And this is why you should maybe think of washing your hair with shampoo a little bit more often so, if you're the type of person who uses really light products, i mean things like liquids and very light oils as well, and that's how you moisturize your hair, Then, probably co-washing, all the time, it's not going to do any damage to you. The water alone will probably help you to get rid of a lot of the product. It'S probably not showing too many negative results for yourself, but if you're someone who does use thicker products like creams, heavier creams, butters like i do, then you probably want to look at cleansing a bit more often because you'll probably find yourself at some point with some Type of product buildup, so i hope this helps i'll see you next one bye,
