Hey everyone. Thank you so much for being here today. My name is Denise, I'm also known as hey wig sister on Instagram and Facebook. Today, I'm here to bring you a follow-up review of a wig that I reviewed a few months ago. This is Envy Zoe in the color medium brown Zoe is a an Envy Hair blend wig, which means that it's 70 heat friendly synthetic 30 human hair. This is a very expensive wig. It'S a fully hand-tied cap and the fibers are incredible. I promised you guys an update. I said that I would wear it a lot and bring you an update because it is so expensive. I wanted to give you guys the lowdown on whether or not it is worth the investment. If you want to know my thoughts on Zoe, I have warned Zoe a ton stick around. I can't wait to tell you. First of all, I want to say thank you to those of you who have reached out to me over the past few months. While I was going through a very traumatic time with my dad, he passed away on December 14th after a three-week battle with pneumonia in the hospital, and it's been a rough journey, and I just am so grateful to those of you who have prayed for me. Prayed for my family prayed for my dad, while we were hoping that he would recover and have continued to keep us in prayer as we are navigating this world now without him, I'm so grateful. I have not made a video in gosh at least four weeks. It'S been a long time, it's the longest that I've taken a break from making videos since I started making them four years ago and it's kind of hard to get back into it. I will be honest, and so I thought the first video after all of this would be this update for you guys of Zoe, because it is such a great wig, and I just want to share The Wonder of these fibers in case you've been looking at these Envy Hair fibers or Zoe in particular, but before I talked about that, I really wanted to to send my gratitude. My thanks from the bottom of my heart and from my family. I have felt your prayers and it's just meant the world to me now. It may take me a little while to get back into the Cadence that I was in prior to my dad passing away. But I have so many wigs to review for you guys and so many tip Tuesdays that I want to do, and I'd really love to bring a lot more value to you in 2023. So I hope that you'll stick round. As I start to kind of get back into the swing of things and if you're new to my channel, I am dedicated and committed to helping my wig sisters, my hair loss sisters on their journey and I'm so glad that you found me and I hope, you'll Stick around because I do a lot of educating and a lot of support all right guys. Let'S talk about Zoe, I will link my original review of this piece in the description so that you can go watch that if you did not see it, I'm not going to review fully this piece. I'M not going to get into all the Nitty Gritty details, because I did that in that video I actually compared two colors as a matter of fact, so you'll be able to see this piece in two colors if you want to go check it out now, like I said in the beginning, put my remote down: Zoe is an Envy Hair blend, so we have 70 heat friendly, synthetic 30 human hair, and, like many of you, I wondered what the value was in spending the extra money to get a blend, as opposed to. Maybe just buying a human hair wig or just buying a synthetic wig, and now I can speak about the piece on my head. I can speak about this style, but I do want to bring you some updates on a wavy piece that is in the Envy. Hair blend as well so keep your eye out for an update on Emma, which I also own, and so sometimes what I find is wavy and curly pieces are different than straight pieces, and so just because this particular piece has worn amazing and it really has. I am giving this my highest recommendation. It may not necessarily be true of a wavy or a curly piece. I also have Envy Jordan, which is a super curly short wig, and I will bring you an update on that one as well. So please keep in mind that my review and my recommendation of these fibers is true for this straight piece. You'Ll have to stay tuned for my update on the others, which so far are doing well, but I really need to analyze how they may be different than a straight piece. I really needed to give you that disclaimer all right. I have worn Zoe at least 20 times I kind of lost track of how many times I have worn Zoe after everything with my dad, I can confidently tell you I've worn her 20 times. I think I've probably worn her 30 times, but I really lost track, and so I don't want to give you a definitive number over 20.. I have washed her once and I washed her the first time after about 15 wears. She really needed to wash that water was filthy, but she was just wearing so well. I I just didn't want to wash her, and so I did wait quite a long time and I washed her just like I wash my synthetic wigs, I used Estetica shampoo and conditioner it's one of my favorite uh shampoos and conditioners for synthetic wigs. If you haven't seen my must-have products, video, where I show you a bunch of products that I feel are must-have for Wig wearers, I will link that in the description as well so treated this more like a synthetic wig rather than a human hair wig, and I Washed it with those aesthetic cap products, I really don't put any product in this one. I don't put any conditioners any sprays of any sort. I just wear it and it has worn amazing the fibers feel just like they did brand new. They are so soft and so silky the ends are not getting frayed or frizzy. I'M not really sure. If I can give you guys a good look at that, but they are not getting frayed or frizzy at all, like a heat friendly can do, and this rubs up on my clothing a little bit. You can see it's about shoulder length on me and it does rub up on my clothing a little bit and I play with it a ton when I wear it because it feels so good. I actually read my hands through it a lot. I tuck it a lot, and so I touch it quite frequently, and it is holding up so incredibly well. Here are some of the benefits that I've noticed compared to human hair. Wigs, even so, this one does not have a ton of flyaways one of the things that happens a lot with regular synthetic or even heat friendly is you can get a lot of flyaways in the straight Styles. I have not noticed that with this one. Another thing that I think is a real benefit, is it stays very Sleek very smooth and straight and human hair, wigs, depending on the type of hair used, can often get a little frizzy and need you know just like if you have, if your bio hair needs Product to keep it nice and smooth and straight or you need to take a straightener to it, maybe it dries a little frizzy. I know quite a few of the human hair wigs that I own dry a little frizzy and you need to do some heat styling to them in order to smooth them out. I have not noticed that with this one at all. It really does seem to me to be the Best of Both Worlds, synthetic and human hair. This piece that I have does not tangle at all, not even a little bit. I can wear this all day and I run my fingers through. I get no Tangles. I run my brush through I get no Tangles now I I did hear from a wig sister who owns this piece and she said hers Tangles, just a little bit, nothing extreme. All I can tell you is mine, does not tangle at all zero. It'S crazy incredible and I don't put product in this. I don't um, you know some people will spray like detangle type, spray or they'll put. You know: uh synthetic wig, safe, leave-in, conditioner or sprays, and I'm just not a fan of putting a lot of product. In my wigs, I just think it makes them dirty faster and it kind of weighs down the fibers. I have not done any of that to this, and it still has stayed beautiful. It is super comfortable. It wears great. This has a fully hand-tied cap which, if you'll go, watch my original review. I show you the cap and I talk about that which makes this so incredibly flat to the Head very natural. Looking you don't have to worry about seeing cap. I have actually worn this one in a ponytail. I have um worn it in like a low Pony. I'M not sure if I can kind of quickly show that to you, I don't. I didn't actually bring a ponytail holder with me, but basically I pull it all back and then I just pulled a little bit of hair because right now you can kind of see that line. I just put a little bit here of hair forward, maybe a little bit of my bio hair out, but I put it in a low Pony and it wears so great that way and because it's fully a fully hand-tied cap, you don't have to worry about hiding. Wefting or seeing wefting one thing I do with this one that you may or may not want to do is when I'm not wearing this one. I hang it upside down. Now I do that with all of my synthetic wigs, I don't notice that that gives them a lot more volume than if I don't hang them upside down, but it does. If I do that with human hair. So I tend not to do that with my human hair, wigs because it can give them too much volume and look a little odd. What I've noticed with this one is: when I hang it upside down, it actually gives it some volume, not an extreme amount of volume. But if you like a little bit of lift in your wigs - and you sometimes find straight wigs to be a little bit too flat, especially if they don't have any permatease and this one doesn't hang it up. If you get this one and you want a little volume, hang it upside down, it will give you some volume. It'S totally done that with me, you can kind of see, there's just a little bit of volume here. It'S because I hang this one upside down. When I don't, when I'm not wearing it, if you don't want that kind of volume, don't hang it upside down, it will maintain a fairly flat profile, something else that you can do with this one is you can heat style it? I have not done that. Maybe someday I will, but I'm just loving this straight. I don't really want to mess with that. But, let's just say, you're looking for a piece that you can maybe get a couple to Interchange because you you don't want anybody to know that you wear wigs. So you don't want to deal with differences between maybe Styles or colors. You could get a second one curl that one wear this one straight and now you have a couple of wigs. You can alternate and nobody's going to be the wiser, because this has 70 percent heat friendly synthetic. If you style this wig, it will maintain that style even after you wash it. I kind of don't know how that works, but that is how these Blends work. So you could style it once and then it's going to maintain that style for you. I love everything about this wig. There is nothing that I wish were different. It is, it's got the best lace front. It is so comfortable. It fits me incredibly well. I always wear a wig grip with this one. Lately I've been wearing a wig grip. I used to never wear wig grips. If I wanted to make sure my wig was Secure, I would adhere it in the front with its days, and I do have a video where I talk about that, but my hair, I've grown my hair out and it's just a mess underneath my wig. It'S always in the way, so I wear a wig grip to keep my hair up and out of the way, and I have a video showing how to do that as well. I'Ll link all of these things in the description for you, and so I wear a wig grip with this and it stays perfectly it's super comfortable. I never adhere this one. It doesn't go anywhere. I just love this wig so much. It is a fantastic, fantastic wig. It is going and going and going, I know, 20 to 30 times is not a lot of wear, and but I will tell you that if I wore a synthetic or especially a heat friendly synthetic that many times it would start to show somewhere, it would still Be definitely be wearable still, look really really good. If it were heat friendly, I would definitely have had to take heat to it multiple times by now to keep these ends from frizzing and fraying. All I can tell you is, I haven't had to do that at all, so if you have been looking at a straight bob, oh, this is more like a lob, it's a little longer than a typical Bob. If you cringe at the price of this one, it's very expensive. I just want you to know it is so far completely worth the price. I honestly, I actually like this better than some of my fully human hair, wigs because it's so nice, it's Sleek, it's smooth! It'S straight, it doesn't get frizzy, it doesn't need to be styled at all. It'S just really kind of, like I said earlier, The Best of Both Worlds. Please, let me know if you have any questions. Um, like I said you can go, watch my full review. This was just an update to tell you how it's been wearing. I do recommend this very very highly, but if you have any specific questions that maybe I didn't touch on in this video, let me know what they are. If it's related to anything, that's in my original review. I would encourage you to go watch that first, but if it's a rare question please don't hesitate to ask. I know this is a really big purchase. I don't want people to waste their money and I'm always happy to help. I my goal in all of my videos is just to give you good information and educate you, I'm never ever trying to sell you something I just want you to be informed. So I'm happy to answer questions thanks for watching. I hope you'll watch some of my past videos as I work to get caught up in my own personal life and get some more videos out for you guys. I love you, though, and I'm so grateful for this community I'll talk to you soon.

dellsbells100: How many hours would you consider a "wear"? Also, my condolences for your loss.❤

#Tonya’s Wig World: Great review Denise! I love that you have a follow up! Very informative ❤

Godsgurl 22: This piece is Highly believable Denise!! Both in fiber blend and the color Absolutely NO need to purchase a 100% human hair wig. Thank you for taking the time to bring this review to us, especially during your time of mourning the loss of your father❤ Blessings from our Good Good Father and our loving Lord Jesus Christ who mourns with us and heals our hearts. ✝️✝️✝️✝️

Victoria Lambertson: Hugs to you for a incredible new year. So sorry for the loss of your Dad. ❤️

Enza Lomba: So sorry for your loss Denise! A big hug with all my heart ❤

Danielle M: So sorry for your loss. Thanks for this review! I had no idea they would combine human hair with synthetic. Sounds like a great option.

Granny Strazz: So glad I found you recently. Sorry to hear about your dad. Your information is so helpful. Just bought my first synthetic wig. So much to learn. How much does it cost?

Denise Woodin: My thoughts have been with you Denise, having my dad pass away 4 months ago, I can understand the challengs of the loss of a loved parent. On the topic of tmy envy hair wig, mine is Chelsea and when first wearing it found it tangled quite a bit. However I felt it was 'so much hair' that I took it to my stylist to have it trimmed and thinned. Since then ... amazing, no tangles☺. My only other issue with the wig is that it's 'medium gray' and the cap is an odd apricot colour which has shown through the hair at the ear tabs. Such a pity in a lovely hand tied cap. Ended up taking a gray copic marker to it which has helped camouflage the issue. Anyhow like you I'm now a fan of the synthetic human hair mix. Blessings to you xx

Clara: Lovely to see you again Denise I've been thinking of you I too have lost both my parents. Thanks for this update I've been curious because I like human hair ❤️

J F1: I completely forgot about you dad's passing. I am so sorry. My dad passed in suddenly in July and the holidays were just awful with out him. Thank you for the update. I went ahead and purchased Emma but have been considering canceling the order. I like jon renau synthetic and can get 2-3 months daily 14 hr day wears but in certain lights I don't care if its brown or blonde the colors can seem very green tinged. I don't have the issue with belletress or RW but the maintenance is too much when you have lupus and work 12 hour shifts. After seeing this I am very hopeful maybe there is a good option for me after all

Beth E: Oh Denise, I just lost my own dad to RSV pneumonia. It was heartbreaking and so quick. I hope you dad had a long and terrific life. He certainly created a wonderful daughter so I'm sure he was a special guy. You and I don't have much in common but I can tell you are a very genuine person. I really respect that. I hope you are comforted by love from family and friends. May his memory be a blessing.

Patty Carosi: Nice to see you again Denise. I lost my father December of 2020 it still is so painful. The Holiday's are just not the same. Your reviews are so helpful. I need a good heated curling brush going to look on your list of item's. I did get the Estetica shampoo you recommended and like it much better. A loss of are parent's is very hard no matter a long or short illness. Take your time. I will keep you in my prayer's.

Mary: So glad to see you back. You rock my world girl.

T2the_heyy: Excellent informative update, Denise, thank you for that. May I ask if you just let the wig air dry after washing with the Estetica range (my favourite btw) and then combed her as usual? Glad to see you back, chick, hope you're doing ok. x

Jennifer Akin: so very sorry for your loss. God bless you and your family. sending love, and hugs your way. i just got my first order of PY wigs today. Love them!!!! thank you for your inspiration and encouragement. chemo makes hair loss even more traumatizing when fighting leukemia

Michele Smith: So sorry for your loss. Prayers to you and your family

Gloria Johnson: I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. The loss of my dad at the age of 24(me) so totally rocked my world. I’m now 65 and can still feel it. Thinking so much about you

Lisa Whiteman: So sorry for your loss... Thank you for all you do for us... You just worry about taking care of you right now and can you get back into things as you feel better. I'm sure everyone can understand what you're going through. God bless you and your family

Aprea Media - Boston Photography: I'm so very sorry for your loss, it's especially hard around the holidays. Thinking of you and your family.

Dazey Knows: The wig is terrific but you look good in all of them

J Newman: Denise , I’m sorry to hear about father. It’s been so long since I’ve had a chance to reach out to you. I’m going to email you about my journey this past few months. I’ve been in a world , you praying and dealing with my very sick son. We almost lost him. He had surgery and was in CCICU to help him regain the strength to his lungs. In short, he strangely contracted MRSA I’m his lungs and to save him was going in up clean it up. God is still healing him. I’ll try to email you soon. I love this wig. But I’m sure that price point isn’t doable. 4 years. Wow. And I remember when you first began. Blessings have been bountiful. Ty for sharing. Big hugs.

Solis: Hi Denise. I am truly sorry for the loss of your father. My heart goes out to u and your family. I don't know you personally, but I know the pain of losing a parent. God be with u. And thank you for the great review as always.

Dazey Knows: Sorry to hear about your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

Lonnie C: So saddened by your loss. It’s nice to see you again.

Libby Adler: First of all, once again my sincere condolences on the loss of your father. And welcome back. I wanted to know the color of this piece, and do you see differences in how the color is expressed in the Envy hair vs. straight synthetic? You mentionned usinf minimal products. What about brushing, combing or styling? Also you wisely discussed possible differwnces in how the curlier wigs will wear. I am really interested in that. I know Envy says these will be good for two years. I find it hard to believe but maybe.

Michelle Diekman: I've been thinking about you alot. All my Love and Hugs, So Good to see you. You look Beautiful as always ❤️❤️❤️

Debra Burgos: Sending my condolences to you and your family❤

Nancy Taylor: Hi Denise, I’m a new subscriber. I’ve been watching your vids for quite a while. Thought I needed Gmail to subscribe but recently learned I could use my current account…yay! Over Christmas I thought you were taking a break then I saw the Short about your Dad. I’m so truly sorry for your loss. That can be devastating. Losing my mom was one of the hardest things I’ve gone thru. Thank you so much for the time & effort you put into making such in-depth videos to make our wig journey easier. Your content is invaluable!!! I have one Envy hair wig but it’s shorter than Zoey. For the New Year I wish you & your family Many Blessings!!!

Suzy Woozy: So sorry for your loss, my condolences to you and your family.

Gina D: So, so sorry for your loss Denise .

Cheryl J: So sorry Denise, for the loss of your father.

Donna Moss: I've missed you. Glad your back.

Ellen Jo: We missed you. ❤️

Sensationally Yours: There is no loss as devastating as the death of your parents. They are your guides, your teachers, your safe-havens. I am so very sorry for your loss! I have often wondered about ENVY WIGS' fibers. I do want to ask you to help me find a plastic hot air brush g or regular synthetics. During the holidays, I couldn't seem to find a single one! Thanks, Denise.
