Melanin Haircare Plumping Deep Conditioner Review On 4C Hair, Melanin Hair Products

Hey Beauties, welcome back or welcome to my channel, so in today's video I'm doing a review of the melanin hair product or the melanin lumping deep conditioner. I have seen this all on my explore page on YouTube and I wanted to give it a try. So I've heard a lot of mixed review on this product good and bad and the whole pre-order Fiasco. Hey guys. I just want to get ahead of this newest concern that I'm seeing popping up um now that Ulta and Sephora have the Plumping deep conditioner on their website, and people are asking. Why do I see the Plumping deep conditioner on a retailer site, but I'm still waiting for my pre-order and I understand the concern, but I just want to explain to you why so in may we opened up our pre-order for the Plumping, deep conditioner and you guys Purchased uh your pre-orders, so we put in the order for all the pre-orders and we put in the pre-order order and the retailers together, because it just makes sense to put those bulk orders together guys I didn't pre-order nothing. I didn't even hear that melanin was launching a new product, but I'm excited to try it out. I never used um the melanin hair products. This is my first time ever using melanin products. So yes, let's get into the video. So this is the product that I ordered um. I'Ve heard a lot of stuff, so I did my research y'all and a lot of people said don't order from the website directly, so I ordered mine from Sephora and I'm so excited to try it out um. Also. I ordered her leave-in conditioner. As I said, I never tried the melanin hair care products and I wish I got the shampoo because when I went back to check on the reviews there were a lot of makes to refuse the bad was overweighing, the good reviews. So let me experience it for myself before I go into the hype of saying this is bad, because I have to try it out for myself. One thing that I noticed at first is that her products, all her products are full size. I, like the sizing of her products, I don't want to use a product and then the same day, I'm out of product, because I am very heavy-handed when it comes to natural hair products. So all her products are 16 fluid ounces and the new deep conditioner is also 16 fluid ounces. I'M so excited to try this out. So let's get into the shower guys um. As you can see, my hair is orange. I used the pearls made, copper, hair makeup. Um, I did a Daphne blade cosplay and it turned out so cute if I should say so, myself um, but I love the color. I love this color, This Ginger color. I wish it came out more vibrant, but the first few days it was vibrant, but through the week it faded. So when I wash my hair, I will apply it back to my hair because I love them. I love this color. It'S a fall, color, so yeah. So, let's wash this hair y'all, as you can see, my hair is pretty dry, so I'm going in with the Tresemme clarifying shampoo, I usually don't go in so raw. I always do a pre-poo and that's the olaplex number zero and number three, but those products are strengthening products and the Plumping deep conditioner is also a strengthening product. So I don't want to over strengthen my hair. The reason why I'm using a clarifying shampoo is that I want the deep conditioner to really penetrate into my hair, so I can really see the benefits. If you guys didn't know this hair care line was created by one of the OG natural hair influencers in the natural hair community, Whitney white known as natural 85. I'Ve always been inspired by her and I'm so excited to finally try out her products. So I got a whiff of the product and a lot of people said that it smelled earthy and, yes, it does smell dirty. I do think that it smells a lot like ayurvedic herbs. If you ever smelled the herbs, it really does smells like. Are you fatic herbs and the consistency of this product is medium to thick? I, like my deep conditioner stick and I feel it has. I would say it's a silky texture like it says, on the container and it's really soft and when I applied it to the hair, it goes on very smooth and, as you can see, it's easy to detangle like I could run my fingers through my hair and To mention I didn't even detangle beforehand: that's how fast the product work with softening the hair. One thing I like to do when applying deep conditioner is part. My hair into smaller sections do not only apply to the big section but part the hair, so the hair is fully coated with the deep conditioner. So let's read what's on the bottle? First, we see melanin Plumping deep conditioner before we go any further. I search up the word Plumping and Plumping simply means to create big and bouncy curls. I can surely say that my hair was bouncy. Okay and this product is made with hyaluronic acid, biotin, fenugreek, pumpkin and bamboo. This is the first time I've heard pumpkin and bamboo in a product. I'M very um surprised by that, and it also says silkening and strengthening this product contains no sulfates, no parabens, no mineral oil, no formaldehydes, nothalates, okay, a lot of No No's okay. So it says on the back that the biotin, fenugreek and bamboo work to strengthen and smooth the hair, and it says further with a Powerhouse lineup of nourishing ingredients. It moisturizes instantly Plumping and clumping your curls coils and waves, while helping to restore your hair's elasticity and detangle knots for smooth manageable, shiny Sleek results. Okay, I will say that I agree with the Plumping and clumping part. I did see my hair Clump and plump while detangling the hair, but what I have to say is that usually, when I use a strengthening mask, my hair feels strong or a bit hard. After with this mask, my hair didn't feel hard or strong. After I don't know, if that's a good thing or a bad thing or if the strengthening part it claims to have really works, or if it's the hyaluronic acid, retaining the moisture, I don't know so. I sat under the hoodie dryer for 25 minutes. It says on the back to leave it on for up to 30 minutes. That'S the longest. I'Ve sat under the hooded dryer. I usually sit for 15 minutes because girl. I cannot sit that long, but my hair felt so so super super soft after it was so smooth y'all and I'm not just saying this to gain fuse or something or just to say how much. I love the product, but this really left my hair feeling soft soft as you can see, and it was manageable and easy to detangle, because I usually detangle my hair during the deep conditioning part, so that was easy, breezy squeezy Beezy. That was really um easy to do, and now I think here I'm at the leave-in Port y'all and I want to talk a bit about the leave-in conditioner, let's get into it. So this is the multi-use softening leave-in conditioner. It claims to soften moisturize and help repair. Your hair from the inside out, so you can use it as a conditioner after you cleanse your hair as a leave-in conditioner and as a detangler and to rehydrate your hair during the week. So for the detangler part, I was not really convinced, because I applied a lot a lot of product to my hair and it wasn't really easy to detangle, but I really found a way to really benefit from this product. I really found a way around it, and I saw if you leave it on. You have to leave it on your hair for at least five to ten minutes. Let the product work into your hair. Let the product sit on your hair for it to work y'all and if you leave it on for that long, you really will see the benefits it claims to do to your hair, so a tip I would like to give. You is one that I also learned from Kimberly: cherelle she's. Also, a natural hair influencer here on YouTube is to apply your leave-in conditioner in the shower and that's what I'm doing apply your leave-in conditioner in the shower, while the steam is still in the shower. So the leave-in conditioner can really get into your hair y'all guys. I totally forgot to film an outro. So now, I'm here filming an outro for y'all, while still editing but uh. My hair is in twist it's it's so cute. Okay, I told you everything I think about this product and y'all. I didn't use that much look at this. They say a little goes a long way. They not lie because mine is like right here and I'm going to like enjoy this product very long, and these are the twists I did. I want to show you my twist gusts there so cute I like them so much they're, so healthy and full. Looking my hair is also so so soft I wish y'all could feel it right now, but the only part that sucks is that my twitch, my twitch, my twist, did shrink because yesterday they were hanging like I got like hang time yesterday. They were so elongated yesterday, but the stuff I like to do with that. The style I like to do with my twist is this high high ponytail, so cute so cute makes me look young, but it's so cute, but yeah. That'S what I had to say about the melanin Hair Care. Well, I did I mention what the price point of this is. The price of this, I think, is 32 dollars. Wait. Let me check melanin Plumping, deep conditioner retails for 32 dollars on Sephora and I bought mine on Sephora also for 32.. A lot of people had problems with the price that it's too expensive and yes, it's expensive, but a lot of natural hair products nowadays are in that range. Y'All, like I have seen a lot of products range from 30 and up it's crazy, it's crazy! Being a natural these days y'all, but I wouldn't give it up for nothing. I love being natural, even though it has its struggles, especially especially expensive, hair products, but yeah. I love this deep conditioner. Will I repurchase it absolutely? Yes, I will repurchase it. This will. I think this will hold me a long time because of the big bottle y'all. I know that the pre-order Fiasco is going on, but I would like y'all to support Whitney because I know I know y'all, maybe because I didn't um experience the pre-order process, but I want y'all to try out this deep conditioner and support with me support our girl. I know I know y'all, I know how mad it can be, especially if you spend your hard-earned money on something and you don't receive it, but please please, please try it out and guys tone down the backlash on with me, she's stressing enough already but yeah. That'S all I had to say about the deep conditioner, the leave-in conditioner. I would give it a 5 out of 10. and this I would give let's see an 8 out of ten okay. I would give it a 8 out of ten or maybe even a nine out of 10 okay. I love this product. Keep on looking up for more natural videos.
