I am sharing such a remedy with you, Which I have not shared before on the Preity Prerna channel and, believe me, it is very powerful remedy. It is a epitome of power. It makes you so strong internally. Only then your hair exists. Today we are going to do its external application, but thoughtfully, And as I am telling you please, I request you to use it the same way, because it is a very mild step when you follow it like this, and you don't have to face any backlash of The remedy, because it is a very strong remedy. I hope you understand that you have to watch the entire video carefully and have to understand, and then you have to try it for yourself. So, let's start quickly what remedy you have to do for yourself to make the braid thick. The first ingredient that you have to use here are mustard seeds. You get two types of mustard seeds in the market: One is yellow colored mustard seeds and one black colored. The yellow-colored seeds are rarely found in India. Because it is cultivated in very few places, But the black-colored mustard seeds are available abundantly in your nearby grocery.. At the moment you will find it in your kitchen. It is available very easily and abundantly so here I am using black mustard seeds. You must tell me by writing below that. How do you use it? I am pretty sure that you temper it in lentils. Otherwise, Where do you use it apart from lentils and vegetables And what are the benefits you already know about it? Mustard oil is extracted with these mustard seeds, the mustard oil which we use. We use it in food. It is used in powder form in many cuisines.. This is a medicine that goes into your body. Gives you all the nutrients because of which your hair are like this it’s very important. These mustard seeds contain calcium, omega 369, Lots of beautiful fatty acids that give strength to your hair follicles. It makes them strong so that it can help only strong and powerful hair to grow out. It sends the blood circulation to your scalp so that there, the hair follicles get strong and propagate healthy growth. Now this is the all about consumption in the winter season. Sarson Ka Saag and Makki Ki Roti we all going to eat So you have to consume mustard in the form of seeds or in the form of oil.. To prepare today's remedy. I have taken 200 grams of these seeds and dry roast them well Heat the pen. Well and dry, roast it, water, content and moisture will be gone and it can easily grind. We have to grind all the seeds and make it in powder form. Here I took around 200 grams of seeds, which I roasted and grind and converted into powder. If you are food lover, you will definitely love the fragrance, but you all know mustard is very strong, but it would be not like that it will be a little mild. You can store it in a bottle. You don't have to use all. I will tell you how you can use it. First of all, you can store it in the airtight container, preferably glass one. Otherwise, we can store whatever you have whenever you have to do the remedy. You need your second ingredient that is Rice, Water, those who don't know Rice water is when the water that remains after cooking rice. When you cook drive, you don't have to add anything. I like salt and shee. You can boil Plain White Rice cook and make it to eat and remove the extra water Take a little more water than you normally take. You can filter it and take it separately. Now, your Rice Water is ready. Let it cool down after that, when you are ready to do the remedy, you have to take 2 to 3 spoon of mustard powder in a bowl. Whatever you are preparing for yourself here, you have to take half mug as I took half coffee mug. If you want, you can take one cup of rice, water stir it properly and leave it. The seeds granules can stuck in your hair. That'S why we are not going to use as it is. You will get it soaked for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. That is sufficient rice, water, soaks, all the substance of mustard powder, and after that you will Filter it. If you have a fine sieve, so you can that Otherwise we can take it in any cotton cloth and squeeze it.. All the rice water in which powder has infuse and then you will achieve the yellow, color consistency, and that is the magic that gives your hair new life and increase your density and teach your hair discipline. It will also give the push to those small baby hair. So that it can become the long hair, many people have the problem. Baby hair comes and then falls down. This is the remedy which gives your whole scalp strength so that it can give the nourishment to your hair fall and from their new hair growth will propagate. When you squeeze it well now it's ready those who refrain from applying, maybe because they have hair fall. You can just dip the cotton and apply as it is, but I am very comfortable about oil. That'S why I took half spoon of olive oil. What is olive oil doing here? I already told you. olive oil is the thinnest oil, it has lots of nutrients and it penetrates inside of your scalp very easily. So here it works as a career, just whisk it and take it by the help of cotton and give to your entire roots. Growth will start from the root and if your roots are strong enough, no one can stop the tree from growing. That'S my work on your looks if you are comfortable for using a spray bottle, you can do this. Please make sure now it's a winter time and oil freezes Chances of spray bottle. Spoilage increase so use only oil spray bottle, not a normal spray bottle. If you are pouring oil, you will get the spray bottle link in the description. If you want to shop, and once you apply on your scalp properly, you can apply on your lengths as well. Mustard oil is the conditioner for your hair. You can apply scale length, ends and split ends. It will give you only benefit, not any problem. Once you apply properly tie your hair, leave it approximately 1 hour. It deserves this much Make time to work on your hair, leave it at least for 1 hour and after that, do the normal shampoo listen carefully. What am I saying? It'S a very strong remedy. That'S why those who are using first-time mustard powder, they might be a little shocked because little bit of hair may fall down it's very powerful. Once it's stuck in your hair, I don't mean that particular stuck once your hair suits this remedy, so you are always going to use this. You will not do anything because your hair will be so fine, but if you feel you need to take a little bit of gap while using it, then don't use too much using only on some parts where you have a problem like apply on the hairline bald Patches and gradually build up on your scalp when you are comfortable, then apply on your entire scalp, no worries at all. Also, when you shampoo it You let it stay for 1 hour, and then you shampoo, like you, normally do, but those people who have bald patches whose condition is very severe and they think that they are going to be bald. I would insist that you don't use normal shampoo, you can wash your hair with shikakai powder. Will the oil come out? Do not add oil? If you think oil will come out because if you are switching or you are looking for hair growth - and you have tried a lot of things but didn't get the results, then you can try this two very potent ingredients are being used here which are full of Good qualities for your hair, you don't have to do anything else. Whenever you do this remedy and wash your hair with shikakai or with DIY shampoo, whichever you are comfortable for, if you are comfortable with the normal shampoo, you can use it, you will see your hair or disciplined. Normally. The hair is coming out of the braid. After this remedy, Your hair remains in discipline and no one comes out, so you have to build this discipline for your hair. Whenever you are using it, then you have to keep your hair closed. You don't have to use any chemical, Let your hair, be gentle and just do this remedy And I am pretty sure you will get the best results. The reason being - my mother, grandmother, aunts everyone has really thin hair. Moreover, since childhood we've been shifting city to city, and thus changing waters. Both these reasons shook hands in thinning and degrading my hair. Over the years, we've seen some doctors.. but that didn't really help. Energy, hopes, money - all in vain!
