How I Style My Wig (Half Up Half Down Method)

Hey guys, what's up it's rotation, michelle in today's video, i am going to be showing you guys how i put on my wig, the up um, the up down method that i do that i had on when i showcased my wig and i talked about it. So that's what i will be doing for you guys today. So some of the things you will need is a comb, a powder brush, whatever you use to lay your baby hairs down, use a toothbrush, don't judge me and some eco styler gel - and i keep a tube of this, because i have two heads that i have To gel down every day and of course, some hair ties to tighten your hair up in whatever wig you'll be using get into the process, so my process is really really simple. You guys, i don't try to like, make it perfect or anything. So i basically just do a little part here. I do a little part here and then part how much leave out i want, and i don't want a lot of leave out just enough to cover the um, the wig, where it starts so so so so so so it's gon na be one big braid. Don'T judge me, i'm lazy and when it comes to curly hair, it really doesn't have to be flat because you're not gon na, be able to tell so uh. And then i didn't i'm just going to place the wig cap right on my head and get that secure or what not and get ready to place. My ring on easy peasy. So i am taking my wig, and this is the um wig that i just did a review on on my channel. So if you guys want to see that make sure you go check out that video and i will link it down below and it is the lost fabian wig by vanessa, so you definitely want to check that video out - and here i am about to look like A lion looking like a lion, you know i am going to go ahead and style, my hair and i will be doing the half up, half down method - and you see me here, just sectioning off the wig um from taking sections of the wig and putting it Into my top bun to blend in with my natural hair - and it is a little tangle, but you just got ta work with it and get it to, however full or whatever you like personally and i'm just separating the two pieces. So i can prepare for my ponytail now i'm just putting some eco styler gel onto my edges, so we can lay those down and i'm going to take a powder brush to smooth them out and everything. So once i get the ponytail to my liking, i'm going to go ahead and pin it up and tie it up and that's pretty much all you do to blend your wig and your natural hair to do the up down method. Of course, you want to lay your baby hairs and get the ponytail to your liking and as smooth as you may, like it and, of course style it. If you're going to leave it out or put it in a bun and that's pretty much all. I do literally to get my half of half down hairstyle that so many people have complimented me, or i just thought that i would come and make a video and show you guys how i do it just in case you wanted to attempt it. It'S definitely nothing that is hard and something that is very easy and doable.
