Hello - everyone it's Mariah here and today I am going to be showing you my full hair care day wash day whatever you want to call it. But this is what I do once a week just to maintain and take care of my hair and help with retaining length. So I'm going to start with my scalp treatment by the innate life. This helps with scalp infections. It helps with itchiness. It helps with dandruff and it helps your hair grow at its natural rate by providing your scalp with the nutrients. It needs to maintain that growth rate, so I mainly put this on my whole scalp, but I really work it into my edges and my parts because it is shedding season and that's where my hair sheds the most I massage it into my scalp. Then I throw my hair at a bun and this day I'm actually going to 8 AM dance class. So I'm going to tie my hair in a messy bun and let it sit while I work out - and I guess Dance all day and stuff like that. So this is what I'll leave it in. This is the fit for the dance class, just sweat, socks and the T-shirt. And yes, I have two different socks on but yeah after that, when I get home, which is like around three hours later, I wet my hair in the tub and then I put a towel on top just to steam. My hair, and this helps melt away. The tangles and it helps pull my knots out, creating like a very nice base to start off of when it comes to detangling your hair. This is what my hair looks like when I take it out of the towel. 30 minutes later, I'm going to take a cheap conditioner. This is my go-to Aussie conditioner and I just put it on my hair. This has a lot of slip and silicone, so it helps me with detangling and then I'm going to section my hair under the water. I'M going to put that strand under the water and slowly brush up my strands with a tangle teaser, and this helps me retain the mouth light the most length when it comes to detangling my hair. So I just slowly work that up, and this usually take this usually takes me around an hour to 30 minutes, because I like to really take my time and not rip my hair out, especially when summer chair is falling out already. Next, this is the set. I am using for shampoo and conditioner it's the briogeo superfoods, and I really liked this line. Actually, I'm going to start with the shampoo after my hair is completely detangled, I'm going to just put it on my scalp and really wear work it in massaging my hair and when I massage this into my scalp, I try to move the skin on my scalp. Instead of like rough housing, my hair and like moving it around really rigorously and causing Tangles, as I rinse it out, I brush through it just to detangle it and also pull some of that shampoo through my ends, nice to minute, going with the superfoods hair mask This was a set from Sephora and it came with the leave-in and the hair mask definitely recommend you go over there and grab it, and this hair mask smelled like yogurt like the green gogurts, it smelled so good and it made my curls really pop. So I mainly focus focus this deep conditioner on the nape of my neck, because as soon as I get out of the shower is my most driest area and I want to make sure that it's going to have enough moisture to last throughout a whole week. So I put it on both sides and I twist my hair and I leave it in for like 10 minutes anyways after I'm done with this. I rinse it out of my hair because it's been 10 minutes and then I'm gon na go in with conditioner. Conditioner is a really important aspect when it comes to washing your hair, because conditioner seals in all all the moisture that you've just put in your hair. It closes the cuticle. It helps your hair stay, shiny and moisturized. It is just a lovely gift to this planet and not many people condition after they're done, shampooing or deep conditioning so yeah after I'm done with that. I let my hair sit in a towel for around an hour to 30 minutes, because I get lazy - and this is what my hair looks like straight out of the shower um. I'M gon na go in with the leave-in conditioner from this two-piece set, and the sleeping conditioner was actually really nice. Like my hair liked it, it wasn't absolutely amazing blow me out of the water, but it was definitely something to purchase again like it made my curls pop. So I'm really glad that I kept on with that. So now that my hair is has all the leave-in in it, I sprayed some water in it and I'm just gon na section, my hair for styling. I usually section my hair behind the ear and then I split that piece into two I put more leave in and then brush it through and then I'm gon na go in with my briogeo curl Charisma. This is actually really good. It'S lightweight and My Curls like absorbed it as soon as it touched my hair. So I root for this product - and I do recommend but remember everyone's hair is different and using the wrong hair product on your hair can cause your curls to look damaged when in fact they just don't like the product. So yeah I just go through each section and as I get closer to the front, I start using my brush after I put in the styling products, so I brush and then I shake it and that makes the curls really really pop. I'M just going to add more product in on this front section, because I want it to look extra defined in the front and then I'm going to brush that through as well - and this is my hair when it's done. I do let my hair air dry recently. It just takes too long to diffuse and that little ball of hair was all the shed hair that I had received from this wash day. So this is how my hair is looking and after my hair was completely dry. I went in with my verb ghost oil. It'S 20 at Ulta smells so good. It'S one of my favorites and I use that to break the cast The very light cast I had on my hair. I don't use gel anymore because it just leaves my hair too hard for the rest of the week. So this is my full wash day routine hair care, whatever you want to call it. I hope you enjoyed all right everyone, I'm back, and this is my hair completely dry. It feels really soft and moisturized. My curls are really defined for just raking products through. So I really really like these products, and this is like my wash day, no matter what products I have, but this one has turned out the best, so keep that in mind. Um anyways.
