Some materials that I used were an expensive beauty, supply store, hair away cap 30-second here, glue, stretchy, headband things and wig homes. So I started off with a flat base. I just braided my hair straight back and then put the shower cap on top of my hair to protect it from the hair goal. I then put the wig cap on top of the shower cap and now I'm ready to take the head out of the package and measure and cut the weft to fit onto the cap and which I do that I'm ready to apply the glue to the weft And place the hair onto the cap, remember to press firmly and don't release until it is pretty much stuck to the cap again measure and cut the left going from ear to ear and then glue and press firmly apply enough glue so that it has enough tact And will last longer and also press firmly to hold the webs in place because remember the glue is wet, so you don't want the weft to slip and slide all over the cap. So now that you get the gist, these steps will be repeated until you have completed the wig, so I finally made it to the top, and this is the last one I will glue on to the cap - I'm just showing you how small my new part is Going to be, I don't like a lot of hair out, I am natural, so it does tend to frizz up so the less hair, the better have fun is just to ensure that the top of your wig is flat and we're all done so now we can Take off the wig and remove the shower cap. Now we can begin to cut out the you in the wig. As you can see, I have a little bit of overlay, so I decided to cut off a piece of that left and now I'm cutting the you in the wig off-camera I decided to sew on the wig combs and the stretchy headband thing. I put two wig homes at the top of the you park and the stretchy headband things at the bottom. I used one and I cut it in half you can choose to attach the wig homes or, however, you need in a wig in your own way. This is just how I did it, and now I'm showing you the base for my wig, I just braided my hair in big chunky, braids, put a hair tie at the end and push it up, apply the weight on top and I'm flipping it on now. I'M preparing to cut my hair into the blunt cut, so what I'm doing now is pushing my real hair to the front so that I won't cut it by mistake. So grab a ponytail holder and push your hair back into a little ponytail. And now I'm going to begin to cut just to get that initial bluntness place the ponytail holder, where you want the length of your blonde card to be that's, why I chose to place mine, remember, leave enough room so that you're able to cut it and even Out your cut disclaimer, I'm not a professional hair stylist, it's my first time actually cutting hair. So I'm just going with the flow, don't be discouraged, you can do it. It'S really not a hard cut. The techniques that I'm using are not professional. I'M just doing what I know and will be easy for me. So what I'm about to use now is like a shaver from the beauty supply store with about a dollar and I'm using that to take away some of the choppiness so that I'm able to see where I should cut. So what I'm about to do now is give my hair a little bump. It'Ll help me envision what the wig is looking like so far, and help me see if I need to make any additional tweaks or judgments to the way the hair that I'm using is called premium. It was about ten to fourteen dollars at the beauty supply store. I got the links and ten twelve and twelve. However, I only used two packages of hair. Also, it says on the package that this hair can hold up to about 400 degrees in heat. So I figured this would be perfect for me to use for such a straight salad and won't get too stiff too easily. And finally, I'm just taking my real hair and straining my leave out so that it matches the rest of the wig. I'M going to apply just a bit of serum and we're all done.
