Today'S video is going to be a tutorial on this wig that was sent to me from her given hair i'll have all of their information the promo codes and direct links down below in the description box. So this wig is in the style, spice up your life. The texture is curly, which mimics a 3b to 3c curl pattern. It is a 13x6 lace front, wig, 16 inches. The color is golden ombre. This is a beautiful balayage, hair color and i think that her giving hair did a perfect job with the color job. I think this will complement light to deep skin tones and it's really really really beautiful. The wig features a pre-plucked, hairline and pre-bleached knots, swiss, transparent lace, three combs in an adjustable strap as well as an adjustable elastic band. The hairline does come pre-plucked for us, but i am going to go ahead and pluck a little bit more of the hairs from the hairline to thin out that density, so that it can be a little bit more natural. Looking to do that i'll be doing the beige method of zigzag, plucking and parting. This step is not required and it's not necessary if you are a beginner, you can skip over this completely. So i am fully satisfied with the hairline now it's time to move on to tinting the lace, because this is transparent, swiss lace. It will be too light for my complexion and i have to darken it by customizing it with two different lace: tints, the first lace. Tint that you see me spraying is the color of my foundation and that is labeled skin. The second lace tint that you see me spraying is lighter than my foundation color in the color of my scalp. I have that labeled scalp. I did create these two lace. Tints by myself - and you can do them by yourself as well - i do have a tutorial on that posted somewhere on my channel, but after doing two layers of the lace tint, i am going to blow dry in between each layer. Okay, so now it's time to define the curls. The first thing that i'm going to do is grab a section of hair. I'M going to fully detangle it with my detangling comb. Then i'm going to grab a spray bottle of water, i'm going to fully saturate the section with water next i'll be grabbing a curl, defining gel, applying that to the hair and then grabbing my denman curl, defining brush from the bottoms to the top i'll be taking. My time to fully get these curls to pop, i do also want to show you the back of the wig. It does have lace and knots back there, so you are able to glue tape or gel it down to your head in the back, and that will be perfect for your high ponytails, your high buns, your low ponytails or your low buns. Now that the curls are fully defined, i'm going to allow it to air dry overnight, okay, so it's the next morning and it's time to install this wig. The first thing that i'm going to grab is 99 alcohol. I'M going to clean my forehead off with that alcohol, where the wig will be placed. The next thing that i'm going to grab is scalp protector by walker tape. I'M going to apply that to my scalp, i'm doing two layers of that and i'm going to allow it to dry grabbing the wig, i'm going to place it on my head, making sure that all of the combs are lined up grabbing a pair of scissors. I am going to make two slices on the extra lace and that is going to create three different sections grabbing got to be ultra glued gel. I am going to move the wig backwards and then apply a thin layer of gel to my hairline in the middle section, i'm working in sections, because this is easier to control and you do have precision as far as where you want that lace to go and How the final result will come out after that i'll be grabbing my blow dryer and for about 10 seconds, i'm blow drying the gel and that's basically allowing it to get tacky at this point. You can apply a second thin layer or you can leave it as is and then place the lace over it. I'M grabbing the lace and placing it over the gel and then i'm using the back of a comb to press that lace into the gel. I'M going to follow those steps for the left and right sides of my head and then i'll put a head scarf on and for about 30 minutes i'll, allow it to set so 30 minutes later. Removing my head scarf it's time to cut this extra lace off. I'M grabbing a pair of scissors, making a slice down the center and i will be taking my time and cutting away that extra lace. Okay, after fully transforming i'm going to remove my head scarf and the wig is now fully set on my head grabbing a pick. I'M just going to pick the roots just to give it more elevation and body and movement. I'M going to take my time doing that and then i'm going to show you guys how beautiful this curl pattern is, how beautiful this color job is, and i did play around with two different hairstyles, so you're going to see if you keep watching that, i did. Do two space buns? You can also do like a half up. Half down hairstyle. You can do a high bun. You could do a low bun, a low ponytail. You could do all of that and i did end up brushing it out to make it look like a blowout type of hairstyle and when i did that i did a side part which was super super super cute as always.
