just play around for a little bit here, just take a little bit of the bang and move it to the center and just brush it down a little bit and then she kind of has linda evans, hair from dynasty that, like terrifying, feather bang, okay, All right, let's actually style it, okay, take it back, take it grab it get. It gather linda all right. Let'S see, i'm gon na take my brush and we're gon na try and make something happen out of this. Let'S just play around with the hair and see what story the hair wants to tell, because that can always go either which way: okay. So so far as far as costume hair goes, it's not the worst. You know knock on wood. I'Ve said that about. You know that cute girl hairs, wigs and then live to tell the tale, but adding a tease to it. Let'S see where it takes us, because you know on this channel i'ma tease some hair. Okay, the cut makes something interesting happen when you start to tease it. I'M seeing a few things and i'm not mad at it. So far it's going in, like you know, a tj hooker kind of direction. A little hella luckier moment also dynasty, also dynasty, heather, locklear and someone. I love melrose place, heather locklear, oh great stuff. Whatever happened to her she's still working someone out there here, you know how the local leaders whereabouts, what's she up to tease out these horrid sides, feathered bangs, okay, she's, getting to like a joe dirk kind of moment right now, that's a popular gal at the trailer Park right now: okay, like this girl, kick your ass and then have a beer with you after you know, she's that kind of gal. I, like her cheese, the bangs a bit more just wait till i show you, okay, i'm gon na leave the feathers there for a second just tease the bangs a bit. Okay turn it around. Take a look at her now once upon a time that was not in my life, it's bonnie tyler, oh my god, bonnie tyler, my lord. I used to perform that song now good times, total eclipse of a heart or um. What'S the other one, she does that. I like now, i need a hero that one's played out. It'S like one of her early hits it's a hard egg, that's a good one! One of those voices were like, should they got the cry in their voice. That really works for, like the notes and like their voice will crack and stuff love that i talk about jackie, deshan and she's, one of those people that had that with her voice, where it sounds almost like crying so for, like ballads or heartbreak songs, it really Works who do we have today that has that in their voice? I can't really think of anyone, like maybe haley reinhardt, not sure she's getting somewhere she's definitely teasing out into something interesting all right. I'M gon na tease the rest of this and i'll be right back. Welcome back, okay, guys, don't hate me, but i teased her out and girl she's already kind of sickening like it's a super like 80s short style right now, like i feel like, i just got to cut some hair from it, and we've got like a hairstyle going Like the way they cut, the wig really worked out in getting good volume up top like longer layers up here made for really really good teas out and the short bangs were once you tease them up, you can really manipulate them to like do anything you want. So like it's not bad, how much was that wig? It could have been that much. I will say, like the hair fiber on this. As far as costume hair goes is not so bad, it's definitely a higher grade. As far as like blonde wigs go, it's one of the better ones so good on you who is this buy? Who is this forum novelties inc from 2009 holy crap? That was a long time ago wow? How long has this wig been sitting around for yeah i'll show you what i'm doing, i'm basically just cutting the tendrils a little shorter, so that when i start to brush it down, it's not all long and gross. I'M cutting at an angle basically enough to mask the teasing somewhat. It'S like it's not going to mask it entirely, but at least make an attempt at it, which is what you want for 80s hair like it wasn't perfect. It was seldomly ever perfect, hair perfectly quaffed hair was only ever on like older ladies younger generation. They love their hair, a little more messy because you know the height of people going to underground clubs and stuff things were still decadent. Okay, let's see where we can go from this: oh yeah she's, looking like a working girl, love it. Okay, let's give some hairspray start playing around with it, just gently brushing over the top. Just to give it. You know a little bit of direction, but not to like smooth it out too much, because we don't want to be too too smooth, like, i said, really: sculpted structured, hair kind of ages. It that's what older women in like their 50s would do still, because you know they're carrying stuff over from the 60s, where having perfectly quaffed hair was really the thing she's giving us a bit of like madonna, like you know, who's that girl madonna, oh yeah, i May be showing my age, but do any of y'all. Remember the old yahoo messenger and like they had madonna emotes, where, like you'd click it and they had one that would just play a loop of who's. That girl and like madonna's, like really crusty like super caked. On makeup, it's like burned into my memory. Oh my gosh! I am emotes that was like the hottest new technology when i was in high school. Oh i'm so old! Now, oh, my god! People don't even use instant messenger anymore, like you tell gen z, about instant messengers, like you mean you couldn't just text, somebody, oh, why am i this old and we're doing 80s, so you kind of want the hair to get a little gross like with the hairspray. Let it get a little crunchy. Why not turn into a helmet move it around? Okay, i see some long bits. That'S what i'm doing my fingers to pull them out and cut. It is so madonna right now i love it uh lord! Here we are look at what we've come to on this channel and yeah like as far as it goes like the pharah style, the bang on it wasn't bad, it's just oh, so heinous, the back of this wig and when you teased it out like it did Not it kind of it's kind of sickening like i would wear this wig. This is essentially the kind of hair that tina turner. Wig was trying to achieve. This is like 90s tina, where it's like the same kind of style only cut a little shorter okay. Now, what we're going to do here isn't very, very important. Take my comb brush some back from the nape just to make sure it covers the back of your hair. Okay, we're going to layer it a little bit just like that. Just make sure it has a nice little back piece there that little afterthought that matters: okay, she's, looking pretty cute just play around with the bangs a bit: okay girl! Yes, all right! That is the wig. I think i'm going to try her on and do some finishing touches and we'll be right back with the final result. Welcome back this is the final result. Oh my god. This actually came out way better than i thought it would holy crap. I kind of blew myself away with this like who would have thought like look. Look at fair is over there, but like look at this. This is how she originally looked. It was farah full on thera, lori foreman, and she turned into this like okay, all right like this is actually a where i would wear this hair like this is cute. I mean she's serving a bit old school, but again like some of these old school like hairstyles, they never go out of style. Like taylor, swift said, oh, my god. Oh i love it. She'S crusty and she's a little hard, but you know what she gon na last a long time. That'S for damn sure, especially if she's from 2009 good lord either way this week is fabulous. But you know what else is fabulous: a wig from jay's mansion beauty. I don't have any on display today, so just pretend she is this wig, oh right, the black wig i was wearing earlier was the midnight rock star from james mansfield beauty a mullet hard front. That'S for the girl on the go instant glamour now. This was so much fun to do. I had to say, like i blew myself away with this, like that. Wig was ugly and it actually turned into something super freaking cute that i actually will wear so thanks trixie. This actually worked out really nicely.
