Hello welcome back to my channel. I told you that i would be back to discuss what happened with bellamy, and here we are so the celebration we got on october 14th. I just really wasn't happy with the thing is naturally right, like i had brand new extensions. I'M gon na open it i'm gon na, be like oh, my gosh, okay, you know just like a couple kings here and there on the test or whatever. But it's fine. You know it's going to be fine like it's just a tester. You know. Obviously, someone else will like touch this or whatever. So you know there's some kinks in here. You know it's been used up a little bit and you know i'm just going to brush it off, because i'm ready to put the extensions in my head now, especially with the extensions being my first time trying color you know so naturally, i'm just way too excited And i'm just like: okay screw it, and so i open the packaging and we get it going and you know first impressions, obviously incredible the hair is so soft, i'm obsessed with the hair, i just i've. Always this is my fifth set from bellamy, so i already knew that they were gon na come with the fire except you know. I just noticed that it was a little lackluster this time, um, primarily just because, like the tangling and the shedding just started way too soon. I ran out of storage on this camera, but the shedding and tangling was happening just way too soon so um something just had to be said. I want to say that that's what that's the track that i was on hi voiceover sarah here to interrupt briefly. I want to go over the email that i sent them. I did just mention that i do appreciate the company and that i do recommend them to all of you know my friends, families followers stuff like that um i just wanted to let them know. I was unsatisfied with this set, i let them know was tangling and shedding causing the issue and that we could um, hopefully just be able to remedy the situation by them. Sending me a new set so the very next day i ended up getting a random shipping label from them around 10 30 in the morning and then around 1 30 or 2 30. They sent a follow-up email, basically we're trying to resolve the issue, and i was more than happy to see that they were going to send a bore brush and the hanger and carrier with the replacement set, which i really did appreciate, definitely feel free to pause here. If you need to just you know, read everything but yeah, i did notice that there were still some mild tangles and a little bit of like kinks and stuff in the hair, but ultimately, with this boar brush that they ended up. Giving with this placement set has been really good with getting like kinks and things out. Um gently, i should say it's kind of like a soft bristle and a hard bristle all in one. So it does kind of leave the hair with a light frizz, but nothing that stick and shine can't fix right. I wanted to show you the hair and it's stayed out the box. You know just some heat protectant to protect the hair, but other than that um. I i'm just i'm sure that the tingling or anything i was experiencing even now, any tingling i'm experiencing is just because the hair has undergone processing. So naturally it's just going to be a little just a little more damaged, it's going to be a little more susceptible. I understand that you are paying a little pretty penny, you know for their extensions but you're paying for that quality, and i do appreciate that that quality and the service are matching. So let's give it to them. I do support this company. They have not. You know really supported me yet, but you know we'll make our way there we'll make our way there. You know you know your girl. So with that being said, i did end up going online to check the prices on the brush and the hanger sets um. Just so that you know, for you know, future reference uh, the board brush, that they ended up giving was 9.99, the hangar was 9.99 and the travel case was 14.99 uh. The travel case and the hanger can be bundled and you can get those for 20 dollars together. I do think that um everything is pretty reasonably priced like in terms of like the accessories and stuff, but do not feel inclined to purchase any of the bellamy products because they're, obviously you are going to pay a little bit of a premium buying it on their Site, you really can maintain them. You know with the solid you know: soft bristle, brush or um. You know the standard brush that we all use that you can find in the store for a couple dollars. If you got it like that by all means do it, so you don't need too much so don't feel inclined to buy a bunch of stuff with your bellamy sets. Please don't save your money just get the sets and get your stuff from your local beauty supply or you know, walmart or something like that target. You know just get it cheaper. There'S no need to spend all the extra. You know what i'm trying to say. So there wasn't too much of a difference in between the sets, the one on the left. Obviously, the damage set as we will call it. Um just has uh. You know a little more fray hairs. It isn't, as doesn't have as much luster as the new set, but both are still very beautiful. As you see, the color is very similar. There is not much difference in that color, just a little more blonde on those tips on that new set that i am obsessed, i am obsessed okay, so um yeah. Ultimately, they are both of great quality. Just a shame that uh this uh old set has to go bad. Let me know your thoughts on uh me sending the original setback. Do you think that i should have been able to keep the original set? Do you think i should have sent it back? I'M pretty sure it's just a matter of principle, but i would genuinely love to know your opinion so um. With that in mind, i did want to include a styling, but it may just make the video too long so i'll just do a whole nother styling video. Don'T even worry about it. I got you with more bellamy if you care for it, because i am here for it so overall, i do think that the customer service was great. I think they handled everything pretty professionally, except for the you know. Just a little time time thing with the emails and stuff like that, that was a little weird, but it's okay. It got cleared up pretty quickly, i'm pretty patient person, so yeah um. I do hope that you like this video, if you do like it, please like it and hopefully i will see you in the next video bye. You

SarahAlaba: I definitely had a full on rant to my boyfriend at 10:36 AM when they sent that return label with no acknowledgement of my initial email Do you think I should've been able to keep the initial set?

Blooooooooop: A friend sent me this video knowing what they put me through and I’m going to be honest, I’m angry as hell. They did NOT do the same for me. They kept sending me messages saying it was “normal” to have tons of shedding and tangling. I have a ton of experience and it’s NOT normal at that rate. I’m talking no matter how much I explained they kept trying to give me “they’re extensions not the hair on your head” yeah I know lol. STILL, it thinned out so much and I take VERY good care of my extensions. They FINALLY let me send it back when I said I would leave a review on their customer service on BBB. I had to pay for shipping and pay to upgrade my set. 80 dollars for the difference. Had to send the brushes and stuff in the boogatti set. They didn’t give me anything but a very hard time. Treating me like a liar. Be aware they will NOT do this if you weren’t a youtuber. I am happy they fixed the issue for you still! It still sucks to know they’re shady like this

Catherine Danielle: That’s exactly what happened to mine, tangled so quickly I literally had to keep a comb glued to my hip…..Deff should’ve been able to keep it ! But it is what it is…Happy it worked out for you♥️♥️

Blooooooooop: Genuinely done with Bellami. The very first set I got was shedding INSANE amounts and was tangled by the first wear. Never experienced that with all the experience I do have. The customer service was trash. That just topped it off for me. They really should treat all of their customers the same. I had more than 1 staff member try to imply I was lying. Not even accepting to check out the set. Last time I checked 6 months is the lifespan??? It happened literally the first wear. They really did not want to fix the issue. Didn’t even compensate for what they put me through. 370 dollars for a set that thinned out to half and has see through like 10 inches up. Just handfuls and handfuls of hair came out. Had pics and everything

Visual Max: I was in the same situation 2 weeks ago, I got for my mom birthday the 24-260g walnut brown. the color was nice, but the shedding was crazy. like I told them in the email. listen, im a Canadian customer, FIRST thing first, just to get those extensions are double the amount in CAD$ price. I would not expect that much shedding in the first place. they send me the same brush the hanger end the bag to store them away. ive send back the old set. to get back in email saying that the sitch in the weft, was not attached correctly. that the set was not in good shape. in a matter of 2 weeks everything was resolved. I was impressed. the new set its super good. they refunded me half oft the cost of the extensions as well.
