How To: Slay A Wig For Beginners! (Myfirstwig.Com Wig Tutorial/Review)

This is a wig like. I cannot believe this is a wig. Oh, this looks like my real hair, like I am literally in shock, like, though in love with it but stay tuned, you guys I'm going to show you how I got this wig nice and natural in here is so soft. Wait! Welcome back you guys so today, I'm going to actually do a different kind of video. Today, I'm doing a tutorial on a wig, and this week is from my first Wacom. The name of this beautiful wig is called Victoria. The texture is so key is 18 inches long. The hair color is about a 1b as a natural hair color, the cap size is a size one. The cap construction is a glueless lace cap and it is a medium brown lace color. This wig has a total of three clips on it. There are two in the front and one in the back. I ended up sewing on my own elastic damn, but you can use the elastic band that comes on the wig. This is the box that it came in and inside the box that came with to wear caps a pick, and this elastic band actually brought myself from warmer and your also need scissors. But the wig also came with this order. Information tag which I'll have listed in description box below ok, so what we're going to do is take our scissors and cut right along this hair line by removing that lace, I like to remove the lace, because I think more realistic hair line just looks better. So I take that lace off and we're cutting the lace, make sure you're not cutting too much strands of hair off and there's also lace in the back of the wig. So make sure you knit that off as well, and I'm just trying to get all these extra miscellaneous hairs out that I may have cut. While I was cutting the lace off, and this is a middle part wig, but I can make it any part. I want to, but I'm gon na do a middle part, and this is my leave out that I have that's braided in the front and I just have braids going straight back into one big braid, no biggie. What I'm going to do is take this big, braid and pin it up, and this is what the inside of the wig looks like alright. So now it's time to throw this baby on that one clip that was in a back, I'm basically going to stick her right underneath that big braid and started just in my wig to my right into my comfort and I'm gon na take the front of the Wig and try to align the part of the wig to my natural part, and these clips also came out a little too far and it's not as tight as I like it in the front. So I'm just gon na push it back a little. Take a bobby, pin and secure it just like that and also go ahead and do it on the other side, and there we go. That is perfect. Alright, you guys now it's time for the fun part. Now I'm just gon na take my concealer and my concealer brush and go down the middle of this part and making it all one color. That way it looks like this is a real part, with real hair growing out of a real scalp. You just want to give an illusion. You guys so now I'm going to take this eyebrow Jill, it's like an eyebrow, gel, mascara brush and just any mistakes I made where I got concealer in the hair, I'm just gon na erase them out. Basically, you can also use an eye shadow for this as well, and you could just tell how happy I am already with these results and I'm not even finish it alright. So now I'm moving on to my leave out your leave. I was actually like the most crucial part to the step: try to get your leave out to blend as good as you can with your hair, or else you can make or break this whole hairstyle. So what I'm gon na do is get some water, and this is just nothing but water in this bottle and spray them. I leave on also add a curl defining cream. You can use any curl defining cream of your choice or conditioner, just something kind of hold. Your curls and as I start combing this out it blended very well, but I knew once my real hair dry. It wouldn't look the same, but I don't know I just went ahead and did the other side and something still was a sitting right with me. So I decided to add some layers sitting here, because it's curly, hair and curly hair should be big, no voluminous. So I went ahead and got my scissors and added some layers to the front of the hair. Oh, my god, you guys so basically, I just went and wet one side of the hair. Just out of curiosity to see what it'll look like and I fell in love. Do you see the difference and you can also see the true length now I really love it. Now. I'M gon na go ahead and lay my edges with this edge control by olive oil, and, if you guys haven't seen my video on how I lay my baby hair is make sure you go watch that and I'll put the link for it in the description box Below and next I want to go ahead and style, my hair as if it was my hair. So what I took was a little bit of curl defining cream and, like I said before, you can use any card to find a cream or conditioner just something to hold the curls. And I want to take a piece of the wig or a piece of the wig, a piece of the hair from the wig and a little bit of my hair and merge it together and do one finger coil. That way, it looks blended and it looks like one look: how good that look on my gown, so yeah and the part just looks so realistic too, like this hair host curls, so good. I am really in love with this whole wig, it's so beautiful, but thank you so much for watching you guys. I am just in love. This hair just looks so good. This looks so good Wow.
