Hey pros crystal here from elite haircare usa. So my client here came in today wanting to do a big chop on her hair because she decided to do a home, keratin treatment and it really just damaged her hair to an unbelievable place, especially on her ends. So before i even started the shampoo process, i did have to go through and slightly detangle her. Her hair is really really long. She also says that she is somewhat relaxed or texturized and she decided to do a keratin a couple years ago and since then, her hair has just gone to the poops. On top of that, she used another company's curl smoothie and she thinks that it definitely changed her texture. So we decided that today was the day where it was just time for a haircut number one and number two. We wanted to just really get her hair back in order, so her hair did feel slightly dehydrated, so i decided to go in with our moist repair system, mainly because i could tell that her ends were really fried. They were also colored previously and while she has a beautiful head of hair, her ends tangled so bad that there was just a lot of tangling going on. So i started off with the moist repair shampoo cocktailed, with a little bit of our soothing balance. Scalp pre-treatment. Just to kind of help add a little bit of moisture, but she also said that her scalp was also um flaky and she has some other things going on with her scalp. So that's another reason why i cocktailed the moist repair with our soothe and balance pre-treatment. So that's what you guys see me rubbing on now and i also had some mixed in with the shampoo before we started now. I did want to give her a good wash, but what i definitely will say going forward. You guys is if your hair is in a place where it tangles really easily try not to manipulate the hair too much if you notice i'm giving her a good scratch, but i'm keeping the hair in one direction and trying not to be too vigorous. With my my scratching, because i don't want to tangle it more than it already is so, of course, i'm using warm water to rinse her, which is definitely um very important, especially at this phase of the process. Most people want to go to cold water, but no honestly, we needed to make sure that her hair was nice and clean and also treat the issue with the dehydration all at the same time. So we're going to actually do a very special cocktail today for her hair after the shampoo process with the moist repair. The good thing about the moist repair is. It does also add a slight amount of strength to the hair, very, very, very slight, but the focus of this product is straight for moisture for those of you that are dealing with a lot of dehydration, maybe you're low porosity, maybe you're still natural, and you your Hair just feels kind of rough or dehydrated. The moisture pair is definitely going to be your go-to system and then, of course, you can alternate with any of our other products. Like our moist me, 24 karat mask by the way the moist me mask will be on restock 222 of 22, along with some other products that we have coming for you guys, so you guys look out for the moist repair and excuse me the moist me 24. Karat mask not the moisture repair, moisture pairs in stock people - okay, all right! So now that the shampoo process is complete, we are going to create a very special cocktail for her. So i hope you guys have your pen and paper, because this cocktail is very very special and it's perfect for those of you that have situations like her where you're tangling your hair feels dehydrated and just really needs some tlc. So i'm taking our hydra strength, leave-in conditioning spray and i'm putting that in a bowl. Why am i using the hydra strength, leave-in conditioning spray, because it has some great detangling properties? It is still a conditioner and i cocktailed that with our moist repair conditioner. I also put in about five droppers of our hair repair, serum, which is the goddess, hair, repair, serum and then i also put in some droppers about five droppers of our super growth serum. So this cocktail is going to be a strengthening, a hair repair, a moisture repair and a detangling treatment. All in one i told you guys: elite hair care products are intermixable, so i created a spray on conditioner for her to help number one detangle her hair number. Two condition her hair number: three start: the hair repair properties and number four add a little bit of that strength in it. At the same time, now i'm pouring it into one of the spray bottles of a of the old bottle of our hydra strength, leave-in, which is my tester bottle, and then i'm just spraying it all over her hair. Now, because her hair is really really long me trying to rub it on is going to require me to use a ton of product, so that was another reason why i created this cocktail because i can spray it on. I can really put it in the areas that i really need it and then, at the same time i can detangle her and spray it on. As i go so i started by putting it on her hair. This way, i can tell you guys the detangling process for her hair took me about 30 minutes and for crystal the 30 minute. Detangle tells you definitely how tangled her hair really is, and it is all stemming from her hair on the ends she has about. Seven to eight inches of colored dehydrated tangling hair, and that was one of the biggest challenges when it came on to helping her, especially now. She was very, very discouraged about her hair when she first came in, but i can tell you guys she had a smile on her face when she left and her hair looked absolutely beautiful. So you guys watch all the way to the end. So you can really see the hair and the cut that we did as well. Now i started out using the puzzle brush, which is a part of our four piece, detangling kit, to start the detangle process. But as i started going up the shaft, i noticed that i really needed some real armor here. So that's why i switched over to our wide tooth comb because it allowed me to move slightly faster and it didn't feel like it was raking. Her hair now remember her ends are, are damaged. You guys, they're, not salvageable. I wouldn't keep them they're, actually making this process even longer, because even as i'm detangling her her ends were tangling all over again. So once we got finished with the detangling process, i did rinse her out thoroughly with cool water. She went under the dryer for about 30 minutes and i separated her hair under the dryer to keep it from tangling again, and then we blew her out the remainder of the way this process took us about an hour between the detangle, the drying and the blow Drying so now we're going to soak her out to prepare her for the cut now i know a lot of you are looking at her hair like oh, i would not have cut anything off of this hair. It looks absolutely amazing. Well looks can be definitely deceiving. You guys, i can honestly tell you that, even while i am silking her at certain parts of the head, my comb was getting stuck and she is fully detangled. Okay, she's fully detangled. So that tells you even now i got stuck even just in the clip um with with those ends that were fried from her home keratin and her curl smoothies, and all these different things that she was trying on her hair to kind of help. The situation when all it really did was hurt the situation even more, but i can tell you guys now: the hair that is in a great place actually felt absolutely amazing. She was really happy, it was nice and soft. She already came prepared, knowing that she was going to be getting a haircut. She actually came in and wanted a relaxer at first and then i told her we just kind of consulted and we consulted for a good amount of time and that's when she made the decision that she wanted to be able to go back into her curl pattern. If she chose to so, we said, okay, relaxer is definitely not it. So that's another reason why we decided to go this route instead. Now in later times, she might want to texturize it she might want to relax it, there's no right or wrong to this. You guys it is her hair and her choice now, once we got done with the silking, because i did do it in wide sections, even though she has a whole heap of hair and it looks so intimidating when you first encountered her hair. I have been doing this long enough that i knew that her hair was going to be nice and silky, thank god for the moisture repair products and thank god for the hair care products because honey. I worked really hard with her hair. Okay - and i definitely say you guys - try out that cocktail that i created um - that that conditioning cocktail it can be used on low porosity. It can be used on i'd, probably say to use it more on low porosity hair only because it can be slightly heavy and if your hair is long or super long like hers or even past your shoulders or it tangles, a lot. Definitely try out that cocktail. I'Ll repeat the cocktail for you, so we use some of our hydra strength, leave-in conditioner and poured some in the bowl we also used. Some of the moist repair poured some of that in the bowl about five droppers of the hair, repair, serum and then five droppers of the goddess serum, which is the sorry goddess. The super growth serum, which is the water-based serum, not the oil base. Okay, the hair repair serum is oil-based, but we use all four of those to create an amazing cocktail for her hair and her hair felt absolutely amazing. It was extremely soft, even though it's still tangled, because those ends definitely had to come off. Her hair was very soft and she was very happy with how soft it was now i'm using the babyliss prima. I think it's a 3100 or 3300, and that is what i used to soak her. So now it is definitely time for the cut. I know a lot of you are sitting there like. Oh, i would not have cut anything, but trust me this is for the greater good you guys her hair on the ends needed to come off because they were literally getting caught even with just combing, her hair. So i'd use my cutting comb and my clippers to just kind of give her an even base and really the hair we cut off was the hair that she had colored years ago, and it was already breaking. She said that her hair at this point is actually 50 of the fullness that she used to have since doing the keratin treatment since doing the curl smoothie. Since doing all these different things to her hair and her hair has really suffered. So at this point, we're taking off years of damage that has been sitting there and just been hindering the great or beautiful hair that she has going on right now i can tell you guys after today's haircut she is not going to have a lot of problems With tangling she did still have a little bit of color, but i didn't want to take her that short, and i think that over time you know that hair will grow out. So i did keep it nice and even i didn't do any layering at this point. Only because i want her to enjoy her length and get used to her hair being in a place where she can manage it first and then over time we can change up the style she actually drove to me um. It took her. I want to say about two to three hours to get to me to do her, hair, which i'm just truly grateful, and i'm truly humbled, because you guys are definitely supporting elite, haircare, usa and you are driving and flying to me and i just feel truly blessed For that, so i thank you guys so much for all of the support. Now, i'm not going to go section by section and curl her she's already gone through so much today. I did spray a little bit of our goddess polish on her hair. Just to update the goddess polish will be coming back come march, so you guys look out for that and now i'm just doing some large section bumps just a bump. On the end, nothing too fancy! I didn't want to go back over her hair again and soak her out again and again and again so that's another reason why the silk press, if you do it right, you don't have to go back through and do small sections of curls and all that stuff. Unless you're doing like barrel curls, okay and then she would be wrapping her hair at night, we also talked about products that she'd use at home. So for her i recommended the moist repair, shampoo, conditioner, and then i also recommended the hydra strength. Leave-In conditioner, rather than the moist repair reason being is because her hair is so long. Tangling is probably going to be one of the things that she deals with the most or detangling will take her a very long time, so the hydra strength, because it has some amazing detangling properties that is going to change her life and that's another reason why i Recommended the hydra strength, leave-in conditioner over the moist repair, leave-in conditioner, and they both give good benefit, so she can benefit on either side. Now i want you guys to comment down below. Tell me what you thought about the process. Tell me what you guys thought about her hair. As you can clearly see, it is nice and soft, and when she left she was very happy very, very happy. Her hair came out. Amazing, it was beautiful, i saw it was just beautiful. Her hair was beautiful. Tell me what you guys think and check out the goddess polish when it releases in march, you guys it is absolutely amazing. I'Ve been holding out on you guys, i won't hold out any longer and then, of course, to finish her off. I did use a little bit of sebastian, shaper hairspray, just to kind of tame many little flyaways that she had going on other than that simplicity is best with your hair care and that's exactly what i did with her today. Thanks for watching

CC F: This is me! Crystal, you did such a good job. The care you took detangling was just fantastic. I sure did have a smile on my face when I left, and I still do. I'm going to buy those products now. I'm so glad I'm seeing this video. It was fun to watch it with my hubby. And the drive to see you was worth every single minute. ❤

Patricia Brooks: She came to you because the stylists she came in contact with: 1) didn’t want to do her hair, 2) charged an unreasonable amount, or 3) when she paid their required price; she wasn’t satisfied in with the service she received from the stylist. This is the reason why she tried to do her own hair at home. It’s hard finding a good stylist these days. You make your customers feel comfortable in knowing when they leave your chair; their hair will be easy to manage and beautiful. Great job.

RehAdventures: This is the first video I’ve seen where people acknowledge the damage Keratin treatments can do on a person’s hair. I did one about 8 years ago and I actually went to a salon to do it. It was great at first, but then I noticed my hair would tangle like crazy and I was like never again. It took about 4 years to get that mess out of my hair and the only way was to get constant hair cuts.

A Young: It never cease to amaze me how a cut/trim can make a huge difference in how the hair behave..amazing job as always

TwinGodesses: I watch so many of these informative videos! If only you were in or visiting Phoenix, AZ. I am in need of a hair care professional. But all I find are stylists

Maui 0235: Just cause it's long doesn't mean it's healthy...you did a wonderful job

Gibbers King: I think that was the most beautiful hair I've ever seen. I loved her curls, but yes, ends (several inches) had to go and your restoration and rejuvenation was amazing. Styling her hair as you did revealed just how much you brought her hair back.

Wanda Shaw: Her hair looks amazing. Yes, the cut made a huge difference. And no she really didn't lose a lot of her length.

Kristi Lee, aka Astrid Astrolabe 🐉: Your genuine care for the person *and* their hair really shines through in your videos. I can hear how much you value education by all that you share as you explain your process, and the warmth in your voice when you shared that people drive hours and even fly to experience your skill-- you are truly changing lives by following your passion. You're inspirational to watch and learn from!

Delois Walker: I can see this video was definitely meant for me. I’m sharing it with my daughter who is early in her career as a stylist/Beautican. I’m going to her for the first time with the same dryness and damaged ends. I’m a Mom with grey natural hair. She will have a time moisturizing and detangling my hair, I’m sure but I will tell her about your products you mention here. Oh yes, she will trim it for me also. You have great skills. Thank you. I love watching your videos.

Marley Hill: Just looking at her ends before you flat ironed I could tell that they just don't look right. i can't stand when my ends tangle so I always get them cut off!! Also you are a champion for dealing with all that hair that kept tangling!! A lot of people have long hair but even they don't want to deal with it.

Skydancer32 S: I’m white and had my hair dresser do a keratin treatment. Fried my hair,I have curly very fine hair. A lot of hairdressers don’t know how to deal with curly hair. I enjoyed watching you and seeing her hair. My hair soak’s up moisture. I can not put it on my scalp though. Her hair was absolutely beautiful!! And it’s hard to find a good hairdresser.when you find one it doesn’t matter how far you have to go to get to her

Amber's Channel: I finally cut my hair after three years and my hair has been less tangled, then before! Sometimes a good cut is just needed, while your trying to grow your hair out!

BoltandNina 897: I did a reset cut recently and my hair was just a little shorter than hers. I loved it. A lot of people were like "why would you cut so much off?" but now they feel it and they get it.

Kashana Whidby: You did an amazing job on her hair! It looks beautiful & healthier!

Stephanie Rowland: Everyone always asks me why I have my hair trimmed so often. This video demonstrates beautifully why it is important to trim the ends. Trim trim trim. Love your work, and I love how reassuring you are to your clients.

Dayna Shallenberger: Oh man, this video made me smile. I grew up in a beauty shop (that's what we called it, Mary Ann's Beauty Shop). It was my Mom's shop and it was in our basement. Your black sink brought it all back to me. I loved her little set up. Blond wood cabinet with black sink, counter and accents. She was Italian and had perfect, soft curls. I was italian, German and English and she blamed my fine, frizzy, puffball hair on the English side, lol. I heard that all the time. All those products she tried on me. She used gigantic pink curlers and perm solution to try to straighten it out for me because it was the 70's and my friends had long, straight perfect 70's hair. Didn't work for too long, My curls do what they want. Crystal's hair was just gorgeous. I'm subscribing to you Miss. I hope your business keeps booming!

Style Compass Media: This is beautiful, and I appreciate that the stylist respected the length of the cut. It hurts my spirit when I see stylist over cut someone's length. ✨

Julie Scott: Absolutely amazing and total unbelievable craftsmanship!!! This is a talent and craft and a work of art to be commended. My granddaughter is 20 and she’s mixed and has been relaxing her hair for very long. When she was young it was so beautiful “ natural” she does not want to go that route ( which saddens me). She needs a lot of trimming from all the relaxing done but won’t dare cut it to remove it as she wants to let it grow longer. Is there a way I can convince her to cut off more without coming across as seeming rude bossy or judgmental because I’m not that kind of grandmother lol

Michelle Morris: Truly love the care and time you put into her hair and also the realization that though it looked great after the Silk out, she still needed a cut to achieve a healthier state - you are truly about you work!!!

Meagan Sefner: I have literally learned way more about caring for my hair from black women than I ever did growing up white... Especially with a flaky scalp and growing my hair out, even though it's super straight. My hair is so thick that it literally pops my neck when it hits my shoulder blades, and "don't manipulate too much" was a godsend for tangles.

Cynthia Rather Walker: I skipped my regular trim in January because I had an event last week and my edges were a mess so I was prepared for the big trim, but it still hurt because I have been doing so good with my hair! But just like this young lady I was very satisfied with the results!

muffykmt: Her hair looks stunning. I really love how you explain everything, I don't attempt anything on my hair myself cause it would look like a 5 year-old did it. I really appreciate the skill of stylists and do appreciate how you explain things.

Cheryl Marquez: You are amazing, alot of hairdressers probably would have been overwhelmed just looking at all of her hair. Her hair looked great when you were finished with it.

Niki Lewis: I have been doing hair for 23 years and I love the fact that u hi ahead and trim what needs to be trimmed I'm so tired of watching these hair stylist act like they are afraid instead of educating their clients on the key to healthy hair

Fateara Mines: I clipped my ends today. I had no idea what I was doing. I cut about an inch off. I can't get to a stylist right now. So I did it. And my hair does look good. I'm pretty sure when I get to a stylist she'll have to make it even. But as usual you did fabulous!!

Mrs. Witt: I know exactly what you were dealing with. My mothers hair is just like that, and she won’t let it go!!!

keka B.: So glad she was able to find you to help her. You can just tell that you love helping people gain their confidence back❤️

Quantum369: You are an absolute hair genius.. this was so satisfying to watch how you transformed her hair! It looked stunning when you finished!

phanzy78: Her hair looks so soft. I'm always a bit sad seeing the curls disappear. I'm so in love with all the volume and personality the curly hair has. You do beautiful work.

christine ruff: You did a remarkable job on her hair. You are such a blessing to learn from and the more I watch and learn from you the better I became at knowing my hair. And you did a wonderful job on her hair. Love your insight, knowledge and Passion you give to everyone that sits in your chair. Thank you ❤️

Bea Nixdorf: You did a beautiful job! I don’t know why people would say to leave all the length alone because you could easily see the damage in her hair. Her hair is absolutely beautiful now. Thank you and your client for the video.

kimberly garland: Crystal, have you considered creating a hair Care academy? You would be beyond successful you have a higher calling I can see you educating many stylists world wide.

Vegas Girl: You did a fantastic job! My niece had beautiful long hair and her mom put something in her hair when she was in 2nd grade and it took a decade or more to get it back. In the late eighties early nineties there weren't many products for hair, I know it was hard for her.

stephine brown: The hair process was through her hair really looked healthy and beautiful!!! Loved the process!!❤️❤️

Sissy Bast: She has such beautiful hair. Great job Crystal! I could sit and watch your videos all day.

Sheree Morgan: I am in my 60's and my hair is the same length. I am getting five or more inches taken off. I was natural for many years, but relaxed my hair. It's nice to brush to my scalp again. Excellent job!

Danae Lamarre: Her hair is so gorgeous. Even before. Reminds me of my daughter’s hair. Great job!

Shawna W: You did a wonderful job it's looks so healthy the cut was needed, her hair length is goals.

Charlene Fletcher: Come thru Crystal!!! This took work but it definitely worth the process of the ending results❤️❤️❤️❤️

TJ Primes: I knew you'd slay that hair. You're a great beautician! When people come to you they are confident! I live in Houston, TX & my hair is natural. I don't recall seeing any natural hair styles videos. I normally see your silk presses. Thanks for sharing your work with us. I started doing my own hair & a few friends' hair while in college in the late 90s & early 2000.

Megan B.: There’s a woman on YouTube that had long hair like your client, maybe even longer, and she put some type of protein or keratin treatment on her hair and it literally turned her hair into one big dread. She ended up cutting it all off. The results on your client is beautiful.

Paige Page: I just had to do the same thing to my 11 year old daughter hair, I gave her a at home keratin treatment and she already had a little heat damage. She wanted to hang on to her hair, but after the cut she loves it, (went from butt length (3b haur) to a little past her shoulders) her curl pattern isn't all the way back, but through the grace if God she will get it back.

Nona de Plume: You just performed a miracle! That lady's hair went from frizz to schzizzz! So smart of you not cutting her entire length! She needs to enjoy that beautiful crown! Then later on, should she want to go shorter do it to it! AMAZING! You are one gifted hair care professional! ❤️

Belle Couleur: This is a good hairdresser. I can understand why her hair was thinner than she was used to. If it kept tangling on the ends, she would lose volume because detangling would lead hairs to be torn out.

CE CE: Your work is that of a true professional❣ When you'd finished it looked super healthy❣ Would have loved to have seen what it looked like curly, after the treatment & cut. Great work❣

Dorothy Kopaskey: You are truly blessed to be able to help so many women with thick curly hair. Keep up the great work!

Kenya Gillespie: I love it!! And am so glad she retained most of the length. That made me happy.

Kesha Woods: Great job! I love when people are smart enough to let go of HORRIFIC split ends.

Melissa Joseph: You did an amazing job on detangling the client's hair. My tangle ends is one huge problem for me. It's terrible the time it takes for me to detangle and comb through my hair.

Ericat: Aww, I'm sad this happened to her. Her hair was (and still is) gorgeous. Especially long like that. Good thing it still grow again. Bless her.

Sandra Scott: Great job. I went to Ulta and after getting my hair done, my hair refused to curl. The products that were used on my hair made my hair feel weird. All I ever had to do was wet my hair so I was upset. I gave myself an ApHogee treatment which I had been taught to do and have several times.and my hair was in worse shape and refused to curl at all. I was trying to go natural and get my wave Nuveau back.

coashddjj2: Her hair is gorgeous! You did an amazing job. This process was so interesting to watch.

plmrcn: I did a keratin treatment at the salon on my fine, natural hair and my hair FELL OUT over time! I had really long bra strap length hair with lots of hair strands and now you can see through to my scalp, it has beet devastating. It is growing back but what a tough lesson to learn!!!! Your client is lucky that she still has hair after a keratin treatment. Your client hair is beautifully done!!!

Meg Garstang: Magnificent hair care! What a talented stylist and such a lucky client.

Dai Pearmain: You did well, her hair looks amazing! I wish I could come to you. I can sit on my hair, but the writing is on the wall, I might have to cut off half, but I waited so long to get it this length, and then some unforeseen issues caused some damage, and as you said sometimes how we try and repair hurts it as well. Even my curl pattern is gone now. I'm almost 10000miles away, so that's not happening LOL

Nix Moretta: Looks beautiful I’m a white girl with European hair, and I’ll never moan about my hair again! I’m so jealous, Crystal’s hair rocks! You did such a caring job! Much love from Scotland ❤️ x

Alfreida Lewis: It's just beautiful I love how you took your time, add all your wonderful Magic touches !!! hated the cut but the Afterglow is just beautiful ,you go girl your just fantastic....

samoht878: Its the education for me... knowing how to deal with issues you've highlighted coupled with the use of appropriate range of haircare products, your videos are so satisfying....and at the end of the day, the all important happy client.

L McCauley: Wow it looked so gorgeous when finished, you did a great job.

Donna Hill: Her hair looks really great. You did a wonderful job. Thanks for sharing the process. I would have enjoyed watching the full length of time it took you to get through the process. I loved your videos. Have a blessed day.

CC : Her hair is beautiful! I didn't see anything wrong with it before the process of 'fixing it' started. Her hair was beautiful with her natural curl pattern and also straight. Obviously I have no eye for damaged hair. The 'big chop' really didn't effect any of her length.

Joyce Montgomery: Love her hair you did a great job!! I really appreciate your video's they help me to better take care of my hair. Thank you Ms.Crystal

Janet Simms: Love the fact that you are all about saving the length of the hair as much as possible instead of hacking people bald.

Lynette P: Today I sped through to the end to amazing results. Of course I then watched the entire video for my own hair care needs. You have truly been blessed to work with hair. Thank you for the share.

Marianne Brouillette: Her hair is beautiful and you did an amazing job, love it!

CC F: I came back here just to say that I'm still in love with my hair cut and how easy it is for me to detangle. I actually love to detangle now, and even do it in the morning and at night before bed. Is two times a day too much? Also, it seems like I'm shedding more than I have been the last two weeks, but my hair still looks nice. Is the increased shedding a sign that I need to wash and moisturize my hair? I really don't want to get it wet yet.

Deborah Harris: gorgeous! I'd die for hair like that . You did a fantastic job!

Lace Z: You are incredibly talented! Her hair looks awesome.

Megan Smith: This is so freeing! I am chronically ill, and I can tell you our hair goes through everything with us, only it saves the experiences like a scrapbook. Flares of my autoimmune disease are marked in my hair like rings in a tree stump. I'm an expert at faking a look, but even if hair looks good on the outside, cutting off 8 years of mistakes and bad energy can be extremely liberating, both physically and emotionally. This was amazing to watch.

SP L.: Crystal, you did what you normally do. Her hair is gorgeous. You certainly make your clients very happy.

Jeri Buckner: Oh my goodness this is my 11 year old granddaughter!! Her hair is exactly the same length and thickness. She had it flat iron at a salon in 2 months ago. I felt so sorry for her tears were streaming down her cheeks because she's so tender headed. She wants her hair to be shoulder length. I agree.

Dorothée U: Gorgeous hair and such a great cut and do! ❤️

Tonya Thomas: Her hair is straight up beautiful . I wish that my hair was thick and long like that now. When I was younger it did and was. Great video!!

Jazzy Star: Beautiful haircut she still has a lot of hair her hair will grow out longer and healthy good job

Angela Lee: I loved the video. You care about healthy hair. That’s why I follow you. Her hair came out beautifully. Unlike most I’m not scared of a hair cut. Damage hair needs to come off. If you take care of your hair length will come.

Sandra Dwyer: Lots of tlc given, which is shining through on her finished style ‍♀️Great job

Antoinette w: You did such a beautiful job on her hair❤️…

Carla Lamar: Beautiful job...you left great length for your client to work with...there are some beauticians that would have went crazy with the ✂️ on a head of hair like that..you cut what you believed should be cut and allowed the rest of the color to grow out...and you told her how to maintain her hair..beautiful job and hair...the drive she made was well worth it...

Rozanna Murayama: Her hair is stunning. Amazing job!

Nicole D: Looks great...I love how you took your time with her.

Dazai: Not all hair types responds to protein and keratin treatments, this goes for all the DIY hair masks too. Know your hair type before trying them, also do patch tests and see how that patch reacts to the treatment before you do the whole head.

Vanessa Whetstone: I love how you take good care of your clients hair

tracie taylor: OMG her hair looks stunning, amazing job. The conditions you used made so much difference. You really are an excellent at your craft, if I ever came to the US I would pay you a visit. A really master at your craft ❤❤

Jan Mots: Argh, that poor woman's hair! I could see from the beginning how dry and damaged it was. It was very similar to mine when I tried to put relaxer on it and it failed rather miserably. I took me a few years but now my hair is pretty well moisturised and balance, I also have curly afro hair as well so I can relate to this.

Monique Hunt: You did an excellent job on her hair. ❤️

Debra Parker: Wow! You explained the process with articulate professionalism. The young ladys hair is healthy, silky, shiny and the cut falls into place. You are a Elite Professional hair stylist. Thank you for sharing.

Constance Deeds: My granddaughter hair is a little longer. Her hair looks beautiful, I’m going tell my granddaughter about the cocktail, thank you. ❤️

tracy heaton: Her hair is completely stunning. I bet she feels amazing

lunarfleur: Amazing!!! Loved the part when you started to straighten her hair... So satisfying to look at you doing it sections by sections! Will her hair turn back into her natural curls, like after a few washes, or will it just stay straight for long while her roots grow with her natural curls?

Mary Shelton: The job that you did is amazing…well done!

jan wig: I was so scared! The way you were talking about how you were going to have to cut her hair! I thought you were going to do like a pixie cut or something! I was about to call 911! LOL! I love her hair!!! She has gorgeous hair and you are truly a boss!

Google User: You Re not just an artist but you're a hair doctor too! Amazing work!

caroljean161: Wow!! the before and after is like night and day! Beautiful results you literally rescued that hair. I can just imagine how this client walked out of your salon

Jewels Nodal: I love what you do! Amazing! I had bad hair I decided to bleach it at home. No good. If you are not a professional don’t do it yourself. I can’t find anyone to do my hair! Xoxoxo

You mad huh ? 😜: I just shaved my head cause my hair was breaking so bad. Ever since I had my baby, my hair just seemed extra dry and was falling out by clumps. My ends were just uggghhh. They had to go! I tried to fix it before I cut it, but it was just this endless breakage. I lost a lot of hair after having my baby. My once thick hair was now thinning, edges, looked atrocious. I was just fed up.

Gloria Perry: She has some beautiful hair. I love watching you doing people hair. You do a really good job. Keep up the good work.

Ms. Parker: Thank you very much for your presentation. I'm glad you didn't waste time to talk 3 minutes into the demonstration doing nothing with your hands. Great process and results on your client's hair. God bless you.

iKandi: She has great genetics. I’m sure she’ll be back to her longer length in no time!

Gail Gail Gail: WOW Her hair after is absolutely beautiful I KNOW she left feeling like a
