Natural Hair Care For Christian Women

This is side attraction to help those who asked me questions about keeping natural hair.

Hello, hello, everyone. This is an unusual video. I just want to make this video to share some insights about well women, Christian women who want to be trying to do natural and they are thinking of the product to use for the ahead and everything. This is my natural hair. With my natural hair, I've had natural hair since / 2014. 6. 2014. I remember I cut a cut off some of my primed head when the natural started growing so because I used to have it very short. I cut the current head and then the day the bottom of the head. I was natural, I left it, but I kept chunk of it like it was all planned, so I cut it off and there the relaxing creams they used to make my head thus cup. It because it became every time I relaxed my head, it will and it will become so and that bring that brought a lot of dandruff dandruff dandruff all day on the scalp, and so every time I put my hair out, you see this fluffy white stuff flicks. Whatever you call it in my head, so yeah this, I cannot paint, I stop the relaxer and since then it has saved my scalp from getting burnt, because I, when I used to relax it even I don't let it be in for long, but it was so Give me a lot of birds in my town, so it was. It was kind of worrisome to me to a kind of hot worrisome to me so that it comes to mind a little bit and you hope you can see my own hair this, the natural one. It comes just if I touch de the tip of it almost to my like too many studying part of the breast. If we they meet the shoulder, so maybe you'll be asking okay. What do you do I used to I used to. I have the young I used to grade with yarn. I am able to braid my own hair and it would break my culture. I used to do yarn, but for some time now I've stopped yarn. What I do is that I go to the breeding place and they break my own head into cornrow. I know a little bit of doing all about it. I'M not able to make it too tight to make it stay for long. So, let's go to those hair. Braiding place and then they break it out for me at tomorrow, organizing I'll go and then they will bring it out for me, they'll bring it all down and I'm able to keep it for like a month and the child like $ 50, for just using my Own hair to do the corner, which unable to give me like a month and maybe a week, amounted week mostly and then I'll take it off and like the whole month of July, I didn't breathe because I wanted the head to relax because too much of breathing A come on over whelmed, the the nerves in your brain, you, you know, there's no, every time you'll be breathing, breathing breathing! That'S the month that you have to let the head rest. You want just great all the time you know. Let let your own hair rest have some wrestles. Every two weeks I was shampooing our shampoo and out a new condition, and then our twisted or twisted as wet after this, our twisted I'll go to twist and then keep it for two weeks. I will take it out I'll. Take that tooth out. I wash it again with shampoo and conditioner and then I'll twist it again so the whole last month. I didn't do any kind of tight braids on it or just with a little loosely and then, when I'm not resting it, I want to blow dry it. So I use this face the tangle of the Chandeleur 1825 ceramic. So when you turn it on, it stretches your head and it takes all day not from your head. It takes off, you, take a child at the time you go to, it will stretch it and it will take every knot. It depend of it for you. It'S very good: it's very good. I'Ve gotten that amount, but I don't think it's more than forty dollars are all protected and was modernist. So it does add that this is not just the only take. It has other tips. Some are smaller than this. Some up. This comes in the pack like that, I believe, is somewhere in my closet over there and I use some pool and conditioner that has coconut coconut, because I learned from one of the ladies on YouTube that coconut is good for the head and since I've been using It I've seen a lot of improvement in myself, the texture, the feel of it and everything my hair become more softer as I use the coconut product, and I was also told that always look out for throw that. That is sulfate free, so 53, when it's all fit 3, then is good with anything it pro that I have sulfate in it. It'S no good for your head. I probably makes it breakout. I don't know much about that, but always look for product is sulfate free. So currently I'm going to turn the camera around so that you see the product that I have on my tail. So currently I do wash my hair with this safe, green, pure original, coconut cream, nourishing conditioner. So, as you can see from the body with a zero sulfates, parabens guys --, -- builtin know these things are are not part of the ingredient, then you can see this. This is a shampoo, real, clear, originals, coconut cream, nourishing shampoo. This is the condition of this. Is a shampoo? I also have this conditioner nourishing class coconut milk conditioner. So this is this. I always try to use the wonderful coconut coconut you, 100 % coconu coconut mechanical for that that has she Oh coconuts in it. If, if the conditioners, you have three Oh coconuts in the ingredients, so always try and read the ingredients, always try and read the ingredients and make sure that it has pure and represent coconut in it, not just on a character artificially a coconut, no but she'll. 100 percent coconut this inlet, difficult services and a coconut, but you see there is some chemicals that they have just put it in. This is one of the prodigal are also use out of it. So I'm using this the one that I guess you can to share back a leave in conditioner repair cream. This one is also good product. It'S really really. It really really helps provide intense moisture to leave hair, soft and manageable from little for damage dry our course. So it will have a big inhale ahead that breaks out quickly. You can see that the edges of mine, my hair, is gold is due to the Bab braiding from some women, some whooping when they braid your hair. It takes all the edges out. So when I used to break do this R, a style mesh and other one lots all this room ended used to beat my head to carve it any thought they make it too tight. It'S not supposed to be too tactic when you are making it too tight. That'S not good, there's. No good beauty is not supposed to play. Whoever told you that beauty is a life. Beauty is never think it shouldn't be shouldn't. You can look, naturally beautiful without any half of airplane, so this is coconut or ocean and cold meat. I sometimes experiment a victim can tell this suffered. A shampoo that are also used also have some that I'll use you see. Quenching has coconut Cal shampoo, dredgen curls. So if your hair is Kelly, you light it coconut oil, sweet onion, a treat or citrus onion, that's or since then brings the curls out for you. You have to make sure that you read you you act with the meat. The ingredients make sure it gives you natural. The ingredients are natural and 200 percent of it's not some artificially meat. It should be concentrated, and I use this comb is a big comb. It'S very safe. If your hair in the North, you have to use your own hand, is safe, like that, you got to use a smaller, hairbrush or small apple, and always be only your head. You know like that is going to take to your the hair from the scalp and damage your head good break out, so always try and use the bigger comb or the bigger type brush and don't don't be brushing it too much. I don't see the need for it and always use your your head, your hand anytime. There'S any knots in it. You can always use your hand so that you save your own self from pain. You don't have to be in pain. You know section your head doesn't have to be dealt with, so just gently, you can go to it and if there's any, if there's any, if there's any knot in it is going to go away. So this is for their women, holiness movement homeless, women who want to keep themselves natural could be a hair natural, sometimes when, when I breathe it for a long time, it becomes so hard for me to comb it. Oh I have this. I am so sorry about that. This is Revlon Revlon heat io, since I am so. I applaud it for like 15 20 minutes in the counts hot now, when I hold it like this - and I do this - it takes that hardness in it soft and fit. When I leave it because so so, when my coal goes to it, it makes me it makes it easy to commit. I hold this part, hold a small in smaller sessions and then I'll go through it and I'm sorry for the knowledge I'll go to read that like that and then it it makes it easier to pull yes for, like 20 25 minutes unable to tangle the hard Part where I'm not able to come at all, that is what I dread for like a couple of months. Without common aids, you know making it relax or anything, then it becomes so happy and I'm not able to commit. Then I used it on this Revlon ion. I don't know what they should say, but it probably is for 400. It is at 400 from no mistaking. Yes, we have a professional one. We have the cheap one in one of them. I mean it's up to you. What you want, what you want to do? The intention is to make it easier to for me to come, not to change it for any any other texture to any other texture. It makes it easier for me to commit so your intention for that share matters, but then was you are intending to do with the head matters on to the Lord? Let us keep it each and clean. If you do office work, make sure you keep your head neat and clean whatever your hands find. Do it do it as if you are doing it for the Lord Amen, so you can really go. Do it nicely beautiful for you beautifully or you can take it to the office if you are working up in it as an office personnel, and if you work in the other dog too, so you can keep it neat, I don't know how to style. My lateral head so usually I'll, put it in a little pony I'll, just put it in the conic. I I look for I have this hit and head. I don't know whether this is really nothing with it. I don't know, I don't have the means. The proper means, so usually I will do this. You know how bring everything together like that, and I will just do that and I have it on my back like that and I'll go out with it. If I am to take much late to school to the store in it and I'll, have it like this, and sometimes do I have money like it when my head is like down down so most times when it's home, I want to keep it the way life To look at it and admire, but I will just put it like that so, like you know, he likes it when I have it down like that, so sometimes I'll have it done, but most times when they start work a hole trying to get me they do Stuff I'll just run up it up and put the ribbon tied together in the pony, and my back and I go out of this house - god bless your life.

w b: I'm gonna drop some information here if you want to give it a go. Look up the youtuber Dephne Madyara and Lioness Davis. they use original formula blue magic hair grease. in some sort of LOG method (leave in oil grease). Let me tell you-- Blue grease works, even though naturals don't want you to use it. The reason why it does is because its a pomade. It has not only mineral oil (an AMAZING SEALANT and lubricant) but it has lanolin. What is lanolin? It is when you boil SHEEEP WOOL. ITS SEBUM. A type of FATTY OIL. The only things I use bentonite clay, 22nd century natural hair woman's shampoo bar(you can use any shampoop, I just reeeeeaally like this one), cantu hair mask(as my leave in), blue magic hair greese, CRISCO, and LARD. I have also from time to time used baking soda rinses as a preliminary for when I want to do DC treatments under my heat cap. Over all my 4c hair curls root to tip. Its well lubricated and retaining length. This is what I do and its brilliant in its effect. I take Lard. Yes. LARD. Its ANIMAL FAT. Scentless and refined. You don't want to refrigerate it. They sell it at the store look it up. I put it on my hair making sure every strand is covered. This is because I want my hair to be coated. However the fat doesn't have that slipperiness. Its a sticky fat. Its important, but it isn't enough on its own. I then on that section I'm working on layer crisco OVER IT. Because I want the fat to first directly touch my hair, then go over it with the plant based oil. Then I carefully remove shed hair and tangles with my finger, aka finger detangle. Also make sure if this is your first time doing this, that your ends are trimmed. So after I twist the hair back up, the first time I did this, I trimmed my ends because I was due for it. Then I wash my hair in 5 or so section. DO NOT COWASH, but shampoo. The build up of product MUST be taken off in order for your hair to be moisturized. This is extremely important for 4c hair, and cannot be undermined, period. Moisture helps your hair's elasticity. Its the main thing that determines your curl pattern showing as well, even though I have 4c hair it curlls from the root down. Use a shampoo bar.(I recommend the 22nd century natural hair woman's shampoo bar, its amazing and makes the curls pop) First I use bentonite clay, rinse it out, then shampoo. I first work section by section, pouring the bentonite clay on my roots and smoothe it down so everything is covered, then braid the section loosely, and move to the next. After each section is covered with the clay, I turn on my shower and (section to section) rinse out the clay, then use my shampoo bar to wash starting at the scalp, cleaning the hair, then applying my cantu hair mask(which will be my leave in) and braiding the section back up and moving to the next, repeating. Once I have done my whole head, I then get out of the shower and start(section by section) applying more of my leave in(cantu hair mask), before thouroughly applying the pomade. Remember, you dont necessarily hair to use blue magic, but you need to make sure the INGREDIENTS have mineral oil, petroleum AND Lanolin. Anything else is extra. I take this, root to tip smooth it down my hair with the intention of every strand of hair being covered. After, I then take crisco, and layer it on top. By this time your curls will even have definition as though i had put gel. I twist/braid the section, and I'm done. The reason why unlike the youtubers I mention, That I do *LPO(leave in, pomade, oil(of plant)* is because I find that pomade is basically like me applying sebum to my hair. Its a *fat* (fat is conditioner by the way. Thats why waterbased conditioners have cetearal alcohol, a fatty alcohol. So FAT is very compatible with our hair) that I'm putting on my hair, and has a certain consistency about it. Where as the plant oil(crisco has palm oil and soybean oil) I want to put on AFTERWARD, because its oily, and has a lubricated property. This makes shed hair slip out easier, and matting melt. Not enough by itself, but with the pomade grease, its brilliant. A lot of naturals only use something like coconut oil, or shea butter. It is not enough on its own, that's why we still have issues. You will find after you do this, your hair is not going to get tangled/ matted. You will find you don't need to use a blow drier as you are now. Your hair will retain length. Our hair as black ppl, and the more so with 4c naturals does not produce oil like that. And even for if it does, it stays at the scalp. I for one do not produce that much oil. So this is why you see some ppl with straight hair, their shed hair just falls out. We must manually remove it. The lubrication of the oil helps tremendouly with that. In addition, the pomade/fat form a PROTECTIVE barrier on the hair. So that when you touch it, the friction is reduced. *THIS PREVENTS MECHANCIAL DAMAGE.* If you have fine 4c hair like me, and you find your self either using only plant oils and/or only waterbased products(only using gel to seal your hair, or a water based leave in and nothing else) you are opening yourself up for mechanical damage, because your hair is naked. You hands cannot just be rubbing up and down on un lubricated hair. You will cause friction. In addition *unlubricated hair* gets matting like locs trying to form in your hair. This is why you see people with 4c fine low density hair, having issues growing their hair. It grows, it is just breaking because Most of the time they 1. Are not properly moisturizing, and 2. Are not properly lubricating. Hope that helps. Spread this information around, make a video on it, whatever. People need to know because what I described above is the basis of understanding the most difficult hair type-- 4c, fine, low density, and low porosity hair. I for one don't use shea butter or coconut oil. I use crisco because it doesn't seem to actively dry out my hair and make it hard. I have low porus hair so my hair's elasticity qucikly rebells when I use those. Crisco is make from palm oil I believe, which is great for the hair.
