Is This Deep Conditioner Worth $20? | Camille Rose Coconut Water Penetrating Hair Mask

Hey guys welcome welcome back to my channel. My name is mink and this is minx kinks and as you guys, right by the title, we're getting into a new deep conditioner. For me, it's not new on the market at all, but i have never tried it. Let'S go want to get into this new new, all right y'all. So the new deep conditioner that i am talking about is the camille rose, coconut water, penetrating hair mask, and it looks like this and it is eight ounces and how cute is this packaging? So if y'all are not new here, first of all shout out to you, but if you're not new around here, you guys know that i am obsessed with the coconut water leave in from the same collection. I love love, love to leave into this line. Um - and i do i have tried the curl setter um. I do have a video on that. So go check that out, if you're interested in that, but today we're going to hop into this deep conditioner and it says that it is concentrate a concentrated rinse out. Conditioner for silky and soft hair, which is everything that i need. I did go ahead and strip my hair a bit, so i use the acura beauty, shampoo and the dove amplified textures conditioner. So if you're interested in that i'll link, my monthly natural hair, regimen up above it'll, be right over here. So let's go on and read um what this packaging says. Y'All know so it says: coconut water, penetrating hair treatment, combined super hydrating thirst, clenching coconut water, aloe vera juice, tropical butters and oils to deeply penetrate and provide maximum huh maximum moisture and shine. That'S what we love to hear. Okay, all right camille rose so um. I'M gon na give you guys the first five ingredients and then we'll go ahead and jump into the directions i'm applying. So the first ingredient is ionized: water, coconut water, safflower seed oil, bench ammonium, sulfate and ceteral alcohol. All right um, so there's coconut oil, sunflower seed, oil, horsetail extract um, cocoa seed, oil, aloe, leaf juice, yeah, so the directions say: apply an ample amount to clean, wet hair, use, fingers or white to comb to detangle and evenly distribute. I'M not doing that. I use a rinse out in the shower so that i can just finger detangle my deep conditioner in so it won't be no problems. It says: leave for five minutes, then cool rinse to seal in moisture or for extra hydration apply a plastic cap and sit under a steamer for 20 minutes, and then it says, follow with camiro's natural products to complete the style so um. I don't. I don't even know why they put five minutes on this container because i don't know any naturals that leave in um. You know deep conditioners for five minutes like what's the point, i don't know if it's just me, but like i'm not gon na so um, i am gon na leave it in for about an hour or so maybe i'm gon na put my hot head back on. I'M not gon na heat it up. I just wan na see what this deep conditioner does on its own and if you know we'll see what it does. How about that. So this container is eight ounces. It looks like twelve, but it's only eight don't be deceived. So um this conditioner is twenty dollars. Yes, you heard correctly, the conditioner is twenty dollars, so i've had this conditioner in my stash for a little minute. Now sorry y'all. There is something in my eye um. So i've had this conditioner for a little minute now and it's just been chilling in my stash. I wanted to go ahead and you know give it a little shot so and see. Is this conditioner worth twenty dollars all right, y'all? So before we go ahead into this conditioner, this is what my hair is looking like and it does look. Can we take a minute? Can we take a minute because my hair looks so dark and shiny and full honey come on through minx kinks, all right y'all? So i'm gon na go ahead. Like usual, i usually um do sub sections and my deep conditioners, my sections are a little bit all over the place today. So who knows how many twists i'm gon na have per section but yeah? So this deep conditioner, the lights are y'all can see now of it, but y'all can see this deep. Conditioner is thick. Y'All can see that so i'm gon na go ahead and take about this much and you know i'm about to see what it does. Okay. So when you rub it in your hands, it definitely thins out a bit which um i'm not mad at i'm, not mad at a thick deep conditioner either, though sorry i was looking for my spray bottle. I think my hair dried out a little bit, so i'm going to spray each section down with a little bit more water and i think i could feel the conditioner on there, but i think i need a little bit more product. So i am not shy about using more so i'm going with a little bit more and just go ahead and apply so i love that it sort of thins out a bit. It'S definitely thick in the container um, i'm not mad at a super thick deep conditioner, but you know it's definitely easier to glide through when it's a little even the slightest bit. You know more. I don't know what the word i'm looking for is but y'all know. So this is what it feels like and i have to be honest. It doesn't really feel like much of anything going on my hair, which i hate that for me but yeah. So this is what it's looking like in my hair. So let's do one more section and see what happens i don't know like it. Just really doesn't feel i don't know like. I usually really. The only other camille roasting conditioner i've used is the algae renu, which i don't have a review on the channel. But i do really like it um. I will be bringing you guys a review, but that's one of those products that i have at home in my stash. I did not bring that to school, so you guys will get a review on that. Eventually it's coming. I promise, but i really enjoy that deep conditioner, that's more like a protein moisture type of one, but that's a really good one and i feel like immediately. I can feel a difference in that one so for this one. Hopefully, when i put on my little hot head it does you know a little more than what it's doing right now, because right now it doesn't feel like much of anything. So i'm going to go ahead and follow the same steps. I'M gon na wet my hair down with a bit of water just so that it'll help my hair, you know penetrate a little bit more. I like to squeeze the water in a bit just to you know, give it a little something something and i'm going with about this. Much conditioner and y'all can see how thick it is. But when i rub it into my hands, it rubs down so yeah, i'm literally going to follow those same steps all across my head, like i said i'ma, let this sit for about an hour and yeah i'll come back when i get out the shower so that You guys can see what my hair is looking like, and i can give you guys my final thoughts but right now it doesn't really feel like much if i'm being super honest, so yeah. This is what my hair looks like and it is soaking up the product. Pretty well, i will say that, but um yeah we'll see what this looks like when i rinse it out yeah y'all. So let me know if you've tried this deep conditioner and how you feel about it. I'M very curious. I have been waiting to try this for some time now. Y'All know that i try and only use four deep conditioners at a time so each week of the month i use y'all know if you've seen my monthly hair routine. That is the best way that i can explain it, but i stick to 40 conditions a month and i've finished some deep conditioners lately so um you know i'm getting into some new products for me or different products for me so yeah. I have very high hopes for this, but i'm gon na go ahead, apply this to the rest of my head and then i'm gon na. Let it sit for an hour and i'll come back. Let you guys know how my hair is feeling and what my final results are. So i will see you guys. Okay, you guys so i am back i've rinsed out the deep conditioner and what i will say is that before i left you guys, i said that my hair really didn't feel like anything going on and a verdict still kind of stands. But when i went back and touched um the places where i first was applying the product, then i could tell that you know my hair was softening up a bit and everything. So it's just one of those deep conditioners that needs to sit a bit um. When i was rinsing it out same thing, it felt like i was rinsing out the conditioner. My hair definitely felt considerably softer. I don't know where i left off at, but oh when i was renting it out um it just felt like i was renting out a conditioner like my hair. Definitely felt softer um just claimed to have like max moisture, we'll see when i'm feeling it, but it didn't feel you know if my hair felt definitely like hydrated and it did feel somewhat moisturized but like let's just you know. So this is about how much i used um there you go, so you guys can see that itty bitty dent that's. What i will say is that this product spreads extremely well. When i was wetting my hair, a bit um, it definitely helped with distribution. So i have at least five more uses out of this, which is really good because it's an eight ounce container, so thank you. Camille rose um for twenty dollars. You know i should be getting my money's worth anyway, but i'm gon na go ahead. Take my you know, situation off i'll show you guys my hair we'll fill around and that'll be the end of the video y'all know i hate white hair, so i'm trying my best here. Okay, so my hair definitely definitely definitely is shiny. Um there's a lot of curl definition come on, miss mam, um, it's very shiny and my hair is extremely soft. My hair is moisturized um. I think what i'm taking from it. The most is that my hair is extremely soft, and the shine on here is cute. Now what i paid 20 dollars for the mask again um! No, i don't think i paid 20 for the mask originally, if i could get it on sale. Sure but um yeah, i'm gon na, have to see how this product you know keeps playing around. I'M gon na finish it up. I'Ma finish it up, see how my hair, you know likes it and interacts with it, but yeah. So that's the end of the video you guys.
