How To: Twist Out On Coily Clip In Extensions For Natural Hair Ft. Hergiven Hair

Hey guys today I'll be showing you how I achieved a twist out using her game and Carly clip in extensions. If you didn't watch my tutorial on how to Co wash and install you can go ahead and check it out here to get a better understanding on how I place my clippings, so I'm starting off with freshly washed dampened hair starting at the nape of my neck. I'M just gon na apply some leave-in section by section up until I get to the front to make sure my hair is moisturized before manipulating it now, starting at the nape of my neck. Once again, I'm sectioning my hair to apply my first clipping, I'm making sure to keep my hair damp during the entire process by using a spray bottle with some warm water and misting as needed. So here I'm just clipping in the first extension and then I apply some leaving to both my hair and the clip in then. I follow it up with some twisting cream just to make sure that both my hair and the extension are getting the same amount of product for some moisture and some hold. Then I simply start twisting the two together and when I get to the ends, I just toilet around my fingers just to keep it in place and I'll do the same thing to the other side for every two clippings that I install. I do a twist. So here you can see how it's coming along so far, so I just continue the same process all over my head, which is install two clip ins, apply product and then twist when I get to the front, which is my leave out, I simply flat twist my Hair just to keep it more flatter and less puffy at the roots. I just go ahead and I flat swiss accordingly too high. I want the hair to fall so the reason why, let's relieve is because it took a good a minute - I'm not even gon na lie y'all, but finally, I'm done - and this is how it looks when I'm done so since I'm letting this air dry, it took A long time pretty much all day and throughout the night. So in the meantime, in order to protect my hair and protect the style, I'm just gon na go ahead and use this headband that her given hair offers to keep my hair in place. It'S super cool and a really effective. I use this on my natural hair as well to protect my styles throughout the night. So in the morning I just remove the headband, and my twists are still in place and neat, as they were the day before, before on twisting I'm just gon na apply some a whole ball to my hands to keep it from getting overly frizziness. I simply unravel the twists at the base, as I would a normal twist out in my own hair after and twisting all the twist. I just go ahead and separate the bigger chunks for more volume. When I get to my leave out, I just untwist and I make sure that it falls strategically over the clippings that way it's gon na conceal, where they're actually put in. As you can see, my leave out is way shorter than the extensions. The extensions are 18 inches, so I can probably get away with this if I was going for like a bang, but I'd rather just stretch it out as much as I could just to make it blend a little bit better. So I'm just gon na go ahead and use a blow dryer on a low setting and the heat is gon na help stretch it and make it longer. And finally, this is the finish look guys.
