Style With Me! | V-Part Wig Ft. Wiggins Hair

Hey loves: welcome back to my channel welcome if this is your first time here, my name is day and if you like, these types of videos go ahead and subscribe and join the lovely family and for those of you who have been here. Thank you guys. So much for coming back to see me once again, so in today's video I'm coming to you with a hair video. Finally, I want to show you guys my hair before we get started, so this is how we are starting off, so I did um. What was that two strand twists on my hair, maybe like a week ago, possibly um, and it's getting to that point where the two strand twists are kind of like you know what I mean um, but again, I'm not trying to like continue to style. My locks over and over and over again, that is a big thing in this journey. For me, right now is to kind of just let my hair be leave it alone. I do have a couple more days before it starts to look like really kind of meh. Um, but also I need my undercut cut, so I can't put my hair in a ponytail, so we are going to protective style. So that's what we're doing today, um before we get started. I do want to say this. Video is in collaboration with Wiggins hair. So I'm going to show you everything that they sent me. This is the packaging it came with. I have everything linked down below, but um yeah super convenient packaging. I'M gon na open it up, so you guys can get like a realistic expectation of what to expect. So this is the hair. I got a um straight type of wig this time, because I do curly a lot dude curly curly curly, so I'm trying to like mix it up for my girls since you guys like different stuff, but it comes with this Edge brush. It came with a pair of lashes, which is really cute, um, the Ben, the wig van and a cat, so let's get into it girl um. So this is a V part wig and I'm gon na see how we can make this work. I don't know if I want to do. I think I'm gon na do a middle part for sure um. I'M gon na do a middle part. So a lot of people who do wigs and are just used to this lifestyle. They don't go without wearing a cap. Most of the time from what I've seen, the reason why sometimes I don't wear a cap is because it's really hard to blend with locks. You know what I mean so um. Sometimes it doesn't sit correctly on the hair. So if I could avoid using a cap, I I most likely will um, but I'm gon na see if I can put the cap on just the back of my hair and let that be the thing um also. I know some people ask about um me braiding the locks down. I don't break my locks down and I will tell you why when you have locks, I feel like it's different than when you have Loose Hair um when you have loose hair and you braid the hair down like it makes the hair flatter. You know what I mean for some reason, though, when you have locks, and you, if you know you know when you braid them, it makes the hair bulkier like your blood, your lock cornrows. If you ever try to pour your Locs, your braids are so thick, and I don't know why. So for me just pushing it up like this and pushing it down. Um helps it lay a lot flatter than if I were to try to Corn roller braid. My Locs up that works really well, if you have starter box, but when you have like mature locks, my locks are bulky um, so I'm gon na try to put the wig cap on the back and just put it right here, because I need this part to Be like open because it's a V part, so I need um this part to be like yeah, and I also chose this type of hair because it is supposed to be like a kinky straight instead of like a bone straight because, let's be honest, okay, it was Never gon na be both straight for me, so this is the hair it gives like a oh, it's really like pretty and lightweight. You guys see that, like it's really like okay, this is nice. You can do a lot with it um, but I am going to go ahead and cut the front part because it is like attached and then pretty much what you do. Is you see the clips that are like in the hair you kind of clip around the perimeter of your hair and you clip um the front two pieces as best as you can along the part of your hair? And it is more difficult when you have Locs, but it's doable um and I feel like the the more kinky the wig is or curly the easier it is to blend, because there's no way that you're going to be able to get your hair straight. If you have locks um, because you don't have straight Roots, so let's go ahead and just get into it, and I will show you guys at the end, but again I'm gon na start by putting it on, I clipped the sides. I clip the bag. The last thing I do is this part in the middle, because it is the most complex um. So let me go ahead and show you guys, foreign foreign guys, so this is what we are looking like. It reminds me of you know how girls look like super curly hair like it'll blowout. That'S what it reminds me of um in terms of like the color. I think the color does really well. I'M not gon na alter the hair for the sake of the video um, but I'm pretty sure you could do literally whatever you wanted with the hair um. This is a type of hair that I will probably definitely style, like I probably most likely wouldn't um. Just wear down for my style, I would probably put it up, put it in a side name whatever whatever, but I like how realistic it is in terms of it's not like super super straight Sleek, because that's just not how my hair is my natural hair was A girl really long and I was a little drying. It would be closer to this texture. So yeah, that's what I like about it. Um in terms of the install the parts are a challenge for me only when it gets to the part again, because I have locks, you have to really make sure your locks are separated and try to get like them. As flat as possible, because again with bulky hair, it is hard to get hair over top of it. But in terms of like what you needed to do, all you really have to do is get it on and adjust the wig clip the Clips in and that's it um, you guys didn't see me use any like lace, glue. Nothing crazy, like that. It'S just really getting the position of the wig on clipping it down and making it look how you want it to look. It'S not bad. I will probably um like tie it down and what's a V part, I always like to distress where the part is just so that it looks more realistic, um but yeah. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. The hair itself feels really nice and is really soft.
