June Suepaul: Great tutorial. Thanks for sharing. Now if you want it straight for a French Twist or a bun do the following. I have the same hair type as you. I like it straight from time to time with no heat involved. After shampooing my hair I apply coconut oil mixed with several drops of Rosemary Oil and brush through my hair. Then apply the gel from one of my Aloe Vera plants and brush all of my hair upwards and put a little cloth elastic around the hair that looks sort of like the stem of a pumpkin. While the hair is slicked up with Aloe Vera Gel and still wet I wrap my head in a Wrap Strip, put on a scarf and go to bed. Voila! The next day my hair is straight.
