How I Dyed My Curly Hair Without Bleach & Kept The Same Texture! | Eayon Hair | The Tastemaker

Hey what's up, everyone is a tastemaker and welcome back to my youtube channel today, I'm gon na be showing you guys how to dye your curly units without using any bleach, or anything like that. So today, I'm gon na be showing you guys how to get this to oranjee Brown kind of Bob. I don't really know what color this is honestly, but it's absolutely gorgeous. I think it looks really good like on my skin tone and it's something that's great for all skin types. Today'S video is sponsored by Eon here. I want to go ahead and show you everything that we have here and everything it is that you're going to need for today's tutorial. So of course, you're gon na need a wig. This wig is from Eon wigs. I work with Eon a lot in the past and I definitely recommend their hair. I'Ve never had any issues with any of their hair, highly recommend them. So this is the wig that I received. It is a shorter wig. This is the hair line. I just want to show you guys a good gist of what the wig is looking like before I do anything to it. Here'S the inside construction of the wig as well, so this way does have combs in it. It is a lace. Front unit is a 13 by 4, it's 13 inches across and only four inches in the very center. It'S not like a true 13 by 4, where the whole thing is mostly lace. This is the back portion of the wig. It does have a comb down here at the base and it also has two adjustable straps available I'll put the wig on like normal. Before I do anything to it to see you guys can see how the wig looks regular. If you want to change it, you can, if you don't want to change it, you don't have to so yeah. This is where the wig is hitting me so yeah. This is probably about a 14, a 12 inch unit, curls or whatever. Obviously you straightened it out or so be longer so yeah. This is what it's looking like. That'S my weight cup that you guys see underneath there, so it's looking pretty good also. I would like to point out that this hair smells amazing um. It smells really good. So I like that about it, so I have two boxes of color. I mean you guys know what I mean it's really tubes, but it comes in these boxes, so I bought this actually a while ago and I almost reebok them, but then I was like wait. I think I already have those because I've been had thought of this idea and completely forgot about it. So anyway, this one I have is called the L'Oreal techniques, excellent hi, color Reds for dark hair. Only so this is specifically for dark hair. You do not have to use any bleach for this hair tutorial, which is great, and it's a lot safer for your hair. Obviously, it's putting your hair through less. You know damage and I have it in the color, copper red and it comes in these little tubes. Like this now these tubes - but I will say it's very hard to like get the product out of it, because it is so like it's hard. I don't know what it is about this tube. It'S not like a toothpaste, type of thing where you can just like squirt it all out. It'S like thick, like this stuff is thick. So what you do, is you see this little top part? It has a point you pretty much just twist this off. Just like is as if you had like a point min or something like that. This is usually how it went: mint, scum and then it's like a little silver piece here and you just push this in and it opens it and then I have another one. That'S just straight-up, copper and this one this is so these are different. This one is just a high color Reds for dark hair. Only and then this one is a high color highlights for dark hair only so this will just give you highlights in the hair, which is exactly what we're going to be using this for, because I'm gon na pretty much put this all over and then I'm gon Na put this like at the tips of my hair, because I feel like it'll, just give your hair an extra little oomph, especially because it's curly and it's gon na be kind of wild and stuff like that. So as far as things that you're going to need. Other than those dyes you are gon na need some gloves most of the time I don't wear gloves, but today I'm definitely gon na be wearing gloves because I'm gon na be doing with color and I don't want to get color all hands cuz. It stands you're. Also going to need two brushes to hair dyeing brushes, I have two different ones, because I'm gon na be using two different dyes and, of course, with two different brushes you're going to need two different bowls. So I have this bowl and I have this one. This is actually a panda express bowl. Okay, this is an express bow. Okay, you can see this it's tender, so you don't have to buy things like this. You can use like something like this that you know you don't really care about. It'S washable. It'S reusable! Don'T use stuff that you normally eat in to you know, because this is something a tin one time I've never even thank you. Okay. The other thing that I have here is some developers, so the only thing that you really need is this, and this you don't need the bleach so yeah. This is a 40 volume developer. I wouldn't suggest going over 40 volume. You could get like. Maybe a 30 volume, but then it's not gon na be as vibrant, but I do want these colors to really like stand out and pop out, and I bought this bottle specifically just for this wig, and this cost me three dollars and fifty cents at my local Beauty supply store. The total ounces on this is 16 fluid ounces, which is equals to one pint. So that's how much this is now you're, not gon na need this whole thing. Alright, you don't need the whole thing. I also have some brushes here. I know this is kind of lengthy, but I do have some brushes here, because we're gon na need to brush out the curls in this unit, and then I have this smaller one as well. I might initially comb it out with this, but like when I'm like combing the colors through, I might use this one, so yeah Stacy Mercedes president, got a clue all these holes. I made all records I produced. I might take all my exes. They put them all in a blue. The turn dysfunction in the bottle coming in the 305 is just a road she's, a what we going and I said to move got. It was oh, it's tough to go home, adjusted clothes put the together on the glue. Someone said so insane so instead, so instead that's what Debbie mama Colorforms got these other pretty sure. So you guys we are back. We are ready for this poppin a swig anyway, I'm gon na go ahead and start working on my brand new wig cap. That is way too light for me. You guys already know when you have weight caps like this. You got ta put some makeup on that dang girl, you better put some makeup on air. What you think you gon na wear like this, I don't know so now. I'M just gon na do everything I just did on here on the wig that we have here, but you see it's like more, like a chocolatey, reddish kind of brown. I don't know now. My list is somewhat tinted because of the dye that I put on here. It did color my lace a little bit, but you know we got ta just go over that again with our makeup. So now everything is looking. You know natural and all that good stuff, Oh okay, guys. So this is what everything is. Looking like this with my roofs there, looking like extra natural, I look down for you guys, so you guys can get a good look. Okay, and this is the finished color. So, even though it's said like it would be copper red, it's not necessarily that color and I think it also depends on the color of the natural hair that you're dying. So now what I'm going to do is I'm gon na put on this Marc Anthony strictly curls product? We can you guys, can really see. Look yeah, I'm gon na figure, this lighting out one day girl, don't know girl. I literally turn my camera on, and I say I don't know nothing about these settings on you're going to need for me, so I'm just gon na get a little bit of this, put it in my hands and then I'm just gon na rub it through my Hair just to like help with the curls make sure everything is looking good and then I'm gon na go over with mousse, I'm literally about to go pick up some mousse right now. I know I keep saying that I am, but I'm really about to go. Do it now but yeah? This is how you get sure that wig looking flat and just bond with the mousse it's gon na give your hair a nice look to it and everything is just bomb like. But can't you tell me this color actually came out a lot cuter than I thought. I didn't even know it's gon na be this color, but I'm happy with it. So I will come back in just a minute once everything has settled in and I will let you guys know my final thoughts and all the info on this unit that you guys may be wondering all right Shah. I am back. It'S been about three hours honestly, my hats finger comb, my hair whatever, but this is the color that I received yeah. So this is a color cute and if you guys aren't liking my eyelashes, these are still the ending Nicole's. You guys these lashes, they just last a long time. Like not too long ago, so I just use that one, but they do give you one. If you need one, so you don't have to go, buy one from the giddy supply store and then they do give you some elastic. So this is elastic that they give. You and it comes with combs too so here's some elastic - and this is really big, so you can actually get away with using it so cool. So that's how your weight pretty much become package. This unit was sent to me via DHL, I'm not exactly sure on the amount of days that it took to get to me, but I will leave all of that information down below the carrier, the shipping time processing time. I will also leave the price to this unit listed down below the other thing that I needed to check on, because a weekday coming is back. I'M gon na check on here and see how long so it's a 16 inch. It'S a 16 inch bob wig natural color and the crow powder is called deep curly. So that's what this is. I really like this color, though it's a nice like subtle, color, like for those people who want to color their hair and they're, not really into like the really bright, bold colors. I think this is really neutral and I feel like it goes with a lot of skin tones if you're lighter skinned. If your brown skin, if you're dark skinned, everybody can wear this color shine so yeah everybody can wear this color. The price of the color was five dollars, well, five dollars and fifty cents, but I really like this hair. I think it looks super cute, very good quality hair. Like I said, I've worked with aeon wigs a lot in the past. Like I work with them. A lot so I really do like the quality of their hair. Their hair never really gives me problems, there's like no tangling or anything in the back. Like you know, I don't have like to worry about that. They'Re, like it's all good back here, all good and that's sometimes what happens with a lot of curly hair like okay cool, but they not. That part. You know back back, Oh child. No, if you're looking the whole mess, so yeah I've been out for three hours. This is what my hair looks like in, like the natural drive state. I do, however, have product on this hair, so it could slightly be altering it a little bit because I have mousse and I have gel on my hair, so yeah but yeah. I try to keep everything really simple, but this one is really simple, like all you have to do when you buy this week, is cut it across and then use the two colors up. Then I showed you guys plop it on and literally it was so quick and simple and easy to do. You'Re not damaging your hair. It'S perfect for a dark, color hair. It'S actually meant for dark hair. It says dark hair. Only. So it's perfect for a dark. Colored, hair and then for those people who'll be wondering, like you know, if I bleach my hair or something, is it gon na mess up the curl pattern with something like this? You don't have to worry about messing up your pattern or anything like that, and I didn't have to use any bleach to get this color. I only use 40 by M developer on the box that actually tells you to use 30 volume, but I use 40 because I thought I was gon na make it like more intense.
