Bellami Hair Extensions: Review/Tutorial

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so I know it has been a really long time since I filmed a video and I'm sorry if you guys are mad at me, but I do have kind of a good reason why I haven't been filming um. I ended up going to take a trip to see my boyfriend while he wasn't my boyfriend at the time, but now he's my boyfriend so yay but um. We I went to visit him in Florida and then he took me to Key West and we, you know, spent a few days there and then I got to meet his parents and um. It was just a really really special trip for me and I had a really good time. So I'm sorry that I haven't been able to film any videos, but I'm back today and I'm really excited just to start filming more makeup, looks and use some of the products that you know. I'Ve recently got and yeah that's pretty much it, but today's video is going to be about hair extensions. It'S going to be about the hair extensions that I personally use, and I'm also going to show you how I clip them in so, if you guys are interested in learning more about my hair extensions, then please keep watching. So if you guys aren't familiar with my channel or you guys haven't seen any in my Instagram posts, then you probably don't know what brand hair extensions that I use and the ones that I use and have been using for probably over a year. Now. Are the extensions from Bellamy um? I have owned other hair extensions and ever since I got my Bellamy extensions, that's the only kind that I have used and I recently just got a new set. I used to have the color Mochaccino Brown, but I dyed my hair darker. So now I have the color off black, and these set that I'm currently using is the Lillie hair from Bellamy, and this is the box that they came in. It'S got this really pretty box and it's got a picture of Lily on it and um the Lily hair that I have. It is 260 grams and I believe it is 20 inches long. Yes, actually I'm here, since its 280 grams, I thought it was 200. 60 grams, but on the boxes of 208 grams, so I guess it's 280 grams, but this is, I believe, the thickest extensions that they do make us see most grams of hair out of any of the sets, and so mine also came with this awesome little travel Case and they are still in the case from when I brought them to Florida - I actually ended up not wearing them in Florida, because most of the time I was like on the beach and stuff like that. I didn't want to wear my hair extensions there, but it comes with this cute little case, so you can keep your extensions in there. It keeps them nice and it makes it easy for you to travel with them. So I'm going to go ahead and unzip them and take them out and show you guys. So this is the extensions I pulled them out of the little bag and this is a little carrying hanger that they come with and um. You can see how they're so shiny, and this is um - you can see how thick they are. This is not all the hair extensions there's still two more clips in my bathroom, because I do not wear all of them at once. I just don't feel the need to there's just so much hair like look at this. It'S crazy so um this, but this is almost all the entire set, and the only thing I do have to say about these extensions is that when you first get them, they kind of have a little bit of a chemical smell to them, and it goes away When you wash them, I have not yet washed this set, because I haven't had it for that long, but I can still smell it. It is kind of stinky, but if you wash them, it definitely goes away, so I'm definitely gon na have to wash them. I just haven't had time to really um sit down and do that so, but you can see you there so they're, just so soft and so smooth. They are um human hair extensions, so um they look exactly like human hair because they are human hair. So so the next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to show you how I clip these babies in so just keep watching okay, so I'm going to go ahead and start clipping in the extensions. So what I like to do is take one of these little clips and use them to section off my hair. So the first thing I'm going to do is section it off kind of at the base of my neck. This will be where I put in the first tract of extensions. So I'm just going to section off right about here. I'M just going to have about this much hair, not too tear at the bottom, and then I'm going to take the rest of my hair and clip it up and away. So the first section I'm going to take is one of the three clip West and I'm going to put this one at the lowest part of my head and I'm actually probably going to turn around I'll. Show you how I do this. So what I'm going to do some some people on they like to tease the extension. I do that sometimes, but I find that the clips are really strong and they they stay. So I don't always um tease my hair when I do it. So I'm just going to pop the little clips open and I'm going to turn around and I'm going to snap these in my head. So you just want to go up to like the root of your hair. You don't want to do them down low and then why'd you to kind of wiggle them around, so they're kind of secure, and then I snap them last one and then I just pull the hair forward and you've got your your first section clipped in. I always like to brush my hair when I put them in so that they they blend better together so, and that is the first section so then the next thing, I'm what you do is let down my hair and then section off like right above where I Clipped in that first piece and just a reminder, this is personally how I clip in my extensions. This may not be the right way, or it may not be the way that you think is the best, but this is how I personally do it, so I'm just going to put down a little bit more hair sectioned it off, I'm just going to clip it Back up - and I wish you take another one of the three clip weft and clip those well this one - these are already on. I curled these already so that piece wasn't curled, so I'm picking up another just one of the three three clip weft and I'm going to do the same exact thing. I'M probably not going to show you this time me clipping them am doing a exact same thing. You can see where I put my hair over the other one and I'm just going to do the same thing and just clip them in you just want to make sure you're getting really close to your root and then to spring them forward. Just go ahead and give them a little brush see. That is what they look like. So now, I'm going to move on to the the part of my head. That gets a little bit wider, so for those I'm going to use the four click pieces, so I am going to section off my hair above where we just put those other ones, let down enough hair and clip it to the top of my head. So the next thing I'm going to do is take the first two four clip pieces. One is longer than the other right now, since I'm getting close to the widest part of my head. I am going to use the longer piece, so it will wrap completely around my head. I'M just going to brush them a little bit. They haven't been brushed since they took this nice little trip to Florida. So I'm going to turn around to show you guys this one. Alright! So would you guys not the clips? I let my hair down over the other ones that I already did and I'm going to go to the center of my head and just clip these in and make sure that you are stopping a very tight to your head. You don't want the extensions to kind of like buckle because then you'll be able to see them. You want make sure they're very flat to your head. So that was another four clip piece, and this is what are looking like and then I'm just going to clip in one more piece, and that is it for today, I'm going to clip in another one of the four clip tracks. This is the last one. So the same thing I'm going to let down a little bit more hair and section off a little bit of a part clipped in those other ones and the clips to the top of my head. Oh goodness, my hair is crazy. Alright, so now that I've got my hair down same thing, I'm going to unclip these and I'll turn around again and show you guys make sure that I'm in the camera - and I am going to just clip the use to the top of my head - and that Was the last section that I'm going to clip in so I'm just going to let all my hair down and my hair already feels so much heavier. I'M just going to go ahead and just kind of brush a little bit make sure that the extensions are blending. Well, with my hair, you can see how much volume already that I have these pieces, but yeah, it's really really simple. That is how I clip in my extensions you can see. This is what they look like. The bottoms of these may need to be crawled. A little bit I haven't curled them since um since before Florida, so um they blend better when you curl them so but yeah, that's pretty much it. It'S super easy! That'S why I love clip-in extensions versus getting permanent extensions. I have been using them for over a year. I first had the 220 grams set in Mochaccino Brown and I really really loved those with then. When I um I signed my hair. I just decided that I wanted to try a different set so, but I do like both the 220 grams set and the Lily hair. I do have thicker hair, so I do have to get a set that is more like higher grams wise because um, the thinner ones, a won't one with my hair, because I just have too much hair but yeah. I definitely recommend the Lily hair, which is what I am currently wearing. So I do have a discount code for Bellamy hair and I will put that into the description box below. If my hair ends up getting whiter I'll go back to wearing those because I've had them for a year and they still look brand-new so um yeah.
